First I want to say YHWH created all beings righteous and evil, and clearly for a purpose, as this is a test, and I think this history about King Shaul is a lesson. There is much more I can add to this 2 part post, I will at least add 3 more passages in a bit, but it goes much deeper if you want an answer that gives the entire picture, however this is the question directly at hand.
Saul was dabbling in witchcraft with the aid of the Witch of Endor. Anyone with even a smattering of knowledge would have read of Jesus casting out demons, and indeed Paul did in the name of Jesus (Acts 16:18). There are more examples.

There is no room for demonology in Christianity. Judaism? Well, judging by the posts it seems there is.

Yeah Judaisim is actually rooted in Kabbala, the "old Testamrent" does not teah Judaisim or Kabala, YHWH stricty forbids it;

1 Samuel 28:7, “Sha’ul then said to his servants, “Find me a woman who is a medium, to go to her and inquire of her.” And his servants said to him, “Look, there is a woman who is a medium at Ěn Dor.”

Leviticus 19:31, ‘Do not turn to mediums, and do not seek after spiritists to be defiled by them. I am יהוה your Strength.”

You continually use things YHWH is against and things out side YHWH to seek to spoeak bad upon the Most High, I would advise you learn truth.

It would seem that the OT is a catalogue of Jewish disobedience, recording mass murder, rape, the worship of false gods, infanticide and goodness knows what, that Jewish people eulogise over and promulgate with pride. Perhaps a strong does of reality pills needs to be administered to the nation.

Having said that it also needs to be recognised that the LORD actually commanded those things. Then another LORD speaks against them, causing the thinking person to believe there were two G/gods present as can be seen in the Garden of Eden.

Yes the nation of Israel (not just the Jews) went astray in nearly every way imaginable, this is why the were exiled and eventually scattered.

So who are these 2 "Lords" you are talking about, when just called the Lord or God im not sure who you are talking about, so a little clarification would help me to understand your views.

OK so where does "the LORD actually commanded those things" in Scripture?
31 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites: afterward shalt thou be gathered unto thy people.
3 And Moses spake unto the people, saying, Arm some of yourselves unto the war, and let them go against the Midianites, and avenge the Lord of Midian.
4 Of every tribe a thousand, throughout all the tribes of Israel, shall ye send to the war.
5 So there were delivered out of the thousands of Israel, a thousand of every tribe, twelve thousand armed for war.
6 And Moses sent them to the war, a thousand of every tribe, them and Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, to the war, with the holy instruments, and the trumpets to blow in his hand.
7 And they warred against the Midianites, as the Lord commanded Moses; and they slew all the males.
8 And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword.
9 And the children of Israel took all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods.
10 And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire.
11 And they took all the spoil, and all the prey, both of men and of beasts.
12 And they brought the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and unto the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the camp at the plains of Moab, which are by Jordan near Jericho.
13 And Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and all the princes of the congregation, went forth to meet them without the camp.
14 And Moses was wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, which came from the battle.
15 And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive?
16 Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the Lord in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the Lord.
17 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
18 But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.

The above goes totally against the commandments given to Moses. So who is the LORD that commanded these things. Remember they called the Golden Calf LORD.

These comments are very troublesome to me that one could even think this. May I askwhat religion do you identify with? and if you think YHWH is the Creator of all that is? and if He is perfect in righteousness?

With that said, and I hope you answer honestly I want to sincerely say please read this carefully, my heart goes out to you that you may know what is written and the true history of why these things happened.

31 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Avenge the children of Israel of the Midianites: afterward shalt thou be gathered unto thy people.

I have no clue where you get this from, YHWH did commanded this, as it was self defence, they translate YHWH as the Lord. With that said there is no reason to think YHWH is doing anything unrighteous here, if you consider what is written I think you will understand. The Midianites were allied with the Amalakites (who were nephillim) and sought to destroy evey Israylite living; “Come, And let us wipe them out as a nation, And let the name of Yisra’ĕl be remembered no more.”

