This is a good meme for this thread.

The health, wealth, and prosperity gospel and Word of Faith movement are definitely toilet bowl theology.
One day soon you will have a red face as you stand there trying to explain to God why you believed Satan instead of His Word...The Word says that By Jesus stripes you WERE healed. Its a done deal. Yet you crackers and cheese Christians insist that God wants you sick, that Jesus suffered those stripes for your spiritual healing but somehow just couldn't figure out how to heal you physically too. Your crackers and cheese philosophy has never been able to come up with a viable answer to just how God is glorified by His kids getting the stuffing kicked out of they by the enemy, yet you take real delight in castigating those Christians who believe Gods Word and get the results they desire. Well....We WoFers as you call us will go on getting what we need and you can suffer baby....Unless you decide to trust the Word and drop your foolish philosophies.

I would rather be wrong with him, and get the results I need, than be right
, against His promise, and live in sickness, pain, and poverty.

And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and the Word in their testimony. I like that. The WORD in their testimony.
Never saw that before Denadii. I always thought and there testimony. Makes a big difference!

Truthfully my friend I've never "Seen" it either. That is one thing that came by revelation.. When the Holy Spirit promises to teach us, and He does, He shows us all sorts of nuggets from the Word.

Without the Word in our testimony it becomes little more than a good story that shows that our God is a good God. Put the Word in your testimony. It then reflects God and his wondrous Love. It takes the focus off of you and puts it where it belongs. On Jesus.
