It might be a good idea to go back and read the OP then because piping in without any knowledge of what's going on is fruitless.
i wasn't really speaking concerning what is going on i was just speaking that every single person will receive the same knowledge no matter how old they are

"those are the words of satan"

perhaps everyone should pray before speaking?

There is only one spirit that will say "You're a child of the Devil" to a child of GOD. This is a Christian forum so it's reasonable to assume that threads are directed to Christians. It is very offensive to the holy spirit when GOD's children are called children of the devil. Foolish, innocent mistake, or not, it was carnal (satanic), and there it is every time I look at the main page. I'm sick of it. I wish people would quit responding to this stupid thread and let it go away.

The problem with us, myself included, is that we always want to be right. But that's why Christ came, to show and tell us that we can never be right. In the Bible, God says that you can only have one father. It's either the Devil, or God, Himself. But my point here is, we were all born in sin, because of Adam and Eve's disobedience. The minute they sinned, the Lord God who was their Father, was no longer their Father. Instead, they became a child of the Devil. Yes, saying that can be harsh. But, the truth can hurt most of the time. It's whether or not we're willing to open up our hearts. We were all born into sin. But, by the grace of God, we can have a new Father. We've died to our old self. We've died to that nature, with Christ on that cross and have resurrected into a new life; His life. So Jesus can call God His Father, and if we now live the life of Christ, then isn't God now our Father as well? This was my point. And I sincerely apologize for writing in that manner. It caused a lot of confusion. I can do that sometimes. But, the Lord is my strength. And the Lord is guiding my path. We can never learn enough. No matter how big we are, or how much we think we know, we still have a lot to learn. And I'm on that path. I thank the Lord in the end. Because it's not my own strength, or understandings that saved me. But, the precious blood of Christ.

God bless.
It is not that we can have a "new" Father, it is that we can be reconciled back to The Father.

Children are conceived and then grow up; they don't grow up into conception.

The Spirit himself confirms to our spirit that we are children of God, Romans 8:16

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, Galatians 3:26

I know what u
I am speaking of try it and see for yourself i have full hands on experience i myself learned this at a young christian age

Reconciled, yes. Agreed. The truth is, there are many Christians on here. But, just because we're Christian, it doesn't mean we're getting saved. The one thing that we all hate, is being reminded of who we were. I hated that. I hated the fact that I was being reminded that I used to belong to Satan. But, that was the whole reason I came to Christ. The fact that I was a sinner brought me to Christ. Sometimes, we all need a reminder because we can get caught up. I don't know about you, but that's what happened to me. The attacks now, are even stronger. But, the Lord is my shepherd. No weapons formed against me shall prosper. Just because I'm Christian, doesn't mean I'll live a life that's so perfect. Spiritually, my life is already perfect. But physically, I'm still in this world, and I still fall. But God is there to pick me up.

God bless.

Great post other than the part in bold, that gives me pause. If we are followers of Christ (have accepted his grace - put trust in him and his righteous sacrifice) then we are saved.

There are 2 billion Christians in this world. More or less. Christ said that the the path to Heaven is narrow. It's Christians themselves that fight with each other. Thousand and one denominations. So many teachings and understandings and perspectives of Christ. But, there's only one truth.

God bless.

2 billion people who call themselves Christians, not all of those are actually Christians. Those people who are true followers of Christ will be saved. Otherwise none of us can be secure in our faith and salvation.

Exactly. Doesn't that go the same for the people on here?

Instead of focusing on the fact that at one time you were enslaved to satan, try focusing on keeping him from speaking through you now. Your attempt to drag everyone back to what they were is not edifying or sound.

Brothers, I do not consider myself to have laid hold of it. But I do one thing, forgetting the things behind and straining toward the things ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Therefore as many as are perfect, let us hold this opinion, and if you think anything differently, God will reveal this also to you. Philippians 3:13-15

I'm just trying to remind everyone. Some don't even know where they came from. Yes, I agree that the past should be forgotten. But what if it comes back to haunt you? Don't hide it, acknowledge it. We fall for a reason.

God bless.

I do think its important to remind yourself where you came from, the garbage can or pit or slave to sin, only for the reason to keep yourself from being haughty. Other then that, I know I'm a new creature in Christ. If ever the Lord does remind me of my past sinful life it is never done in a way that condemns me but it gives me another opportunity to be in awe of him.

Deuteronomy 24:18 But thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt, and the Lord thy God redeemed thee thence:

My past life now is more like a person I don't really connect with or know Like maybe even someone else totally(did that make any sense).

The Lord doesn't remind you of your past. Satan does. Use it against him. God doesn't tempt. Remember that. Satan is the one who reminds you of who you really are. But instead of being condemned, rejoice in the Lord always. Christ didn't die so that we could grief, and be condemned. He died so that we cold rejoice and be liberated. And sometimes, we fall back into our old self. But the constant reminder that we've died to it is the reason we can turn back to God. We eat His flesh and drink His blood for a reason. Eat His life, and drink His death. Take it in, and rejoice.

Judas wasn't the one who betrayed Jesus, the devil had enter in him, and that is the one that shouldn't had been born. After satan had left him, Judas was remorse over what had happened, and returned the money. But the heads of the church except for Nicodemus, didn't remorse over what had happened. Those were the ones that are the children of the devil.
I believe that Judas has bought the potter's field first with the money that he had received from the Pharisees, because of what he had done, he couldn't enjoy it. So Judas returned the field back and given the money back. But the Pharisees had went and bought the field with the money that Judas had returned, to make sure that the money stays with Judas in spirit.

Matthew 23:15
“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when you have succeeded, you make them twice as much a child of hell as you are.

The devil entered into Judas, but he was messed up before the betrayal, John 12.6 says Judas held the money bag and was a thief and cared not for the poor.

hahaha... Yes. Because an avatar is evidence of spirituality. Good call!

So instead of a demonic clown with fangs and blood we just change it to a demonic all seeing eye!?!?!

So focused in outward appearance, I see. It was his choice to put that picture as his avatar. Why are you so against it? Remember, when it comes to outward appearance, and being nice, and all that crap, other religions have it better than us. Don't be so quick to judge. Forgive and forget. That was what God did. So, why can't you?
