God dispersed them from that land when they weren't true to their calling.
God told us, when we took over leadership from the chosen people, to watch for when he brought the people back to that land. God is sending them back.
We are not to stand in the way of how God is acting, but watch and wait for God's next move.
The Palestinians have declared that they are God's enemies, therefore they are our enemies.

I was just thinking about this thread. It assumes that everyone who participated are Americans. Some of us are not!

We have different viewpoints on Iraq. As a Canadian, our troops were never there. Really, there was no reason to be in Iraq. It was a fabricated war by George Bush Jr. The real action has always been in Afghanistan. If one wants to fight Jihadists. (Not speaking about all Muslims, here!)

So to say the Marines fought for my freedom, or many others is patently untrue. Now, if someone wants to serve their country, that is their right.
