Lol, well that shows why Trump will win the nomination at least if this mentality prevails. The conservatives will take anyone, yet they cannot coalesce in agreement on that one. Lol also it seems to me the most constitutionalist though would want to vote for Rand Paul who is consistently, even annoyingly, invoking the US Constitution and actually does have plans and records in voting of working towards the approach you ascribe to, albeit without the war. Also lil Rand Paul has been the most vocal opponent of Trump in the debates, each and every one of them. It is kinda humorous to me knowing you are very anti-Paulite.

As for my opinion on Paul, I actually like him, if he were to rise in the polls and my good servant Kasich were to drop out before my primary rolls around I could be persuaded to vote Rand Paul over Trump if both hold somewhat the same to how they've been performing. I've watched all the GOP debates and even the Democrat debates. Even Bernie Sanders the supposed hippy communist was talking about all these plans for more war. Rand Paul is really the only candidate that I believe wants to end these wars and end funding, training, and giving weapons to Islamic rebels. So he has that going for him. Though I don't like how he is so obedient to the Constitution, I view the US Constitution as a hindrance at the least and an outright problem at the worst. How the US Constitution is at the least of it useless and at the worst of it allows and even empowers Islam is a good example indeed.
rand paul is not truly a strict constitutionalist...he is more of a constitutional revisionist...he reads the constitution in ways the founders did not intend for it to be read...basically he reads his libertarianism and isolationism into the constitution even though that reading was not the intent of the founders...

even then paul has been caught numerous times trying to have it both ways...which is why he has lost many of his father's supporters even though he is still the biggest libertarian in the primary...

i don't view the constitution as a hindrance at all...including in the conflict with radical islam...for one things sharia would be unconstitutional...so the constitution would be our defense against any attempt to impose sharia...do away with the constitution and you do away with the strongest political defense the church has...

what is the hindrance is when our leaders -ignore- the constitution or interpret its beyond far beyond the intent of the founders...something trump and cruz and paul do just as well as the democrats...

Rand Paul stays stronger then to the most literal and constitutionalist approach indeed. It is why he cites it all the time. The founders weren't staunch conservatives they were some of the craziest libertarians and leftists in history.

The Constitution is codified secularism, the founders were not good dudes to put it lightly. It is at the root of many of the problems from the proliferation of islam, gun violence, abortion, homosexuality, and so forth and so on. It is a doctrine that is not our friend. The Constitution gives us nothing, only God.

Trump will likely get the nomination, if my servant Kasich is still around by the time of the primary I will vote him still though. He has earned my primary vote doing the Christian thing helping the poor and revitalizing our state and allowing Christianity proliferate. As for the General Election I will vote again for Jesus. Trump wins or loses by his promise to be the greatest Christian president ever.

Well I wonder what Washington meant when he warned to avoid foreign entanglements in his farewell address if not to avoid foreign entanglements.

recall how much freedom a person has when they are 'entangled' and you have the answer...

avoiding foreign entanglements is not a warning against acting freely in foreign policy...it is a warning against making agreements that -prevent- us from acting freely...

I have always thought that the US was an amazing country, until one of my american friends explained why she thought diffrent. I think that Trump would realy help put america back on the right path. But this is, just an outsiders point of view.

have you ever seen a Chinese movie with an overblown caricature of an American in it? boisterous, brash, rude, completely self-serving, disrespectful and gluttonous?
that's what mr. Trump reminds me of. the embodiment of the negative American stereotype. it's truly surreal to me to see how much support he has.

Whats surreal is that you think he is really any different than any other person on that panel. He is just more honest about it.

Buddhist & Taoist Americans of Chinese descent built our railroads.

if one refuses to allow freedom of religion, they refuse to be American.

Trump should self-deport, IMO.
We aren't at war with people from China,

I won't respect their religion or its shia laws either.. If they come to America, learn to adapt to American culture, wearing a burka is just a spit in the western worlds face. These rapes in Europe are beyond crazy as well, all of this is just unacceptable. Get them out of here...or be the next Europe.
