Here is bonus song I would like to add in support of Titus 3:5 and Ezekiel 36:26-27 that I mentioned in My Statement of Faith:

Everyone seems all over the place here regarding their beliefs. Maybe a thread stating what you believe will be helpful for future discourse. Let everyone know where you stand!

Please, no debating them here - this is simply for reference.

My beliefs regarding:

God: A trinity. The Godhead exists in three persons - one in purpose, co-equal, and in perfect harmony with each other. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Jesus: Fully man and fully God. The eternal and uncreated Son. Died on a cross and rose from the dead on the third day. His sacrifice was sufficient to pay for the sins of the entire world.

The Bible: God's inerrant word. Written by men through the inspiration and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Salvation: By grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus alone, to God alone be the glory. It is God's gift that cannot be earned or kept by the works of man in any way.

The Church: The combined body of believers and not one specific denomination.

Eternal Security: I believe this is Biblical.

Unpardonable Sin: The only unpardonable sin is rejection of salvation through Christ. Any one can be saved up to the moment of death.

The Mosaic Law: Christians are not under Law. It's only purpose is to prove our inability to keep it, and thus point mankind to the cross.

Baptism: An outward sign of internal conviction. Symbolizes the death and burial of self, and resurrection to our new life in Christ. Not a requirement for salvation.

The Great Flood: Worldwide. The only survivors being Noah, his family, and the animals taken aboard the Ark.

Evolution: Micro-evolution (adaptive changes within a kind) is true. Macro-evolution (one kind changing into an entirely different kind) is false.

Age of the Earth: Less than ten thousand years.

Satan: An actual living being. A former angel, who, through the sin of pride, rebelled against his Creator and was cast out of heaven. He, and the angels who rebelled with him, are the adversaries of believers specifically, and mankind in general.

Hell: Eternal suffering for all inhabitants who rejected God's gift of salvation through Christ.

The Rapture: I believe there will be a pre-tribulation rapture of the church. An entirely separate event from Christ's second coming.

The Tribulation: I believe in a literal seven year tribulation period, when God pours His wrath out upon rebellious mankind, followed by a literal one thousand year millennial period when Christ rules on earth with a rod of iron.

The Land of Israel: Given to the Jewish people as an eternal covenant between God and Abraham's seed.

The Jewish People: I believe God's promise that those who curse them shall be cursed, and those who bless them shall be blessed.

He is Lord of all.

The Bible: God's inerrant word. Written by men through the inspiration and guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Salvation: By grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus alone, to God alone be the glory. It is God's gift that cannot be earned or kept by the works of man in any way.

Eternal Security: I believe this is Biblical.

Unpardonable Sin: The only unpardonable sin is rejection of salvation through Christ.

The Mosaic Law: Christians are not under Law. It's only purpose is to prove our inability to keep it, and thus point mankind to the cross. It's purpose was to inflame sin. Reveal our sinful state. To minister death to us. To lead us to Jesus as He fulfilled all the law. The law is good but not for the righteous in Christ. The law is NOT of faith.

Baptism: An outward sign of internal conviction. Symbolizes the death and burial of self, and resurrection to our new life in Christ. Not a requirement for salvation but it sure is a blessing to show within ourselves that the old man died and now we are "alive" to God through the Lord Jesus.

The Great Flood: Worldwide. The only survivors being Noah, his family, and the animals taken aboard the Ark....and all the non-air breathing animals.

He is already defeated and the father of all lies. His only power to us believers is in his deception to doubt God's word and what Christ has already done for us in His finished work.

Hell: Eternal suffering for all inhabitants who rejected God's gift of salvation through Christ. Unfortunately I believe there will be those that reject our Lord's love and sacrifice for them How they can do that is beyond me.

The Rapture: I haven't looked at this either..I have been brought up to believe in a pre-trib rapture..don't know if it's true or not....I just look for His return with joy and longing.. ..

The Tribulation: I don't know about this as I have not studied it out yet..but I do believe in a literal one thousand year millennial period when Christ rules on earth with a rod of iron.

The Land of Israel: Given to the Jewish people as an eternal covenant between God and Abraham's seed.

The Jewish People:I believe for the believer to bless them and to do good to them when the opportunity comes.
