I cant stand liberals.

They're godless, domestic enemies of Christians, America, law and order and common sense.

I've never even heard of such a crime. When did it become criminal for her to take home e-mails that her boss let her leave with and let her record?
What part of "not allowed by national security regulations" do you -- and apparently Hillary -- not understand?

Hillary insider stripped ‘TOP SECRET’ markings from emails, State Dept. source tells Fox

A Hillary Clinton insider might have stripped the most serious “secret” markings from her emails to disguise extremely sensitive information, a State Department source told Fox News Wednesday.

And the former secretary of state and Democratic presidential contender sent and received emails containing classified information — including spy satellite intelligence — over her private unsecured
This is the State Department confirming this, meaning two things:

 • Hillary is guilty of national security violations
 • Barack Obama and John Kerry hate the Clintons
Stripping classification designations from intelligence information is a felony under federal law, Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano told Megyn Kelly on Wednesday’s "The Kelly File."

Earlier in the day, Napolitano said on Fox & Friends that the Clinton email scandal was a "grave situation" for her legal team. Sixteen hours later during his appearance on “The Kelly File,” he upgraded her legal vulnerability to “worse than grave."

Napolitano told Kelly that deleting classification designators from Clinton’s emails would constitute two felonies: One, altering a top secret document and two, storing a top secret document in an unsecured location — Clinton’s private server.

The Daily Beast reported that some of the information sent through Clinton’s server should have been classified up to the level of “TOP SECRET//SI//TK//NOFORN,” according to the Inspector General’s report.

That's "Top Secret," the highest classification, "Special Intelligence," meaning the source contained intercepted communication and therefore is further top secret, "Talent Keyhole" which is the code name for the satellite intel network and therefore makes the document super-top secret, and "No Foreigners," meaning the document is not to be shared with governements or their agencies outside of the the U.S.

Whether there were markings indicating a level of secrecy or not, anything that contains satellite intelligence is automatically top secret, and Clinton is never going to be able to deny she knew that. The fact that State is throwing her under the bus is indicative of an Obama White House obsessed with "legacy," and wanting nothing of Clinton's to taint it.

I reiterate, she's toast and by now, she knows it. So she's going to start scrambling for a foothold. Her campaign Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri said early today, "Look, this kind of nonsense comes with the territory of running for president. We know it, Hillary knows it, and we expect it to continue from now until Election Day."

She's going to go down clinging to her lies. Just makes her look all the more pathetic.

IMHO, the way that this will play out is that by the skin of her teeth, and the glorification of a democratic press, Hillary will end up smelling like a rose to the uninformed electorate, and in the end the Republican Party will smell like the low end of a pig pen to the same group. Guess what folks, the uninformed electorate is much larger than the rest of us, and they will be hauled by the busload to the polls.

Maybe I'm just cynical but I don't think anything will come of it.....however, the wheels of justice do turn painfully slow and maybe...just maybe... she will be held accountable. I do believe trey gowdy would make a good attorney general, and if he were to be in that position, we might see a lot of these criminals do the perp walk. Might be wishful thinking tho.

I honestly think we are past ANY demon-crat or republi-cain saving this country from anything. The presidential office was sold a long time ago and the owners will pick both our choices and it matters not what "click" gets in office. If we didn't have Obamacare it would be Romneycare, no matter what party gets elected no policies will change. I think the only thing these party's and elections are for anymore are to keep us fighting and arguing with each other over the illusion we have a choice and it makes a difference, so we will never join together and look at and confront the real problems. Same idea behind the media hyping up all this racism stuff these days, if we are fighting each other we aren't paying attention to real problems. I don't think they will put a "good" candidate up at all, and even if they did nothing would change, it never does. That's my opinion anyway for what little it's worth.

Dozens of Clinton emails reportedly flagged for containing classified data

Dozens of Hillary Clinton's emails from her tenure as secretary of state have been flagged by officials as containing classified data, according to a published report.

