[h=1]YELLOWSTONE SUPER-VOLCANO MAY BE IN EARLY STAGES OF ERUPTION![/h]Submitted by crazyhorsesghost on February 25th, 2014 –

Recently the ground has been rising around the Yellowstone area and helium gas was recently released at several areas so this has scientists really concerned that an eruption of the Yellowstone Super Volcano could happen soon. If so then we could end up having winter here in the USA and other parts of the world for 4-5 years. For the first year the sunlight would be greatly reduced and no crops could be grown.
It is estimated that the world population of humans and animals would be greatly reduced.
Most scientists agree that it is not a matter of if Yellowstone will erupt but when will it erupt. And when it does happen the United States and other parts of the world will be changed forever. Scientists say that there is a huge pocket of hot magma under the Yellowstone Super Volcano and this pressure will have to be released sooner rather than later. It has been 600,000 years since the last eruption of the Yellowstone Super Volcano.
Scientists believe that a Yellowstone Super Volcano eruption would be 2000 greater than the Mt St Helen's eruption in the 1980's. Everything with in a 500 mile circle of the Yellowstone Super Volcano would be destroyed including humans, animals, plants etc. Two thirds of the rest of the United States would be covered with volcano ash and in some places it would be 3 - 4 foot deep.
A large earthquake took place in the Yellowstone area in the last week proving that hot magma is on the move under the ground. Large new cracks have also recently appeared and this is also of a real concern to scientists.
All of these signs are what has happened at other places around the world just before a volcano erupted.
Many scientists say that a major eruption of the Yellowstone Super Volcano is thousands of years past due.
It is feared by many scientists that the Yellowstone Super Volcano may be finally waking up from a 600,000 year slumber. If so then the whole entire world may be in serious trouble.
Scientists estimate that the last time the Yellowstone Super Volcano erupted that there was 240 cubic miles of dirt, rock, and lava ejected into the air from the erupting super volcano.
Geologists say that there are recent changes at Yellowstone which have them concerned and they are monitoring the situation closely. How much warning or if we will have any warning is being debated among scientists and geologists. If there is no warning then millions of people could die as the result of a Yellowstone Super Volcano eruption.
