I thought I would start this thread as an open invitation to talk about some of the perhaps unsettling but real things young adults on this website have seen in their time so far.
People go through serious events and see serious things in their lives, the enemy, the wilely and deceitful, often comes unseen and unnoticed to people who have been through times where things were not going in an upbeat or upright way, and imparts lies to them, making them believe either their actions were too abhorable, or the scene was too upsetting, or topic too dark, or the outcome too deranged, for them to ever be open and up front about, people to ever want to hear it, or for people to ever accept them after hearing it. I want to answer those claims right now saying you can be upfront about anything to me, I do want to hear it, and whatever happened, I would still accept you the same after hearing it.
I would like to be the one to bring up the potential topics before hand, so you can see the types of things I'm speaking of, and give notice to newcomers to this thread of what it might be like, if you are not old enough to be covered under the description "young adult", please find another thread to read at this point, unless your personal family is open and permissive of you reading through usually considered too upsetting for young people's understanding topics, and remember if you are attempting to see if you can use this page to learn about new things despite your families rules, that any new thing you learn increases the scope of what you know, and when it comes to things you are not allowed to know, the reason you are not allowed to know them, is because they may upset you hearing about the existence of certain things, and once you learn them, you will not unlearn them, unless you find a method to do so, in which case share the method, because no one has been able to yet, and people do not want you being harmed by hearing of things before reaching understanding of how to live in a world where upsetting things happen and be peaceful with that.
To let you know there's no judgements or forbidden topics on my end, here are the sort of things I would like to encourage talking about if they have happened to or around you, acts of violence, agreements to do wrong, connection with spirits of any type, for any purpose, acts of sexual or desire driven lust, blood drinking, deals with evil beings, idolatry, occult involvement, deceiving others, being mean to others, intoxicating substances, having envy, acting profane, preventing good events, inspiring the spread of evil, accidental or purposeful actions resulting in death of a living being, anything else you have gone through that has been bottled up and you feel is hopeless to find support over. I have seen or been involved in 12 or more of the things listed on this page.
This thread is aimed at group healing for people who have experienced these or other unthought of things that bother them. It exists only to be a source of healing, please observe to refrain from judgement of any person on this thread who posts seeking healing for a past event, just as you would not someone to walk up and injure an injured person upon revealing their injury to be treated, do not attack or try to make feel condemned any person who shares a story on this thread.
The enemy wants you to keep silent on these issues because it keeps them unaddressed, it keeps the person involved from going to get guidance or perspective on these things, it causes feelings of exceptional guilt for the person, both to bear a thing they dare not even speak of and to silence others who have experienced them the same sort of thing so people never hear about others doing anything on the level of what they did or saw, allowing the enemy to keep the person in a lie where they are told they are far worse than the people around them, and to stop them from ever checking out the truth to that claim. So he may tell this lie to almost each and every one of us.
James 5:16 therefore confess your sins to each other to be healed, the prayers of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
If anyone in this thread comes to speak words of condemnation or hate against anyone else on this thread, I want you to attack that person for attempting to cripple the growth and health of a fellow christian who is confiding in his brothers as scripture directs him to.
And at the end of the day, this site does not display a real name, this site gives no guarantee to other users of the validity of contact information entered by each user, no body really knows who you are when you log off, you are anonymous on this site.
One more request is to include only pertinent and meaningful details in recounting any events, an not unnecessary details to increase the explicitness of the event, unless such details are an essential part of accurately telling the story, please do not describe in detail acts of a sexual or violently gory type, unless a specific detail is required in the understanding of the story.
