To a degree, women are taught that we're only worth something if we're desired by all. And since this simply isn't possible, some women go about flirting and manipulating to get the validation they think they need. Some women don't realize what they're doing, and so to label them with a Jezebel spirit may be a little too far. However, I do believe that there are MANY women who know exactly what they're doing and deny it to themselves and/or others.
 
Jezebels always have one thing in common.......just use the word No and watch them flip out and start foaming at the mouth. They go nuts anytime they realize they aren't in a position of control.

That's part of it, yeah. They also use their feminine "charms" to get what they want.

I have to say that I have always found it INCREDIBLY hot when a guy was man enough to let me know that he was not going to put up with any crap from me. :)