Psalm 83:1-18, "83:1, "O Elohim, do not remain silent! Do not be speechless, And do not be still, O Ěl!"83:2, "For look, Your enemies make an uproar, And those hating You have lifted up their head."83:3, "They craftily plot against Your people, And conspire against Your treasured ones."83:4, "They have said, “Come, And let us wipe them out as a nation, And let the name of Yisra’ĕl be remembered no more.”"83:5, "For they have conspired together with one heart; They have made a covenant against You –"83:6, "The tents of Eḏom and the Yishma‛ĕlites, Mo’aḇ and the Haḡarites,"83:7, "Geḇal, and Ammon, and Amalĕq, Philistia with the inhabitants of Tsor,"83:8, "Ashshur also has joined with them, They have helped the children of Lot. Selah."83:9, "Do to them as to Miḏyan..."

Now what if YHWH would have allowed them to “Come, And let us wipe them out as a nation, And let the name of Yisra’ĕl be remembered no more.” There would have been no Messiah, thus no Salvation for humankind, the adversary would have won. Are you sauggesting the YHWH should have let these evil inspired people to wipe out all Israyl and thus the coming Messiah?

Isaiah 9:1-7, "9:1, "But there is no gloom upon her who is distressed, as when at first He humbled the land of Zeḇulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward more heavily oppressed her, by the way of the sea, beyond the Yardĕn, in Galil of the nations."9:2, "The people who were walking in darkness have seen a great light; upon those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death a light has shone."9:3, "You shall increase the nation; You shall make its joy great. They shall rejoice before You, as in the joy of harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil."9:4, "For You shall break the yoke of his burden and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Miḏyan."9:5, "For every boot of one trampling in tumult, and coat rolled in blood, shall be used for burning and fuel of fire."9:6, "For a Child is born unto us, a Son is given unto us, and the rule is on His shoulder. And His Name is called Wonder, Counsellor, Strong Ěl, Father of Continuity, Prince of Peace."9:7, "Of the increase of His rule and peace there is no end, upon the throne of Dawiḏ and over His reign,a to establish it and sustain it with right-ruling and with righteousness from now on, even forever. The glory of יהוה of hosts does this.” (See Isa 16:5, Psa 2:1-12, Psa 45:6, Mic 5:2, Luk 1:32-33)

Again what if YHWH had allowed them to succeed? We would have no “For a Child is born unto us, a Son is given unto us, and the rule is on His shoulder. The glory of יהוה of hosts does this”

because these nations (nephiullim and satan allied) have said " “Come, And let us wipe them out as a nation, And let the name of Yisra’ĕl be remembered no more.”"

Psalms 44:21-23, "44:21, "Would Elohim not search this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart."44:22, "But for Your sake we are killed all day long; Reckoned as sheep for the slaughter."44:23, "Awake! Why do You sleep, O יהוה? Arise! Do not reject us forever."

Psalms 74:18-23, "74:18, "Remember this: the enemy has reproached יהוה, And a foolish people has despised Your Name."74:19, "Do not give the being of Your turtledove to the wild beast! Do not forget the life of Your afflicted ones forever."74:20, "Look to the covenant, For the dark places of the earth are filled With haunts of violence."74:21, "Let not the crushed one return ashamed! Let the poor and needy praise Your Name."74:22, "Arise, O Elohim, plead Your own cause, Remember how the foolish man reproaches You daily."74:23, "Do not forget the voice of Your enemies, The uproar of those rising up against You increases continually."

Numbers 22:1-6, "22:1, "And the children of Yisra’ĕl set out and camped in the desert plains of Mo’aḇ beyond the Yardĕn of Yeriḥo."22:2, "And Balaq son of Tsippor saw all that Yisra’ĕl had done to the Amorites."22:3, "And Mo’aḇ was exceedingly afraid of the people because they were many, and Mo’aḇ was in dread because of the children of Yisra’ĕl."

22:4, "And Mo’aḇ said to the elders of Miḏyan, “Now this company is licking up all that is around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.” Now Balaq son of Tsippor was sovereign of the Mo’aḇites at that time,"

22:5, "and he sent messengers to Bil‛am son of Be‛or at Pethor, which is near the River in the land of the sons of his people, to call him, saying, “See, a people has come from Mitsrayim. See, they have covered the surface of the land, and are settling next to me!"

22:6, "“And now, please come at once, curse this people for me, for they are too strong for me. It might be that I strike them and drive them out of the land
, for I know that he whom you bless is blessed, and he whom you curse is cursed.”"

