One of my all time favorite 80's movie is The Breakfast Club. Ahh, the birth of the Brat Pack. Who can beat it? In my not so humble opinion, Simple Mind's song Don't You Forget About Me is the best song on the sound track.

So what's your favorite or best song from the soundtrack of your favorite 80's flick?

Jullianna knows what my answer to this one is! :D I'll let her post it. :)

Oh and that song you posted would've been my third favorite next to my #1 fave and Karate Kid's "You're The Best" as my second choice.

I will have to agree with aimee on this one. That was/is an amazing song, still one of my favorites.

Since she took that one though, I'll go with the next best and say "Oh Yeah" from Ferris Buellers Day Off

Not to be a Negative Nancy on here, but I hate the 80's- music, movies, hair, etc. I'm a 50's, 60's, 70's, 90's girl. I remember in Grade 2 or 3, I use to go around making peace signs and say 'peeeace dude...'. I was so popular until the next year when everyone forgot hahaha :P

Pretty much everything the guy (Harold Faltermeyer) wrote was good, but you couldn't turn on a radio in 1985 without hearing this...

I can understand your feelings, because according to Robin Sparkles, the Canadian pop singer, the 80's didn't come to Canada until 1993.

Exchanging peace signs with people was awesome. I wish people still did that. I love the 50's 60's and 70's too. The 90's were kind of a blur to me as far as movies and music.

Nothing else even comes close.
