He must be logged into the forums to be notified. Then he has to see and check the notifications to be aware of your posts. Posting repeatedly won't increase your chances.

I found out the app hasn’t been updated since 2018. He appears to have an ongoing fundraiser, and hasn’t been able to update it in five years? Half a decade? I wouldn’t count on anything happening soon, unless he responds finally when people light a fire under his robot tooshy.

I've heard tell that many tiktok, and those of like platforms, moderators developed some sort of psychological disorder due to the utter depravity of its contributors. Perhaps that aspect of the risk management side of things has proven to be a bit problematic in the upgrading.

Not likely. He's not usually involved in moderating the forums or chats, thus isn't seeing as much as you think.
Nothing on here even comes close to the insanity on Tik Tok.
Upgrading or repairing the chats would be a technical side of the job and thus not subject to dealing with the content, anyways.
