PC chat (- tried adobe air -) installer file missing HELP

A few of us are getting nowhere over on the chat applicaiton download thread, we cannot get the download chat file to install on windows.
I am using windows 10 on 2 pc's.
I have the chat working on the old machine, but my mic wont work so I am trying to install on the other pc with better mic.

I got the working file of chat from the very same link i am trying to download now,
The pcs are similar spec machines. nothing wrong with either.
I tried adbode air and made no difference, and I see lots of others having the same problem.

So, can anyone help us please?

Ok so the link below us the instructions that fixed it for myself and another -fabulously helpful - member who shared it with me, for anyone looking for a solution. We both met up in chat after so it is really tried and tested lol.

(One more tip, Make sure you open the Chat app link Page before you change the date, and then download and install the chat app.)
