That is just a temporary save in the event something happens, you still have it. I don't know the exact time frame, but it's not intended to be a long term save. Chances are if you have closed the page, or changed pages since, it's no longer saved.

You need to give details. You wrote something out... then what happened? Did you get disconnected? Did you walk away and leave it? Did you close it?
