The Jehovah's Witnesses no doubt have Scholars within their organization, however because they choose to remain no part of the world they wouldn't seek academics routes which would make them prominent in their field of work, thus not making them referable.
Some Scholars however have translated their own translations with the same meaning as some NWT verses, some verses which other Bibles (pro-trinitrian Bibles alike) render the same as the JW's NWT are; John 1:1, Zec 12:10, Heb 1:8, Psalms 45:5, Matthew 4:10, Luke 23:43. These one are just of the top of my head, there's no doubt more.
I think you mean something else instead of Psalm 45:5.....so I'm going to skip that one.
Matthew 4:10 (NWT)
[SUP]
10[/SUP] Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written: ‘It is Jehovah
* your God you must worship,
+ and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’”
I'll tell you right now that no translation is going to agree with the NWT here because the word "Jehovah" is not found in the actual Greek there. They put it in there because it is quoting an OT passage that does have YHWH in it. This isn't necessarily "wrong," although they aren't translating from the Greek when they do this. It also doesn't change the meaning of the passage, and it doesn't deny Jesus' own deity, even in the NWT.

Darby Translation (DARBY)
[SUP]10 [/SUP]Then says Jesus to him, Get thee away, Satan, for it is written, Thou shalt do homage to [the] Lord thy God, and him alone shalt thou serve.
Now this one is interesting. It uses the word homage here, and says we should only do homage to God, thus destroying your earlier argument that it's okay to pay homage to Jesus in the Bible, but not to worship Him, if Jesus isn't YHWH.

[SUP]10 [/SUP]Then saith Jesus to him, `Go -- Adversary, for it hath been written, The Lord thy God thou shalt bow to, and Him only thou shalt serve.'
Now, one thing that really stood out to me is that not only are we to only worship God, YHWH (and yes, since Jesus was quoting the OT, and the OT uses YHWH there, it actually means YHWH), we are also to serve only YHWH.....
Let's look at this Scripture:
Daniel 7:13-14 (NASB)
[SUP]13 [/SUP]“I kept looking in the night visions,
And behold, with the clouds of heaven
One like a Son of Man was coming,
And He came up to the Ancient of Days
And was presented before Him.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]“And to Him was given dominion,
Glory and [SUP][
k][/SUP]a kingdom,
That all the peoples, nations and
men of every [SUP][
l][/SUP]language
Might serve Him.
His dominion is an everlasting dominion
Which will not pass away;
And His kingdom is one
Which will not be destroyed.
Hmmm....people seem to be serving this Messiah they would God.....
Some translations actually say "worship" there.
