Nothing about what you asked for and it is a good Idea I have done so on many forums BUT yes there is a but.

Did you know that long ago a cross was used to mark the graves of criminals.

Maybe that is why so many today have crosses of all kind, surly such is not a Bible teaching.

The Bible does say to take up a cross but not an image of a cross but what Jesus has been teachings and the hardships one will have for following Him.

Jehovah's Witnesses would certainly agree with you.

Christians don't worship the cross but they worship Jesus Christ, who died on a cross. If they use it to remind them of their faith, I see no issue. :)

I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.
Isn't that a funny way to write a sentence?

When I first read it I thought you believed in all things visible and invisible. Well that's weird, I thought. How do you do that?

Then I realized it was referring back to maker of Heaven and Earth and not what you believe.

I believe in One God.
I believe in the Father almighty.
I believe in the maker of Heaven and Earth.
I believe in all things visible and invisible.

It would be fun to have that in a creed just to mess with people...

I believe in everything in the Bible but I believe that there's a level on which we can't take everything literal. The Bible was inspired by God but wasn't written by God and though the men that wrote it had the holy spirit, they were only men and only God can be always right so we can't take everything that's said in it and believe upon it that it has 100% accuracy.
You lost me. friend. Your first words are, "I believe in everything in the Bible," but then you counter your own words by saying, "we can't take everything that's said in it and believe upon it that it has 100% accuracy."

I'm assuming that you're referring to the stoning picture in that it is the only picture on this thread. If so, then, again, I'm sorry for posting it. It was a foolish mistake on my part and I sincerely apologize for any offense which it caused. I did feel a hesitancy in my spirit when I was posting it and I should have hearkened unto the same. Again, I apologize. Sorry.

I believe the bible is the verbally inspired word of God and without mistakes as originally written. It is the complete revelation of His will for salvation and the only unfailing rule of faith and practice for the Christian life

I believe in one God, creator of all things, eternally existing in 3 persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and that these three are co-eternal and of equal dignity and power.

I believe in the deity of Jesus Chris; His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth; His sinless life; His substitutionary death on the cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension the right hand of the Father, and His personal, imminent return.

I believe that man was created by and for God; that by mans disobeyingGod, every person incurred spiritual death, which is separation from God, and physical death as a consequence; and that all people are sinners by nature and practice.

I believe the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins and that all who believe in Him are declared righteous because of His sacrificial and substitutionary death and are, therefore, in right relationship with God.

I believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit indwelling all believers and thus enabling and empowering the life and ministry of the believer.

I believe in the bodily resurrection of everyone who has lived, the everlasting blessedness of those in right relationship with God, and the everlasting punishment of those who have rejected God's forgiveness in His Son.

Such is called being deceived we do things we think is right and a few correct the problem but the many for the most part just keep what they want to keep.

You said "I believe in one God, creator of all things, eternally existing in 3 persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and that these three are co-eternal and of equal dignity and power."

A Spirit is not a person it is a Spirit and the Bible does not teach such and I am pretty sure of that.

BTW this one also needs work it is giving people the wrong Idea of what the bible says, in a nut shell Jesus did not die for us or anyone so you need to correct the following.

I believe the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins and that all who believe in Him are declared righteous because of His sacrificial and substitutionary death and are, therefore, in right relationship with God.

God: A Trinity, Who is one God yet three equal but distinct persons.(See John 5:7KJV)

Jesus: Fully God and Fully man and the only begotten Son of God though not the only son of God as all believers are sons by adoption, And Adam, though not begotten of God, is also called the son of God in Luke 3:38. He has no origins and is not from ancient times, rather his goings forth are from everlasting (See Micah 5:2 KJV). Was crucified and died for the sins of all men and women. His sacrifice was wholly sufficient to pay for the sins of the world, no added works are required. He Rose again after the third day, is seated at God's right hand and is coming again to judge the world and set up his millennial kingdom.

