How to post pics alongside chats??

I've tried asking in the chats a few times but get no answer. How do I post a pic in the area along side the chat room? Thanks in advance :)

Chat with admin, as they will have to give you permission to show pic in chats. You may be charged for that feature im not sure. But contact admin, and they will advise you. God bless