Judges 6:1, “And the children of Yisra’yl did evil in the eyes of יהוה, and יהוה gave them into the hand of Miḏyan for seven years,"

6:2, "and the hand of Miḏyan was strong against Yisra’yl. And before the faces of the Miḏyanites the children of Yisra’yl made for themselves the refuges which are in the mountains, and the caves, and the strongholds."

6:3, "And it came to be, whenever Yisra’yl had sown, that Miḏyan would come up, and Amalĕq and the people of the East would come up against them,"

6:4, "and encamp against them and destroy the increase of the soil as far as Azzah, and leave no food in Yisra’yl, neither sheep nor ox nor donkey."

6:5, "For they came up with their livestock and their tents, coming in as numerous as locusts. And they and their camels were without number. And they came into the land to destroy it."

6:6, "Thus Yisra’yl was brought very low because of Miḏyan, and the children of Yisra’yl cried out to יהוה."

6:7, "And it came to be, when the children of Yisra’yl cried out to יהוה because of Miḏyan,

Judges 6:28, "And the men of the city arose early in the morning and saw the altar of Ba‛al was broken down, and the Ashĕrah that was beside it had been cut down, and the second bull was being offered on the altar which was built."

6:29, "And they said to each other, “Who has done this deed?” And when they had inquired and asked, they said, “Giḏ‛on son of Yo’ash has done this deed.”"

6:30, "And the men of the city said to Yo’ash, “Bring out your son, so that he dies, for he has broken down the altar of Ba‛al, and because he has cut down the Ashĕrah that was beside it.”"

6:31, "And Yo’ash said to all who stood against him, “You, would you plead for Ba‛al? You, would you save him
? Let the one who would plead for him be put to death by morning! If he is a mighty one, let him plead for himself, because his altar has been broken down!”"

6:32, "So that day he called him Yerubba‛al, saying, “Let Ba‛al plead against him, because he has broken down his altar.”"

6:33, "Now all Miḏyan and Amalĕq and the people of the East, were gathered together. And they passed over and encamped in the Valley of Yizre‛ĕl."

Isaiah 10:24-26, "10:24, "Therefore thus said the Master יהוה of hosts, “My people, who dwell in Tsiyon, be not afraid of Ashshur, who struck you with a rod and lifts up his staff against you, in the way of Mitsrayim."10:25, "“For yet a little while and the displeasure shall be completed, and My displeasure be to their destruction.”"10:26, "And יהוה of hosts stirs up a lash for him as the smiting of Miḏyan at the rock of Orĕḇ. And as His rod was on the sea, so shall He lift it up in the way of Mitsrayim."

Isaiah 52:4-6, "52:4, "For thus said the Master יהוה, “At first My people went down into Mitsrayim to sojourn there, and Ashshur oppressed them without cause."52:5, "“And now, what have I here,” declares יהוה, “that My people are taken away for naught? Those who rule over them make them wail,” declares יהוה, “and My Name is despised all day continually. 5:11."52:6, "“Therefore My people shall know My Name, in that day, for I am the One who is speaking. See, it is I.”"

These comments are very troublesome to me that one could even think this. May I ask what religion do you identify with?
I identify with the Baptists in the UK. Jewish history as written by the Jews themselves is very troublesome to me.

and if you think YHWH is the Creator of all that is?
I'm told by archaeologists that YHWH is a pagan god of the region. The Bible tells us, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." God being the I AM who came in the flesh and who they crucified.

and if He is perfect in righteousness?
The Israelites were pagans making burnt offerings to a pagan god. The true GOD says:
Bring no more vain offerings; incense is an abomination to me. New moon and Sabbath and the calling of convocations— cannot endure iniquity and solemn assembly. (Isaiah 1:13)

“What to me is the multitude of your sacrifices? says the Lord; I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams and the fat of well-fed beasts; I do not delight in the blood of bulls, or of lambs, or of goats. (Isaiah 1:11)

Burnt offering and sin offering you have not required. [Psa 40:5-6]

"you must be especially careful not to ask, "How did those nations worship their gods? Shouldn't we worship the LORD in the same way?" No, you should not! The LORD hates the disgusting way those nations worship their gods, because they even burn their sons and daughters as sacrifices. Obey all the laws and teachings I am giving you. Don't add any, and don't take any away. [Deu 12:31] They disobeyed the Ten Commandments and added their own.

