My name is Joshua and I'm wondering why should i follow a god who lets me die slowly so can someone pls anser my question-

The simple answer is, because He is God. Totally worthy in every way of being followed. Regardless of our own situation. Regardless of any reward. Even if there was no salvation, He would still be worth serving before death and Hell because He is God. (Get to know Him personally, it's worth EVERYTHING)

What do you mean by die slowly Joshua? Do you have some sort of medical condition? Sorry if I sound rude, it's just to help clear up your question to understand it easier

Life and death are in His hands. I thank God for what I have and what blessing He gives. Why I follow Him is because He will always be there. No matter when, how, or where I die. I know I will go home to Him. And I will live eternally at His feet. Life on earth is going to be a short one compared to being with my Lord. I'm comforted knowing that I'm loved by Him. I'm comforted knowing that I wont suffer for very long. So, I try to push forward with what seems like an endless race and struggle.

Because He loves you, and went through a horrible death here on earth just so that you could spend eternity with Him. Besides, what else is there? I mean, seriously, life without Jesus is hard enough even if you're healthy, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to face a terminal illness without His love and presence. 
I'm very sorry to hear about your trials, but Jesus wants to help you through them. All you have to do is accept Him into your heart, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain. We are all slowly dying, but I have a feeling that your situation is more specific. Please share your pain and frustration with us, so we can understand more clearly what you mean.
In the meantime, I'll be praying for you. Perhaps God is intending to use your faith as a witness to others around you who might not otherwise learn of Him.

Try to look it at like this. This world is but a temporary womb for us Christians as ultimately we are birthed into a much much better existence where there is no death, no suffering, and no tears ever again. Peace.
