Faith---->produces works that can be seen by MEN<----key word is men

Man is justified before GOD by faith which can be seen by MEN based upon the works that are produced by GENUINE FAITH...

WORKS cannot, have not nor will they ever produce faith....

Faith on the other hand will always produce works...

Abraham had faith BEFORE CIRCUMCISION
NOAH HAD faith before HE BUILT THE ARK
RAHAB HAD faith before she hid the spies
THE THREE YOUNG JEWISH BOYS HAD faith before they were cast into the fiery furnace

Only a few posts into this thread and already two strawmen pop up.
First, no one is even addressing "works of the law" in regard to one's personal salvation. They are not even relevant in the discussion.
Secondly, no one of the opponents of "faith only" has ever stated that works produce faith.

If you are going to argue against scripture, at least understand what you are arguing against.

It's a lifelong journey but you and your kind haven't even grasped the very basics - the salvation-based things of import. Works can't save you. They are menstrual rags (ugh) compared to Christ's righteousness.

and the spirit is agreement with the word

yeah, they think we go around sinning and enjoying our sin..( again their spoonfed nature and doctrines of men)

they do not understand we understand WHY god said do not do this and that. Not because he wants to lord over us (although he has that right) but because he knows how bad it is FOR us to do those things. as we have learned that also!

we do not teach men to break them. We help men through Gods power to overcome them.
