Its not ESP zzz98, its the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit. If you did have the Indwelling of the Holy Spirit you WOULD know all about the Gifts of the Holy Spirit.

You dont know if they are saved or not! But, in fact, Christ has said we know them by their fruit. I would think that means those who defend the gospel of Christ without adding things in like prayers to mary and calling the pope holy father, the liturgy of mass, and such. But then that seems too much like common sense or should I say sense coming from the spirit within..................hmmm

Seems pretty simple. Christ did say that all those that add to and take away from scripture are to rebuked and proven liars, But yet ,you remain the defender of the RC assembly and not Christ. Do you pray for eyes to see? I fear not...

No! Christ is not ahead of the RCC, the Pope is, and their teachings are no way in line with the word of God. Since you you do not believe now, all you have to do is watch, and when you see a man come and make that seven year covenant with Israel and the pope of that time begins to perform those miraculous signs, then you can know that that pope is the false prophet and the one who makes the seven year covenant is the antichrist. At that time you have the opportunity to repent and receive Christ and separate yourself from the RCC. However, because you did not believe before the church will have been removed but after, you will then be exposed to the wrath of God via the seals, trumpets and bowl judgments, as well as being exposed to the beast, his image, his mark, the false prophet and all that they do. It is only for the purpose of contending for the truth of God's word and to warn you and others of who the RCC is according to scripture. But I suppose for many, they will continue to reject the truth and will unfortunately have to find out by experiencing it first hand.

Then can you enlighten us? explain to us how Jesus is the head of the catholic church and why ppl are so focused on the pope.
btw are you able to answer my request to you? To show how the pope shows that he speaks the truth of God and that he truly is a believer?

I have not seen him speak much about God and Jesus and I have not seen him pointing the world to God but I have seen him being seen very highly by all ppl gaining fame and admiration but yet I have not once seen him point to God it almost seems like he enjoys all this attention

Protestants focus on the pope. We just read or listen to what he says. You see one of the myths is we have to believe everything the pope says. That only pertains to doctrine which no pope can change. Obviously some Ex Catholics missed that and begin piling on the myths with other non Catholics

God has said ALL have sinned. Nowhere in the Scriptures does God say Mary was assumed. We have only one mediator and He is Jesus!

Why you do need a pope in the first place though? I am asking merely to understand not to judge, I mean the pope is considered a holy man from what I hear and ppl refer to him as father and honestly this doesn't make sense to me for who among us is actually a holy person and the only person I can possibly refer to as father is my father in heaven

that is where you are wrong, I have met several catholics who had the holy spirit in them, to say that no catholic has the holy spirit is unwise only God knows ppls hearts and who are we to say how a group of ppl don't have the holy spirit?

Thanx Blain and its ok. These people show their(i think I'm the only one that can spell THEIR) rotten fruit with these accusations. I think its quite funny yet sad at the same time. As far as the pope goes, every organization has a leader. The pope is ours.

Jesus Christ is our leader and the pope is His representative, or ambassador or something like that. None of you will take the time to research this. Its expected. Sometimes ppl need someone to hate. Why not sit alone and trash a man you will never meet? I can tell by some of the accusations that this is a man you love to hate!

well zzz I have never been one to attack the catholics even though I don't agree with a lot their beliefs but in all honesty pope francis is a guy that I am unable to trust, he says that Jesus said it was ok to be gay he also said to atheists that they still will go to heaven. if he keeps making these lies to ppl and they believe him then their lives could be ruined. if he is a representative of Christ he isn't doing a very good job of it