The I AM says:
"Tell me," Samuel said (to Saul). "Does the LORD really want sacrifices and offerings? No! He doesn't want your sacrifices. He wants you to obey him. (1Sa 15:22 CEV)

For I desire steadfast love and not sacrifice, the knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings. (Hosea 6:6)

Mar_12:33 And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

I have no clue where you get this from,
I showed you the passage.

I think you misunderstoof what I was saying, YHWH never commanded these things; defense of from nations seeking to exterminate Israyl and thuis the coming Messiah is not mass murder, it is self defence. and the other things you mentioned... I don't even know what to say opther than you clearly don't know what you are talking about. Do you have some kind of Freemason influence of teacher? Or are you into the "occult" in any way? because these doctrines are very Freemason like, some of them claim the "OT" "God" is "God and satan in one" I DO NOT BELEIVE THIS AT ALL, but it is taught among some occultists...

mass murder, rape, the worship of false gods
Having said that it also needs to be recognised that the LORD actually commanded those things.

Well those archeologist lied...because in the same passage that YHWH calls Himself "I am" He says His name is YHWH/יהוה:

Exodus 3:14-15, "And the Mighty One said to Mosheh, “I am that I am.” and He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Yisra’ĕl, ‘I am (the Self-Existing One - The Heḇrew text reads: ’eheyeh ’asher ’eheyeh, the word ’eheyeh, being derived from hayah, which means to be, to exist)has sent me to you.’ And the Mighty One said further to Mosheh, “Thus you are to say to the children of Yisra’ĕl, ‘יהוהStrength of your fathers, the Strength of Aḇraham, the Strength of Yitsḥaq, and the Strength of Ya‛aqoḇ, has sent me to you. This is My Name forever, and this is My remembrance to all generations."

"The true GOD says:" This is YHWH and He is speaking in Isaiah 1:10-13,

"1:10, "Hear the word of יהוה, you rulers of Seḏom; give ear to the Toraha of our Elohim, you people of Amorah!

1:13, "“Stop bringing futile offerings, incense, it is an abomination to Me. New moons, Sabbaths, the calling of gatherings – I am unable to bear unrighteousness and assembly."

So it is proven that the verses you quote as being "good" are from YHWH, I see no way of debate in this matter. and just to prevent any misunderstanding of Osaiah 1 for people who will not read the entire book;

Isaiah 58:11-14, "YHWH will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and make fat; (strengthen), your bones. You will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. And those of you will rebuild the old waste places; you will raise up the foundations of many generations; and you will be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In; If you turn away your foot from breaking the Sabbath: from doing your pleasure; your own business, your own pleasure, on My holy day, and call the Sabbath a delight; the holy day of YHWH honorable, and will honor Him by not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor engaging in idle conversation: Then you will find your joy in YHWH; and I will cause you to ride on the high places of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Yaaqob your father, for the mouth of YHWH has spoken it."

You say it is the "I am" and not YHWH, but the text says it is YHWH:

This is why we need to consider the context. Samuel, was speaking about the true God who does not require burnt offerings. The deceiver, also called LORD does require burnt offerings. The Deceiver took the name YA-HOVAH. I did explain. It means 'god of destruction.'

1:12, "“When you come to appear before Me, who has required this from your hand, to trample My courtyards?"
1:13, "“Stop bringing futile offerings, incense, it is an abomination to Me. New moons, Sabbaths, the calling of gatherings – I am unable to bear unrighteousness and assembly."

So it is proven that the verses you quote as being "good" are from YHWH, I see no way of debate in this matter. and just to prevent any misunderstanding of Osaiah 1 for people who will not read the entire book;

There are two G/gods called YHWH. Take note as you read scripture, they contradict each other.

Jesus is the Saviour. Jesus is the I AM. The God of Moses is the God of destruction.
Jesus IS "The mighty God, The everlasting Father" ISAIAH 9:6

Even if Jesus is His #1 General and Right Hand on earth, remember he came DOWN from heaven. He did the Fathers will, which was the total opposite of what YHWH commanded Moses to do with his mass murder. YHWH is the deceiver, the serpent and not the creator god who walked and talked in the Garden with Adam and Eve.
You must not believe the written Word.

