since you have no way of knowing who wrote to you, I would say that if you believe
it was evil behavior, and not justified, then our Lord teaches us never to return railing for railing -

not once have we ever read where our Saviour didn't keep His humility and chose to
defend Himself...

for righteous and true words always stand by themselves, for their foundation is of God...

oh is that how you see it?

I see it more as the tripe and hypocrisy that passes for judgement among some believers

tell me, what does the Bible say?

does it not say to GO TO the one who has offended you?

so...here it is...let's have it out

JESUS said to GO TO the one who has offended you

don't come sneaking around the back door and leave nasty comments

come into the light

THAT is what a Christian should do

some of you think it's all roses and perfume...well it isn't

C'mon, it's not railing for railing. Someone is bullying Lauren secretly and using the reputation option to do so. There ain't nothing wrong with exposing that nonsense.

Welcome to the club! Someone recently used reputation to call me a donkey, only they didn't use the word donkey, if you know what I mean. LOL. Just confirms we are speaking truth and that the dark cannot stand to be exposed by the light.

EPH.4:31-32

Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another,
even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

you are absolutely right that sometimes we should confront our brethren over issues or whatever -
but what I am working on when I am led' to confront someone, is to always bring the above scriptures
with me written on the table of my heart - this can only bring us freedom.

I thinke everyone here should settle down and remain on topic.

We are getting constitutional law posts, which have nothing to do with the Kingdom of god, that is unless you believe th only believers are from the US.

We are getting lessons on grammar not giving credence to the language differences in different countries using the same languagge.

A lot are upset because someone was chided for being inconsiderate or disrespectful to an elder.......This I do not know, but if someone is so, it is contrary to Holy Scripture.

There is an air of witch hunting and inquisition in many posts, and dI refer to being accused of censoring anything at all. The topic is asking people to refrain from using blasphemy in titles of posts. This is not a journalixm forum, it is supposed to be a Bible believers platfor to discuss the Word in a sober atmosphere.

I am correct when I ask for people who post not to blaspheme, and anyone saying this is an attmpt at curtainling freedom of speech or cesorship is not very sensitive to faith in Jesus Christ. This I know, and so do all who believe.

Now stop the witch hunting and inquisition, the journalism competitions, the grammar lessons and get to the subject of the op or just get. Yes this is an invitation to trolls everywher.

You mean like you did here?..........

1 John 2:19

They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.

this is exactly how we feel about you, you are an imposter who serves the dark one.........................................your behavior has been the truth of this in so many of your posts.

How about when religious fanatics tried to be sneaky and trick Jesus with their shenanigans? Jesus didn't pull any punches or tiptoe around it so as not to hurt their feelings. He plainly responded to them in truth and they were exposed.

Moral of the story: If ya don't wanna be exposed, don't be sneaky. Snaking and slithering around and biting people isn't nice and none of us need to be doing that.

It's also called "online bullying". And it's abuse. If ya got something to say to someone, say it civilly and be up front about it.

This "bullying" is nothing more then censorship!

Unfortunately we do have those who try to force others into believing the lies of Satan as the Truth from God. This is why this thread was created, to bully others into being silenced.

This is nothing new, for centuries the Catholic Church did this very same thing.

I say Shame on the OP of this thread!

If asking people in a forum that is supposed to be peopled by believers discussing the Word of God not to use blasphemy in the titles of their posts.........

THEN I AM VERY PROUD TO BE A SHAME.

No child of God is goign to use blasphemy to further the Word of god, but the devil will use blasphemers to smear and ridicule the Lord. They did this to Him and worse, so I am not surprised with some of the commentary here.

Ewwwwwww... gross story. And yet there but by the grace of God go I! My past without Jesus is nothing to be proud of either. None of us have anything to boast about of ourselves.

I totally get what Gandhi was saying, though. Remember how robbers, harlots, fortune tellers, dishonest tax collectors, and the like thronged around Jesus, ate meals with him, followed him all over the place asking questions about how to enter the kingdom of God. They knew Jesus could offer them light and life.

Too many religious fanatics today like to spout the Bible, put down sinners, preach about obedience, point folks' weaknesses out and bang them over the head with lots of scripture. But how many Christians do you know who have robbers, dishonest politicians, prostitutes, drunks, occultists, etc. following them around wanting to know how to enter the kingdom of God?

Actually, I kept following this poor blind girl in my neighborhood around like that years back for the same reason. I knew she knew the Lord. That's how I came to Jesus, through her.
