So… I have finally decided to start up a blog about the things I ponder on, about my life as a Christian who fights everyday struggles but somehow holds onto the promises of God…Here goes…

I am not going to pretend to be perfect and feed you some nonsense about being the perfect Christian, because the truth is… I’m not! I’m actually pretty far off from being perfect… But here’s the catch…. even though I know I’m not perfect, I know that I am still worth more than the rubies and precious stones of this earth… after all, the Son of God died for me!

So often, people base their self worth on the world beliefs and teachings, never really looking at what Christ has done for us, never really sitting back and taking up the fact that He died and rose from the grave so we can have eternal life and have it in abundance.. Remember the bible speaks about how He chose us, how even though we live in the world, we are set apart from it…

Remember your worth, remember who died for you, remember that His love is the only love that will mend what is broken and complete an incomplete life… it will transform you and transcend you into a life worth living… Know who you are in Christ!

My pastor likes to say, "You'll never know how much God loves you (how valuable you are to Him), until you know how much He loves Jesus, because HE GAVE UP JESUS FOR YOU."
 
His love for us is so powerful and so true... He loves us more than He hates our mistakes!

Many of us go through life feeling unworthy of any kind of love... almost like something is wrong with us, a brokenness that can't be fixed... but that's just a lie the devil plants in order to keep us away from God's plan for our lives. It's a constant battle of choice... You either choose to believe "I AM WORTH SO MUCH MORE" or "I AM WORTH NOTHING"... We all just need to remind ourselves on a daily basis that we serve a God who hung on that cross, who bled, who died, who took up all our sin(past, present, future), who rose again and now sits at the right hand of the Father, watching over us.... "WE ARE WORTH SO MUCH MORE!!!"

Even though we are sinners He still loves us.
We sin an ask for repentance,He still forgive us,what a God we have!
Our father an mother cannot forgive us like JESUS does.
What a Glorious JESUS we serve,
Glory to you JESUS OF NAZARETH,
The Son of the Blessed.
 
If beauty alone were a defining factor in this walk you would have won a long time ago. You are a value to the body beyond your beauty its a truth just to know your worth and when you know it true beauty shows forth. You are growing into the magnificent vessel you will be when you are refined and finished then your true beauty will show forth. Peace to you