The Bible: Inerrant today, not only in the original autographs which no longer exist. Not just in it's doctrines or overall general message. But accurate and true in it's entirety to the originals with absolutely no deviation from what the originals said and we have it today in the King James Version of the Bible in English.

Salvation: By grace through faith alone apart from the works of our own hands, but obtained solely by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and a repentant heart.

The Church: The collective body of all true Christian believers.

Eternal Security: A believer who truly repents is sealed forever unto the day of redemption and can never fall from grace.

Unpardonable Sin: God has the power and will to pardon all sins that are repented of. The Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost itself is not unforgivable but rather was a demonstration of the state of the Pharisaical heart in the context Matthew 12:22-37. They would not be forgiven not because they blasphemed but rather, they blasphemed because their hearts were beyond repentance.

The Mosaic Law: Adherence to the Mosaic law never saved anyone from their sins. Observance to the Mosaic law prevented earthly judgments upon the Jewish people. What always mattered in regards to salvation was the state of the heart. Christians today are not commanded to obey the ceremonial laws such as sacrifice and offering, just the laws that apply to moral conduct and the ordinances of the New-Testament.

Baptism: ...If thou believest with all thine heart, though mayest (Acts 8:37). Only believers are to be baptized, infants are too young to believe. It is a symbol of death, burial and resurrection after the manner of Christ work. Baptism itself is not required for salvation but an act of obedience.

The Great Flood: God in His judgment for the violence upon the earth covered it in it's entirety with water destroying all the men and nostril breathing land animals except righteous Noah and his family, eight souls in all who were saved in an Ark, in which Every kind of nostril breathing land dwelling animal was also preserved.

Evolution: Micro-evolution or more appropriately, adaptation within kinds exists. Macro-evolution or Darwinian, onwards upwards evolution, is unobserved, unscientific and unbiblical. God created the individual kinds separately during the literal six day creation week.

Age of the Earth: Approximately six thousand years old.

Satan: A fallen angel, the primary enemy of believers and mankind in general. Apparently also has a unique hatred for the Jewish people and the nation of Israel.

Hell: Currently a waiting place of torment for the souls of the unsaved until their physical bodies are brought to life at the second resurrection, after which they will be cast alive into lake of fire to be tormented for the rest of eternity.

The Tribulation: The Great tribulation of Matthew 24 occurred in 70 A.D. when the Romans destroyed Jerusalem under Titus Vespasian. (The seventieth week of Daniel 9 is not in relation to any future judgment but is the final week of a consecutive 490 year period)

Future judgment:
It is currently the time of God's grace upon the Gentile nations until the fulness of those who are to be saved is completed and those who are not fill up the measure of the iniquity of the sins committed by the Gentiles during this period. The Jews will repent and be saved and God's Judgment will then come upon the Gentile world.

The Rapture: Possibly before our after this judgment. Either way God's judgment will not come upon true believers thus they will be protected by some means. Persecutions themselves will be and have always been a part of the Christian experience.

The land of Israel: Rightly belongs to the current inhabitants of Israel, The Jewish people.

The Jewish people: God's chosen people according to the flesh. They need to repent and call on the Lord Jesus for salvation like everyone else. As Gentiles we should not boast against the branches (The Jewish people). We are not better than them, and they have a special place in God's heart.

I doubt it won´t generate further discussion or divisions...

I belive there is ONE God.

I believe in the Lord Jesus, as His servant and my savior.

The rest of it depends on what God believes about me...

May the Almighty ONE shines in all of us.

