"all the men were angels ezikiel is a parael to revelation"

Were all of the "men" in the visions angels? .... how do you know this?

And Ezekiel's visions of the impending attack by the neo-Babylonians is fulfilled prophecy and not seen in Revelation's unfolding which is about future unfulfilled prophecy

On the other hand, Ezekiel 36; 38; 39 are examples of things yet to come and further revealed in Revelation
9
The prophets saw both near term events to be fulfilled and things much further away into the future still pending

One must study to know the difference
i thought we were having a conversation as I mentioned earlier ezikiel 9 is not that what we are talking about
please are you playing games see post 89 to refresh your memory

Depending on our motives, praying for God’s wrath can be a legitimate cry for justice. That is the cry of the heart you see reflected in such psalms as Psalm 94:1-2:

O LORD, the God who avenges, O God who avenges, shine forth.
Rise up, O Judge of the earth; pay back to the proud what they deserve.

I have no problem with that concept

.... but you began to give your views on Ezekiel 9 and then asked about the "inkhorn" born by the One in white linen

The inkhorn is a writing instrument

The One in white in the vision is the Lord Himself

The Bible is His Word .... which He has written

You said no .... then you said that Ezekiel 9 is about the time of the end as in Revelation .... it is not

The quote ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth’ is written three times in the Mosaic Law (Ex 21:24, Lev 24:20 and Deut 19:21). It was quite a well-known rule, yet Jesus told His audience to refrain from personal retaliation but he never said praying against your enemies is wrong

Psalm 18:47King James Version (KJV)

47 It is God that avengeth me, and subdueth the people under me.

Many christians believe that it is a sin to pray that God destroy their enemies or in other word to kill them

I am of the view there are times when you must pray against your enemies that God will destroy them from the face of the earth or get them sick etc

What sayesth thou CC ?

Matthew 10:34

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Should we pray to God with the request to destroy and make sick those of our own households too or just some of our enemies?.......

Luke 23:34
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. 35And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.

Acts 7:54
When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.
55 But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
56 And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
57 Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord,
58 And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul.
59 And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
60 And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

Or should we forgive them and pray that God forgives them too?....... I choose the latter brother ELECT, and I pray that you will too.

Proverbs 28:

17Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, And do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; 18Or the LORD will see it and be displeased, And turn His anger away from him.

[h=1]Psalm 18 King James Version (KJV)[/h]18 I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

This seems to imply that you think God is less likely to act without your personal intervention.
Well yeah, God owes no one anything. Its all by His mercy, and He has shown that He honors those who love Him, He will even do as they ask according to His will.

Ha, I looked at the apocopated thread title & thought maybe it was a prayer that the Lord would destroy our nation!

I would be great for the Lord to destroy my enemies:
the world, the flesh, & the devil.

It is nice to know that this life is short; and thus it will not be long at all before my 3 enemies are no longer any bother to me whatsoever.

Why did Solomon have his brother killed?
IMHO:

Ahithophel was the grandfather of Bathsheba. Evidently he had not forgiven David of dishonoring his family & grand daughter. So Ahithophel got vengeance on David.
He advised Absalom to go & do incest-adultery with David's concubines, making a public display of it.
Then he advised a quick strike on David while David was weary & running. His advice was defeated by Hushai, David's friend.
When Athithophel was that his advice was not taken, Ahithophel could see the handwriting on the wall, how David would sucessfully escape & defeat Absalom. So Ahithophel hanged himself.

Shlomo had Adonijah executed by the hatchet man Benaiah because Adonijah requested to marry King David's young chick electric blanket wife (marriage not "consummated") Abishag. Evidently that was like making a claim on the throne.

Yes, basically the Lord owes no one anything & all blessings come from His grace.
However, once God makes promises to someone, He owes it to Himself to be faithful to His Word.
Once He has promised the Christian to be given all things freely, God is obligated to freely give us all things.
