Be careful with what you are thinking, feeling and doing! You can become unattainable by the Grace of Jesus.

  • “What thing shall I take to witness for you? what thing shall I liken to you, O daughter of Jerusalem? what shall I equal to you, that I may comfort you, O virgin daughter of Zion? for your breach is great like the sea: who can heal you?” (Lamentations 2.13).
Zechariah tried to warn us against this jeopardy:
  • “Thus speaks the LORD of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother: and oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart. *But they refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear*. Yea, &they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts has sent in his spirit by the former prophets*: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts.” (Zechariah 7.9-12).
When we are victim of an aggression, our leaning is cogitate means so that the culprit pay for his crime. However, when we do a harm against someone (or vice-versa), the evil cover us with its gloom. Fortunately, James shew us a solution:
  • “For he shall have judgment without mercy, that has showed no mercy; and mercy rejoices against judgment.” (James 2.13).
The evil forms a vicious cycle that take hold of two people involved and keep both of them bonded until this cycle to be broken:
  • “Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has ought against you; leave there your gift before the altar, and go your way; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be cast into prison. Verily I say unto you, You shall by no means come out thence, till you have paid the uttermost farthing.” (Matthew 5.23-26).
So, don't carry on feeding this cycle! If we accept that the pressures of the life keep on squeezing our heart (which it is, because of the sin, like charcoal) it will turn into something like diamond: insensible to the touch and to the speaking of the Holy Spirit and the worst: reflecting the distort light of Ha-Satan for throughout the world.

So, be always open to each work of the Holy Spirit, whether you like it or not; whether it seems to your eye right or wrong (see Ezekiel 18.29,30), let Him make perfect all His work in you (Philippians 2.12,13) and have a pretty day.