My Statement of Faith:

1. God

(a) God is Triune
(The Lord our God is one God who exists as three persons: The Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost).
(b) God is Spirit
(Transcendent and beyond the physical universe).
(c) God is Holy
(God is Holy and divine; This means He is perfect, pure, without spot, blameless, and sacred).
(d) God is Omni-Righteous (or God is Love).
(For God is always loving, Good, Morally upright always; Even in His anger He loves).
(e) God is Omni-Temporal (Eternal and or outside of linear time).
(f) God is Omniscient (All knowing).
(g) God is Omnipotent
(Sovereign and all powerful; Doctrine of Immanence is implied in this).
(h) God is Omni-Present
(Capable of Being Present in all locations).
(i) God is Self Sufficient
(Aseity; Eternally: God does not need anything or anyone to survive or to be happy or complete).
(j) God is Immutable
(Unchanging; God's Spirit in essence and being will never change, nor will His good character).
(k) God is Light
(God can put forth actual physical light from His being) (In addition, God is a beacon of Light in a moral sense, too; For there is none good but God. Meaning, we are to let Christ's light shine thru us, and not our own light).
(l). God is Infinite
(As in relation to essence of His divine being or Spirit: God is not subject to physical limitations (like man)). (For with God, nothing is impossible).

2. Jesus Christ

(a) Christ is God Almighty (Second person of the Godhead (the Living Word)).
(b) Christ is Eternal and uncreated.
(d) Christ is Typified many times in the Old Testament.
(e) Christ makes many pre-incarnate appearances in the Old Testament.
(f) Christ entered the flesh of Adam by way of a virgin named Mary.
(g) Christ suppressed His Omniscience (Kenosis)
(h) Christ relied on the Holy Spirit to teach him the Scriptures as a child.
(i) Christ did many miracles by the Father.
(j) Christ also had divine power during His Earthly ministry.
(k) Christ is worshiped as God.
(l) Christ Jesus is the name above all names
(See music video below in my followng posts).
(m) Christ still has his physical body now and forever.
(n) Christ had risen from the grave whereby we will one day rise like Him, too.
(o) After Jesus told Mary to touch him not, Christ had then shortly ascended to the Heavenly Temple so as to be our mediator between God the Father and man (i.e. for Jesus is our Heavenly high priest).
(p) In the Incarnation: Christ just had a physical body only. There was no human soul. Christ's soul is divine and it is eternal and uncreated (Because He is God).
(q) Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (Everything in our lives must be in done by him and thru Him; For I can do all things thru Christ, which strengthens me).