Officials told The Washington Times that 60 emails had been flagged through the end of July by investigators reviewing Clinton's correspondence. The officials told the paper the figure is likely to grow as they work their way through approximately 30,000 work-related emails that passed through Clinton's so-called "homebrew" server. The review process is unlikely to be completed until January of next year, shortly before the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire presidential primary, Clinton's first big tests as the Democratic presidential frontrunner.

It gets worser and worser.

Official: More than 300 Clinton emails flagged for potentially classified info

The number of Hillary Clinton emails flagged for potentially classified content has grown to more than 300, Fox News has learned -- with the potential to grow even more as officials scramble to screen the documents.

The State Department revealed the updated count in a federal court filing, which pertained to Clinton emails sent to other agencies for review. An official familiar with the investigation confirmed to Fox News that, as referenced in that filing, the department has recommended 305 of Clinton's emails be sent to various agencies for review to see whether they contain classified information.

The number could continue to rise as officials comb through more documents; the past three State Department releases have contained a total of 63 classified emails to date.
But ... but ... but ...

She never sent or saw emails containing information with "Classified" information!

"It's not anything that people talk to me about as I travel around the country." Well, no, it wouldn't be, since you won't let anyone but Hillary fanatics within 30 feet of you on the campaign trail.

And guess who, besides Fox News, is reporting this so far this afternoon? The Wall Street Journal. You expect that.

U.S. News & World Report. Check.

Politico.com. Sure.

CNN ...

Wait a minute! Who? Did he say "CNN"?

Yes, he did. 305 documents from Clinton server referred for further review

Hmm. CNN even reports that, so far, 5.1% of the emails reviewed are referred for review. When they get to all 60,000, that would mean over 3,000 emails that "were never viewed or sent by me as classified" were actually classified.

What was that sound? Could be the Clinton empire's foundation crumbling.

State Dept. uncovers nearly 18,000 missing emails sought from ex-Clinton spokesman

State Department officials have uncovered 17,855 emails sent between a former Hillary Clinton spokesman and reporters that the agency long claimed did not exist.

The trove was among more than 80,000 emails belonging to Philippe Reines, a Clinton aide, that were discovered on his State Department account, officials said in court filings Aug. 13.

[Initially] the State Department said it had no responsive records. But State officials responded Thursday with the news that they had inexplicably found 81,159 emails on Reines' ".gov" email account despite asserting two years ago that none existed. Twenty-two percent, or 17,855, of the emails were likely related to Gawker's request.
Many of those 81,000+ emails are going to be to or from Clinton, as well. Something most people who want to cover their tracks don't realize: If you delete all your emails and wipe the hard drive, you still haven't gotten rid of the evidence from recipients' and senders' files.

The company that handled her private server said that there may be a back up of all her emails. I wonder if bill and bama talked about any correspondence between bama and Hillary regarding Benghazi that could come to light.

Grassley questions whether Clinton attorney had clearance for thumb drives

A top Republican senator is questioning whether Hillary Clinton's personal attorney had the security clearance to keep thumb drives containing thousands of her emails, after it was revealed some of her messages contained highly sensitive -- even "top secret" -- information.

"The transmission of classified material to an individual unauthorized to possess it is a serious national security risk," Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote in a letter to Clinton lawyer David Kendall.

The FBI recently took possession of not only Clinton's personal server but three thumb drives kept by Kendall.

The State Department previously has said that Clinton's attorney was approved to handle the documents -- telling Politico, before the files were turned over, that her counsel had "clearance."
Yeah, right. He had "clearance" like the bathroom of an IT firm 2,000 miles from Hillary's home is a safe place to store state secrets.

Clinton refuses to say if she wiped server

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly refused to say whether she wiped her private email server during a contentious press conference Tuesday in Nevada.

In a testy exchange with Fox News' Ed Henry, Clinton argued that she had the authority to turn over to the State Department what she felt necessary, pointing to the 55,000 pages of emails she released.
Notice that video comes from ABC News. The Washington Post made this front-page news this morning. CNN talked about it all night last night.

I reiterate, per the thread title: Hillary's finished.

maybe this is her "head wound".