Isaiah 45:21-22, “Declare and bring near, let them even take counsel together. Who has announced this from of old? Who has declared it from that time? Is it not I, יהוה? And there is no mighty one besides Me, a righteous Power and Savior, there is none besides Me. Turn to Me and be saved, all you ends of the earth! For I am Strength, and there is none else.”

Isaiah 43:10-12, "You are My witnesses, says YHWH, and My servants whom I have chosen; so you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He! Before Me there was no God formed, nor will there be after Me. I, even I, am YHWH; and beside Me there is no (other)savior. I have declared, and I have saved, and I have showed; and no strange god is among you! Therefore, you are My witnesses, says YHWH: that I AM YHWH!"

Malakyah 1:6, "A son honors his father, and a servant his ruler. If then I am the Father, where is My honor? If I am the Supreme Ruler, where is My reverence? says YHWH of hosts to you, O priests, who despise My Name! But you say; How have we despised Your Name?"

1 Corinthians 1:28-31, “And יהוה has chosen the low-born of the world and the despised, and the ones that are not, that He might bring to naught the ones that are, so that no flesh should boast in His presence. And of Him you are in Messiah יהושע, who became for us wisdom from יהוה, righteousness also, and set-apartness and redemption, that, as it has been written, “He who boasts, let him boast in יהוה.” (Jer 9:23-24)

Jeremiah 9:23-26, “Thus said יהוה, “Let not the wise boast in his wisdom, let not the mighty boast in his might, nor let the rich boast in his riches, but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am יהוה, doing loving-commitment, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight,” declares יהוה, “See, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when I shall punish all circumcised with the uncircumcised; Mitsrayim, and Yehuḏah, and Eḏom, and the children of Ammon, and Mo’aḇ, and all those trimmed on the edges, who dwell in the wilderness. For all the nations are uncircumcised, and all the house of Yisra’ĕl are uncircumcised in heart!”

Yahanan 14:28, "You have heard that I told you: I go away, but come again to you. If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I."

Psalm 68:19, "Blessed be יהוה, Day by day He bears our burden, The Strength of our salvation! Selah."

Mat 23:39, “For I say to you, from now on you shall by no means see Me, until you say, ‘Blessed is He who is coming in the Name of יהוה!”

Psalm 118:26-27, “Blessed is He who is coming in the Name of יהוה! We shall bless you from the House of יהוה. יהוה is Mighty, and He gave us light; Bind the Festival offering With cords to the horns of the Altar.”

Mat 21:9, "And the crowds who went before and those who followed cried out, saying, “Hoshia-na to the Son of Dawiḏ! Blessed is He who is coming in the Name of יהוה! Hoshia-na in the highest!”

John 14:28, “You have heard that I told you: I go away, but come again to you. If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.”

John 5:43, “I have come in My Father's Name, but you do not follow Me. Let another come in his own name; him you will follow.”

John 7:16-17, "Yahshua answered, them, and said: My doctrine is not Mine, but His Who sent Me. If any man will do His will, he will know about this teaching, whether it comes from YHWH, or whether I am speaking of My own authority."

John 5:19-20, “Therefore יהושע responded and said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son is able to do none at all by Himself, but only that which He sees the Father doing, because whatever He does, the Son also likewise does. For the Father loves the Son, and shows Him all that He Himself does. And greater works than these He is going to show Him, in order that you marvel.”

John 5:28-30, “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the tombs shall hear His voice, and shall come forth – those who have practiced righteousness, to the resurrection of life, and those who have practiced evil matters, to a resurrection of judgment. Of Myself I am unable to do any matter. As I hear, I judge, and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own desire, but the desire of the Father who sent Me.”

Great discussion guys. I too, must say I am noticing some of the things that PS is pointing out. Now I wouldn't go so far as to say that there are two Gods being described, but rather, much of what was written depicts totally different understandings of the One True God, and dare I say some of the writers had the wrong understanding.

Consider Elohim in the early chapters of Genesis. This is good because it fits into the topic of that odd verse in Samuel I mentioned earlier. The Word is quite clear that Elohim created all things and saw that everything was GOOD. This means there was absolutely zero evil in earth or in heaven.