3. Soteriology (i.e. the Study of Salvation)

(a) Substitionary Atonement.
(b) Blood Atonement.
(c) Sacrificial Atonement
(d) Believe Christ died for our sins, risen 3 days later, and ascended (after telling Mary not to touch Him) so as to be our mediator and Heavenly High Priest).
(e) A person must be born again spiritually.
(f) Christ is the only mediator between God the Father and man.
(g) Justification
(Initial Salvation, i.e. Receiving the Lord)
(h) Sanctification
(Continued Salvation, i.e. the Walk with the Lord).
(i) Glorification
(Final Stage of Salvation, i.e. the Lord taking the true believer home).
(j) Repentance.
Bibical Repentance (and it's fruit thereof). For a new convert who repents will admit they are a sinner, and will ask Jesus to be their Savior and they will forsake their sinful ways. In fact, Jesus Christ defined repentance for us. He said the Ninevites will rise up in Judgment against this generation because they repented at the preaching of Jonah. If you were to turn to the end of Jonah chapter 3, you would see that the Ninevites had turned from their wicked and evil ways as a part of their repentance. For someone who has been a believer for a while: Repentance is confessing your sin so as to be forgiven of that sin (1 John 1:9) and it is forsaking sin so as to walk in the light as he is in the light so that the blood of Jesus Christ continues to cleanse one of all sin (1 John 1:7). For he that confesses and forsakes sin shall have mercy (Proverbs 28:13).
(k) Biblical Conditionalism is True &- OSAS (Once Saved Always Saved) or Eternal Security is false.
For there are tons of warnings in the Bible that a believer cannot ignore. For he that knows God keeps his Commands (1 John 2:3).
(l) Works Salvationism is False.
Christ does the "good work" in the believer (Philippians 2:13), and if a believer messes up or sins, they have God's grace to get themselves right with Him by confessing their sins (1 John 1:9) and by forsaking them (1 John 1:7).
(m) Sinless Perfectionism.
"Sinless Perfectionism" is the Biblical teaching that we are to stop sinning as believers. I am not talking about sins that do not lead unto death (like going over the speed limit, or eating unclean food before others that are offended by it). I am talking about making excuses for those types sins that lead unto spiritual death (like murder, theft, adultery, lying, etc.) (See 1 John 5:16-18, Romans 1:32, Revelation 21:8). Sometimes it takes a while for a believer to stop sinnng (even when they know about those verses that can help them to do so). However, in time, if they are a faithful follower to Christ (and they truly love Him), then they will conquer the lusts of the flesh. 1 Peter 4:1 says that all who have suffered in the flesh have ceased from sin. So we are to pick up our cross and follow Jesus. For they that are Christ's have crucified the affections and lusts (Galatians 5:24). For sin shall not have dominion (control) over you (Romans 6:14). Meaning, that you can actually stop from sinning. In fact, Peter identifies certain false prophets as having not ceased from sin (Who have eyes full of adultery) (2 Peter 2:1, 14). Most in the church today make an excuse so that they will sin again sometime in the future. so when they sin, God understands because they have a fallen nature and they cannot help themselves. But this is not what the Bible teaches. In Romans 7, Paul is primarily speaking from his perspective as a Law abiding Jew before he came to Jesus. For at the end of that chapter he gives us the solution to his struggle with sin (Who is Jesus Christ). For there is no "Condemnation" to those who are in Christ Jesus who "WALK" not after the flesh, but after the Spirit (Romans 8:1).
(l) Carnal (Wordly) Christianity vs. Abiding in Christ and Following Him and His good ways.
For he that shall lose his life for his sake shall save it; And he that shall save his life shall lose it. Today in the world of Christianity, you can have your cake and eat it, too. You can love both the world and Jesus Christ and go to Heaven. You can have your best life now and also in the after life, too. But the Scriptures say that all who live Godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. In the last days, there are many who have a form of Godliness, but they deny the power therof because they abide in many various sins and they have a love for this world still (and the things that are within it). Today, many think they can sin and still be saved. Today, many listen to Christian Heavy Metal, and or seek after riches and or the things of this world (or to be like those of the world). Many today are not seeking to enter in thru the narrow gate but the wide gate which is popular by many. "For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost" (Romans 14:17). For it was the Lukewarm believer that was spewed out of Christ's mouth. We are not to even be concerned with basic needs even. For we are to seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things (basic needs, like food, shelter, clothing, companionship, etc.) will be added unto us.

4. The Written Word of God (i.e. the Bible).

The King James Bible is the divinely inspired preserved Word of God for our world language today. It is perfect and without error. I believe this to be the 1769 KJV (Because this is when both the printing process and set standard of grammar and spelling had been perfected). Granted, while I believe the KJV is the perfect inerrant Word of God today for English speaking people, I do believe it is also very important that a believer also uses Modern Translations so as to help them to update the 1600's English (i.e. Early Modern English) to today's English (i.e. Late Modern English).

Also, I believe that even the most smallest details in God's Word is profitable; For all Scripture is profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). This is why it is important for the saint to study to show himself approved unto God (2 Timothy 2:15). I believe that the Old Testament Scriptures speak a lot about Jesus. I believe the book of "Revelation" is the last book of the Bible and that there is no more revelations or prophetic writings to the Bible. Everything we need to know spiritually and prophetically is in God's Word.

5. The Church (i.e. the Body of Christ).

The Church is not a building or a temple but it is the body of true born again believers (with Christ being the head of that body). They are the saints, the bride, or the body of Christ. They are believers who have repented of their sins and accepted Christ and who continue to walk in His good ways (i.e. Commands as given to us in the New Testament). Those professing believers who are disobedient to Christ's Commands will be removed from his Kingdom. For his angels will come and separate all those who do sin and iniquity (Matthew 13:41).

