Let me ask people a simple question.
A man who brings others false teaching, and hides behind, I agree with some,
is a bringer of poison and then denies it is them. The more shiny the pot the more
people say, oh such a nice guy could not be leading us to wolves, but here now
this is exactly what he is doing, he even claims to say Benny Hin is a wolf is to be
a wolf.
His justification is the religious teaching makes these guys appear evil, so once you
get beyond this they are ok.
Make no mistake, once you apostate anything is ok, but it is your choice.

I have noticed an ethic which is heretical.
Talking about yourself is evil. This is not of Christ.

the Holy Spirit in man. Testimony encourages others they are not
alone, but Christ can overcome all things.
Paul talked all the time of the love Christ had put in his heart, the testimony
others had of this in their lives and how much joy he felt.
So mutual testimony is part of our life blood, so let us throw out such heresies
and share the great things He has done for us, Amen.

It was about becoming part of a celebrity culture, entertainment industry where the product
sold was God, made glossy, open, easily accepted and solver of all problems. You needed
the money to oil the machine, except this has always been the only real goal, the money.
TV is expensive, the jets, the meetings, the employees, but once part of this machine it has
an inevitable logic, the truth or your salary? So it corrupts all who get involved, and it must
be God because it is still there, rather than the better at openning the coffers the more it spreads

If you think I speak with a fork tongues it's because you obviously don't understand what I am saying at all.
Sometimes I don't know why I bother talking to you "gentlemen" at all.
1. I am against false doctrine. Nothing compromising about that.
2. I make the distinction between false doctrine and false teachers.
Something which many of you do not do and declare that fact proudly.
3. Because I make I distinction between the two, I understand what God meant when he says that our war is not with flesh and blood but the spiritual realm of darkness.
4. Because I understand number 2, I can love my enemies (which I see as anyone teaching doctrines counter to the word of God or behaving in demonic manner and pretending is heavenly wisdom) because God shows us that those who believe lies and teach are enslaved by them.
5. I don't hold to double standards. Of I judge someone, I first examine my own heart to see if the accusation could be true of me.
Do you do the same?

****for the record I was commenting on your jabs of G777, not the first post. In case anyone wants to misunderstand. I object to labeling a false teacher because I haven't seen him teach the false prosperity teaching. If he did, I would hope people would take the time to pray and then show him Bible verses where God promises hardships and suffering even into death. Show how Benny Hinn and others twist scriptures and clearly show what the verses mean in context.
That would help free more people from deception than yell wolf wolf all the time.
As I said in another post HOW you present the truth is important because without love you are just a loud gong (see another Bible reference, do you listen to that one about love? )

Take it farther..,if you say you love him as God told you to...how many of you would treat someone you supposedly love as you treat Benny Hinn or G777 or anyone else on this forum?

Even tax collectors love their family, Jesus calls us to love our enemies.
Can you answer that call with an honest and open heart?

A good doctor, very caring and careful helped people to a fault.
Only trouble was a lot of people died in his surgery from sudden heart failure
I mean a lot. It only took one injection, just the right type, and they were gone.
Now spiritually you can appear the nicest person in the world, but if you feed poison,
support poison, defend poison, you are actually teaching poison.
I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but to push people who deny the
sermon on the mount, repentance, turning from sin, confession, and push heretical
teachers, at what point do these smooth talkers wake up, poison is poison.
These followers are against Wesley, and much of the evangelical church and what
it stands for. That is their choice, but do not tart it up as if this is not an enemy of
our basic faith positions, and make friends with them to the extent of denying their
allegiance when it is staring you in the face. That is just denial, because being confrontational
is not ones style.

I don't really expect a clear answer but, whatever you use to judge others,make sure the same can't be said about you.
I freely admit my post was a jab. And I often take jabs at Stephen because I thought that was now,he said he showed people he loved them.
I thought of you can give jabs in love, then you can take them also.
Perhaps I was mistaken and the jabs weren't given in love to correct and stand on God's word and truth?
Perhaps people only want to cherry pick verses and ignore the ones that address their own personal sin?

Dear God you know our hearts. You know who are yours and who are not. I don't know why there is so much strife and conflict in our world. Perhaps it is just a sign of our brokenness and how much we need you Lord Jesus.
Help us to focus on you Lord and your truth.
Help us to stand strong,even when we are tempted to just give up and walk away.