But then, a couple of things happened that drastically changed things. 1. Halel (Lucifer; although we are not given his original name, both mean morning star) exercised his free will and revolted against Elohim and took one third of the angels with him; 2. Eve and Adam exercised their free will and disobeyed Elohim.

As soon as this happens, the very foundations of the earth groaned with disarray because sin and evil had entered it, and creation was never meant to house such things. Thorns grew. Pain started. Scripture doesn't even indicate that Elohim dealt this out as punishment, it was simply a direct consequence of nature reacting to evil entering it for the first time.

Under this pretense, nothing evil ever came directly from Elohim.

Now, as we read further into Exodus, and particularly going into Leviticus through Samuel, we first learn Elohim's revealed name, YHWH. But we also begin to see a very different (and dare I say, corrupt view of Him starting to emerge.)

The depiction of Him very quickly changes from the Almighty Creator God of Genesis to being described as a war deity who only cares about Yisrael alone and nobody else. And it is here that we first start reading of descriptions of evil evidently "coming from God".

There must be a missing link somewhere.

Could Jesus be that missing link?

That's a bit rhetorical, because I believe that before the foundations of time was even created; The CROSS. Immanuel! Jesus was never plan B or C etc.

The "Elohim" of Genesis /Bereshith is YHWH:

And He who sat on him was called Trustworthy and True, and in righteousness He judges and fights. And the armies in the heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations. And He shall shepherd them with a rod of iron. And He treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of the Almighty Strength. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written: SOVEREIGN OF SOVEREIGNS AND MASTER OF MASTERS.”

Would you consider Jesus a "war God" He smites the natiopns with a rod of iron.

Why?

Isaryl are His people, and Israyl is not simply a bllodline or race of people, but anyone who follw YHWH is Israyl;

Romans 9:6-8, "However, it is not as though YHWH's plan had failed. For it is not everyone who is a descendant of Yisra’yl who belongs to Yisra’yl. Nor, just because they are his descendants, are they all Abraham's children; but: In Isaac will your seed be called. That is, it is not those who are the children of the flesh who are YHWH's children; but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's seed."

Psalm 105:6-9, "O seed of Abraham His servant, You children of Yaaqob, His chosen ones! He is YHWH our Father! His judgments are in all the earth. One law shall be to him that is nativeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourns among you.”

So then let us observe the festival, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of evil and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth."

About evil coming from God comment, if you take the passage we talked about to say YHWH is evil for an evil spirit coming upon Shaul for disobedience then you are choosing to see the Creator in a bad light, not taking into consideration what is actually going on in the passage and in my assumption would you not have to blame Him for creating satan? We can get into some philosophical views but it is non sense, for one would have to be willingly ignorant of Scripture to isolate and apply “evil” to YHWH. Same thing about going to war against foreign nations, Israyl did not battle every nation, and the ones YHWH commanded them to battle against were burning their children in fires to Baal, attacking Israyl, the animals and destroying the land so no food could be grown. Do you suppose it would have been better for YHWH to allow it to happen and Israyl be exterminated and the Messiah never born?

There must be a missing link somewhere.

Could Jesus be that missing link?

That's a bit rhetorical, because I believe that before the foundations of time was even created; The CROSS. Immanuel! Jesus was never plan B or C etc.
Yahshua/Jesus was of course the plan A, Yah knows the end from the beginning. YHWH testified of the coming Messiah many tiomes in the "OT"

Matthew 10:14-15, “And whoever does not receive you nor hear your words, when you leave that house or city, shake off the dust from your feet. Truly, I say to you, it shall be more bearable for the land of Seḏom and Amorah in the day of judgment than for that city!”

Is YHWH for His people and against those who reject Him? Yahshua/Jesus is. Unless you don't believe His own words. So all this non sense about YHWH is only for Israyl, one would have to apply this to Yahshua/Jesus also.

He has remembered His covenant forever, the Law He commanded for a thousand generations; Which He made; ratified, established, with Abraham, and vowed by His oath to Isaac. He confirmed it; let it stand, to Yaaqob for a Law, and to Israyl for an everlasting covenant."