6. Eternal Security:

Eternal Life and Security thereof can only be found in Jesus Christ and by abiding in Him and His words. That is our assurance and promise. For those who cannot be plucked out of his hand are those sheep who followed Jesus. This is not works salvation, but it is merely surrending one's life to Christ whereby He can do the "good work" in you. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the LIFE. Eternal life can only be found in Jesus. For he that has the Son has life and he that does not have the Son does not have life (1 John 5:12). For Christ alone possesses immortality (1 Timothy 6:16). Immortality is not a "thing" or "super power" that we can possess apart from Christ. Immortality or Eternal Life is in Jesus for He is the Bread of Life. For Jesus said, " If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him." (John 14:23). Obeying Christ is only possible if one has truly been "born again" spiritually. For we are indeed saved by His mercy and by the regeneration of the Holy Ghost (Titus 3:5). For if God truly lives within a person, then they will have the fruit thereof to show that their faith is true and not false. For God is their security and salvation. For Jesus saves us not just in Justification (When we first came to Him), but He also saves us in the process of Sanctification (By our walking in His good ways), too. For Jesus Christ was manifested to destroy the works of the devil in a person's life. So one is only safe and secure Eternally by abiding in the Vine, who is Jesus Christ.

7. Sins that Cannot Be Forgiven:

(a) Suicide (Whereby a person stays dead).
If a believer commits suicide and stays dead, they will not be forgiven because it is self murder; And 1 John 3:15 says that no murderer has eternal life abiding in them.
(b) Apostasy
This is not backsliding into a life of sin (Which can be forgiven according to James 5:19-20), but this is willingly rejecting Jesus Christ as your Savior after having the Holy Spirit. Now, some might point out Peter. However, Peter did not deny Jesus while having the Holy Spirit, though. Peter later received the Holy Spirit after Christ's resurrection.
(c) Speaking bad against the Holy Spirit
This is talking bad against the Holy Spirit and or talking bad against the works of the Holy Spirit. This type of blasphemy cannot be forgiven (either in this world or the one to come, i.e. the Millennium).
(d) Taking the mark of the Beast and worshiping his image.
Anyone who takes the mark of the beast and worships his image drinks of the Wrath of God (Revelation 14:9-10).
(e) Dying in unrepentant sin that leads unto spiritual death.
A person cannot die and refuse to confess of a sin that leads unto spiritual death and expect to be saved. What is the sin unto death? Again, sins unto death would be the sins that Paul lists several times in the New Testament. Paul says be not deceived, the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God. Paul lists sins such as lying, adultery, theft, hate, murder, idolatry, drunkenness, etc. John also lists these sins in Revelation 21:8 and actually labels them as causing spiritual "death" because he says that committing these types of sins will lead one to face the "Second DEATH" (Which is the Lake of Fire). But if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). For if we walk in the light as he is in the light, then the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). But he that says he knows him and does not keep his commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him (1 John 2:4).

8. The Law of Moses.

The Law of Moses (or the Old Testament Law) is no longer binding anymore as a whole. Yes, the moral laws have been carried over into the New Testament. Yet, the believer is no longer bound by any of the ceremonial laws and or the judicial laws as put for the in the Old Covenant, though. For Christ had crucified the Old Covenant Law upon the cross with his death. For even in Christ's ministry, Jesus focused on teaching primarily New Covenant and not Old Covenant. But once the Temple veil was torn with Christ's death, we are no longer bound to offer animal sacrifices to a priest in a temple anymore (as a temporary covering for sin). For Jesus is the Lamb of God who took away the sins of the entire world so as to offer every man and woman the free gift of salvation (Which is Himself). Shortly before the cross, Jesus said that the old was ready to vanish away and that the New Covenant will make the first Covenant as old (See Hebrews 8:13). For the Law has changed (Hebrews 7:12).

