The years pass slowly and I begin to dread
The many obstacles I face upon life's narrow thread
I try my very best to endure wiles and trials
and you I need God for in you is no guile
and each day I walk with you though I be vile
and now I face decisions for a bright future
my heart is always yours and though my woes be fewer
I have found one stands out and it can heal or hurt
Tis love that has me flustered for it brings me into port
but then I'm let to ponder how long for it I must wonder?
