I use safari on a macbook air, latest flash is installed.

Any ideas?

I saw chat was down last night. Perhaps still is? My browser tells me I need to update Flash, but I haven't yet. Maybe the upgrade is causing trouble.

I had to uninstall "chromium" and update flash before it worked for me. (if that's any help at all)

You can't access chats through pads or phones, so no surprise that didn't work. For Android there is a chat room app, though.