In other words, a believer cannot require other believers to obey the Commands in the Old Testament in order to be right with God. For the Law is a schoolmaster that brings us unto Christ (Galatians 3:24). Now, some may object that we have to obey the Law of Moses because Jesus said he came not to destroy the Law. However, we know that the word "Law" is sometimes used in reference to not just the Law of Moses but to entirety of the whole Old Testament (Including the prophecies about the End Times). For the word "Law" sometimes is in reference to the abbreviated form of the saying "Law and the prophets" (Matthew 5:17) (Matthew 7:12) (Matthew 22:40) (John 1:45) (Acts 13:15) (Acts 24:14) (Acts 28:13) (Romans 3:21). In other words, the "Law and the prophets" was merely a reference to the whole entire package of the Old Testament. So when Jesus said he came not to destroy the "Law" he was referring to that aspect of the prophecies contained in the "Law and the prophets." For clearly there is a change in "Law" with the New Testament. We do not offer animals sacrifices anymore. We can eat unclean animals. We are not to render an eye for an eye anymore but we are to turn the other cheek. For Christ came to fulfill the Old Law and not destroy it. To put it to you another way: Think of the Old Testament as an apple seed and the New Testament as an apple tree. The OT saint was justified by faith in the Lord and by looking ahead to the Promises that would be fulfilled in the Messiah (i.e. Jesus Christ).

For Jesus said, I came not to destroy the Law, but to fulfill it. Meaning if I took a hammer and smashed the apple seed it could not be fulfilled into it's true intended purpose, --- so the Old was necessary part in order for the New to take place. For if I planted that apple seed in the ground, that means the apple seed would be fulfilled in becoming an apple tree (As it was meant to be). Jesus obeyed the Law perfectly and fulfilled it on our behalf so He can impute His righteousness to us when we repent of our sins and accept Him as our Savior. Then Christ is able to work His righteousness (According to His Word) thru us from that point (And not our own righteousness).

The animal sacrifices of the Old was a big part of the entire Old Testament. For without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. But the animals sacrifices never took away sin for good, though. No Law could take away sin for good. Only Christ's perfect sacrifice could do that. So we are saved by seeking His mercy and believing in His death, burial, and resurrection by faith; Because God loves us and He desires in wanting to have mercy upon on us so as to save us. God wants to save us! For He is our Savior! God doesn't want us to be our own Saviors. For we are saved by His Grace, and by His mercy, and by the washing of the regeneration of the Holy Ghost and not of works of righteousness of which we have done (Titus 3:5) (Also see Ezekiel 36:26-27).

Now, just because the Law of Moses is no longer binding, does not mean that believers are anarchists and that they are free to do whatever they please. We are to obey the Commands of Jesus and the apostles as laid out in the New Testament. For we are to obey the "Law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2), or the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2), or the Royal Law (James 2:8) and or the Law of Faith (Romans 3:27). For there are 1,050 + Commands given to us in the New Testament. They are not placed their so that we can be our own Lords and masters. They are placed there so that we can make Jesus our Lord and Master by allowing Him to do the "good work" within us. This is important to understand because we cannot be disobedient to Jesus and expect to still be saved. For Jesus says, "Why do you call me Lord, Lord, and do not what I say?"

9. Baptism.

While I have personally been baptized, I do not believe baptism is done so as to be saved. Baptism is merely done as an answer to the fact that your conscience has already been cleared by God (by the fact that you repented of your sins and accepted Christ). In other words, baptism is done because you have an assurance of your salvation. Baptism is not for the putting away of the filfth of the flesh (i.e. sin). Baptism is a picture of us being symbolically crucified with Christ when we go down (completely submerged) into the water (Thereby showing his death in us). It also symbolically represents his resurrection when we are then raised up out of the water (after having been totally submerged or dead in Christ). For he that is dead in Christ will no longer live in sin any longer. For we who are in Christ are raised up alive and new in Him (in the likeness of his resurrection) (See music video below in my following posts).

