His body was as filthy as ours, same flesh and blood. He never walked after the flesh. He always walked in the spirit, never fulfilling the lust of the flesh.
So he was a sacrificial lamb led to slaughter without blemish according to scriptures yet his body was as filthy as ours...
Nope sorry that's not accurate.

Don't go by what someone preached without checking to see if what was said was spiritual and biblically sound. Jesus never married anyone, black or otherwise. This preacher sounds like a real whack job.
But he is a "bridegroom" with a "bride" to be,someday that day will come.(And if anyone thinks I mean anything but spiritually eat some cheese)

Thanks for the rep sovvy and yeah I am so glad to have the blessing of "scripture recall" even if it's not "always exact" it brings joy to my life and wisdom to my posts.

Hello brethren,

a preacher i recently watched very often is Gene Kim by San Jose Bible Baptist Church. However, he also has some controversial sermons. One of them is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tMe7MFUP24A
Yeah, weeks ago i had a facebook conversation with a Facebook friend who showed me the sermon. He said by himself how blasphemous that is.

May I ask why you would publicly post a sermon you considered blasphemous? I don't plan on listening to it. I'll take everyone's word on it. But if it's proclaiming unholy things about Christ Jesus, perhaps you should ask an admin to delete the hyperlink.

It was not really me who considered it as blasphemous, but my FB friend did.

A valid point though on the other hand without it we wouldn't have "sufficient evidence" to "evaluate" the claim although it's easy to just toss it to the side as rubbish, though yeah it probably would be good to have the link deleted, now that the Op has "sufficient feedback" to know it's blasphemous.

So you're saying you do believe the sermon? Again, I don't plan to listen to it, but what I can gather from the comments in here, it sounds like a "different" gospel.

As I figured, good to have a "larger range of support" for "answers" I think I'll watch the link before it gets deleted after all I'm not frightened,I have watched horror films, lifetime, south park, family guy, american dad, adult swim, and thousands of other "horrendous media" so by now I think I can "stomach" "oddities" such as what you shared.

You don't consider a sermon that states the Christ was married blasphemous?!?!?!?

By their fruits...

Ignoring the blasphemy angle for now - any claim that Jesus Christ was married is just plain FALSE!
What possible Biblical evidence could have been led to draw such a conclusion?

Sounds to me that this guy (the preacher) gets his sermons from Dan Brown or he wants to emulate him.......

Well wasn't as bad as I was expecting, this gene kim guy is actually talking about the "church" as a "black woman" for this marriage deal, rather lame though some funny highlights was him "chuckling" and saying "even liberals know" more of setting a pedestal for black people mostly in churches, though some of what he talked about "wasn't blasphemous" and actually "stood to reason" it made decent decent background for defeating Gnosis in my Xenosaga game though but that's about all.

Actually no Pokemon is not even close to being sick like most I've endured watching or watched out of curiosity especially "horror films" I still try to block out the images at least "cartoon like" shows aren't quite as "traumatic" though some go "overboard".

I mean which is going to "stick in your mind" and possibly "haunt you later"?
Ash Ketchum attacked by a flock of spearows or A masked killer following someone everywhere or even "I'm your friend to the end hidyho hahaha"?

Greets LW97,

I'm assuming from the title of your thread, that this preacher is claiming that Jesus was married. However, no matter what he teaches, there is nothing in scripture that would support his claim. In addition, it was not Jesus' mission to be married and have children. However, we do have scripture that states the opposite, i.e. that Jesus had no wife and no offspring:

"He was led like a sheep to the slaughter, and as a lamb before its shearer is silent, so he did not open his mouth. In his humiliation he was deprived of justice. Who can speak of his descendants? For his life was taken from the earth.” - Isa.53:7, Acts.8:33

Amen, brother, that's true.

So, marriage is impurity? :)
No!
But Jesus Christ did not walk in our midst just to marry and raise a family, instead He came in order to raise another kind of family where all of us are, potentially, related by blood - just the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross!

There is no evidence that Jesus ever married. The post says "married a black woman" ... very interesting. Had He married (and he did NOT), it would have been to a brown woman as that is the part of the world Jesus lived in. Jesus did not have blue eyes and light skin. He lived in the middle east.