10. The Flood.

The Flood was global and world wide and was an example to all those who lived ungodly lives (2 Peter 2:5-6). For those who perished in the flood had thought evil things continually (Genesis 6:5). Only Noah's family and Noah, who was a preacher of righteousness was spared.

11. Evolution.

Macro-Evolution (i.e. is the false belief that a certain animal kind can transform from one animal kind into another animal kind, like a reptile transform into a bird over enough time). The Bible does not teach nor allude to any kind of Macro-Evolution. Micro-Evolution is that a species can adapt to a certain environment and or change slightly within it's own animal kind. This observable Science is not in conflict with the Bible. However, Macro-Evolution is just a man made theory that cannot actually be proven. There are also other forms of Evolution that the world has cooked up like Cosmic Evolution, etc. But again, these are just man made theories that strives to deceive the world into thinking that there is no God. For if everything can be explained by some naturalistic means, then what need is there for God? What need is there to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ? It is to have true peace, and true joy by the fact that one is saved by Christ. The world and it's false deceptions will only give you a temporary pleasure and small comfort. Whereas Jesus can help you to be truly satifisied and happy in this life. For without Jesus, one cannot evolve into the intended purpose that the Lord has for them (Which is to be in the likeness of Him).

12. Age of the Earth.

The Earth is approximately 6,000 years old according to the Bible and scientific evidences found by Young Earth Scientists. Believing that the world is millions of years old actually lines up with what the world all believes. One is either of the world and it's thinking or one is trusting God and His Word. One cannot think like the world and also think like the Lord. For his ways are higher than our ways. We have to lean upon the Lord and His understanding and not our own.

13. Satan.

Satan is a real being who is a fallen angel and who convinced 1/3 of the angels to rebel against God. He desired to be like the most high and it was his pride that made him to fall. Satan (also called the "Devil") is the father of lies and he was also a murderer from the beginning (When he convinced Adam and Eve to eat of the wrong tree and disobey God). Satan convinced them to eat of the wrong tree by saying that they would not die spiritually if they disobeyed God's Command. This is the same lie that is being pushed today. Many believers think they can disobey God's Commands under the New Testament and not die spiritually, too. It's a lie that was started by the devil all the way back in the Garden (in the beginning).

14. Hell.

Hell is also called "Torments" in the Bible. It is a temporary holding place or prison for those wicked people who have rejected Jesus and His good ways. Hell is not a place of torture but it is a place of "Torments" like the Scriptures say. For the richman was tormented in the flame that was in front of him by the great gulf fixed between him and Abraham. For if the richman was engulfed in flame then he would be screaming non-stop and would not be able to carry on a rational conversation with anyone. For if a person today was put into a campfire and held there, I doubt you would be able to talk with them and carry on a normal conversation. Anyways, I beleve in "Dualistic Conditionalism" (Which is under the umbrella of "Conditional Immortality"). It is the belief that Hell is real, but after the Judgment (When the wicked will receive their resurrected bodies), the Lake of Fire will destroy them both body and soul. For Jesus said fear not him who can destroy the body, but fear him who can destroy both body and soul in "Gehenna" (i.e. the Lake of Fire) (Matthew 10:28 WEB). In other words, Hell or the Lake of Fire is not eternal punishment which is what most churches teach nowadays. For God is good and fair in His judgments: And He will not punish people beyond what the crime calls for. Eternal Concious Torment makes God out to be some kind of monster, and the Bible and real life does not teach such a thing. People merely belief this because their church believes it (And they have not studied God's Word in prayer to see whether these things be so or not). To see more verses on this topic (or to discuss it, please check out this thread here: http://christianchat.com/bible-discussion-forum/104767-what-your-view-hell-lake-fire-loving.html).

15. Rapture.

There is going to be a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. The Bible is very clear on this.

Pre-Trib Rapture.

versus the...

Gathering of Elect Before Christ's Second Coming.

Then there are the clues or breadcrumbs of the Pre-Trib Rapture, too.

Pre-Trib Rapture is paralleled in Genesis and Revelation.

Those who say the Lord is delaying His Coming.

Comparing the Trumpet of Blessing vs. the Trumpet of Judgment.

Knowing the Timing of Period Called "Wrath" and Realizing We are not Appointed Unto "Wrath."

However, you have to realize that the Pre-Trib is the only position where a person has the most to lose.

Those who say everything has been fulfilled already have not truly believed Revelation at face value. For anyone who is honest with themselves in reading it will see that none of the major things in Revelation have happened yet.

Mid Trib view is false because you have a population problem with the Anti-Christ killing the saints during this time.

Post Trib view is false because we are not appointed unto Wrath.

Saying there is no Rapture means you have not read the Rapture verses with an open mind.

16. Tribulation.

The 7 year Tribulation is broken up into 3 and 1/2 years. The second half of the 3 and 1/2 years is known as the "Great Tribulation" and the time of God's Wrath. In the middle of the Tribulation is when the Antichrist will desocrate the holy temple and then shortly enforce the mark of the beast and kill many faithful Bible believing Christians (Because they have refused the Mark and to worship his image). At the end of the 7 year Tribulation, Jesus will return and destroy all unrepentant nations who will come up against Him. This is then followed by the purification of our world by fire (Similar to the global flood). Then Christ will reign for 1,000 years upon this Earth (While the devil is locked up in the bottomless pit). Then at the end of the 1,000 years, the devil will be allowd to deceive man for one last time and then comes the final Judgment. This then leads into God and his people living upon a New Earth wherein there is no sin, pain, disease, or suffering anymore.

17. The Land of Israel.

Abraham, select patriarchs, and those Gentiles who are beheaded for Christ during the last half of the Tribulation will inherit the Promised Land (or the Land of Canaan), thus fulfilling God's Promise to Abraham and his descendants. Now, how can Gentiles be of Abraham's seed or descent? Well, by them being resurrected bodily after the likeness of Jesus Christ (of course). For Jesus was of the descent of Abraham; And we can only be resurrected by the same body that Christ has. However, the Promised Land will be no more after the end of the Millennium. For the Heavens and the Earth shall pass away and give way to a New Heavens and a New Earth (Wherein will dwell righteousness forever).

18. The Jewish People.

The Jews were God's chosen people in the Old Testament. They failed repeatedly many times to follow God and they even rejected their Messiah. However, God has promised that He would not forsake them. In the End Times, the Jews as a nation will repent shortly sometime before Christ's return (Thus fulfilling various different verses in Scripture). All believers will be resurrected after the likeness of Jesus Christ (Who was a Jew). So on some level, all saints will have the DNA of Jesus within them after they are bodily resurrected. This means, that the saints will be physically Jewish because Jesus is physically Jewish. Those who are resurrected bodliy in the Millennium will be those who were beheaded for Christ in the Great Tribulation. Everyone else will be resurrected bodily at the end of the Millennium (for them to fill the Eternal New Earth). But all believers will be made in the likeness of the Son (physically). This is of course a reflection of their faith in how they conformed to the image of Christ spiritually. For the Jews are a chosen people by God. While there are many who are Jews today who are not saved, God has chosen a specific nation of people to reflect the one that will come in the future thru Christ in the final Eternal New Earth. A future kingdom of perfection that is a glory unto God.

I would agree with the London Baptist confession of Faith 1689 (well almost ;) )

It's too big to post, however, if you would like to read it you can get free online or get a kindle version... Whether, your a Baptist or not or a reformed Baptist or not...It would stil be a benefit to you.

Lol, that first sentence basically affirms God created everything, which is what I believe. Would be fun to see the reaction! :)
