I think you missed where I said I was voting for Carson.. As for Trump, well to be fair he really hasn't proven anything yet. Other than that he can talk. A lot. Just like all the other politicians.
Guy the man has built things no one said could be built ... and he will build a wall and build it faster and better than anyone can imagine ...if that was the only issue ..he should be elected for that alone.

Guy.. rich people start companies all the time to limit liability ..thats the way it works ...its legal and part of the investment process we have in this country ... I have a very wealthy friend that starts new businesses all the time ..they all use this protection.

5. Trump is already competing for and winning moderate to liberal voters. Some Democratic states will be in play that were not beforehand.
some forget trump at one time did support democrats. So yes Democrat states will be in play in a Trump vs x election.

The polls quoted in the OP were from before San Bernardino and before Trump made his remarks about banning Muslims from entering the U.S. The updated polls should be out in a couple days, and may reflect whatever transpires tomorrow night in Las Vegas.

Not that Trump supporters care but he is saying things that he will do that he can't do lawfully. To win over law enforcement types, he pledged to execute anyone convicted of killing a police officer. Sure they applauded him and it made a good sound bite, but there are dozens of states that have outlawed the death penalty. You can't change that, even as President. He says he will win the Hispanic vote. Then why do 79% of Hispanics say they will not support him? Blacks don't like him either, according to polls. But he has that white redneck vote sewed up. Still, if all he accomplished was to build his wall / fence, it would be a huge accomplishment. And we know he would absolutely bomb the bad guys in the Middle East. But he would never once mention God or abortion or gay marriage. We know he'd be 100x better than Hillary. But, Rubio and Cruz are actual Christians that seem qualified for the job and Rubio is polling better against Hillary than any of the Republican candidates. I think in about 90 days, we should get a better picture of who is making the best impression with conservative voters.

Maybe before Clinton would have beat him. I think after Trump's strong stance against islam and his continuing to defend his position and not back down makes him stronger. So much ammo to smash Hillary with if he is nominee that the other GOPers cannot use. Problem is it does show just how the rest of the conservatives and the GOP is just a mess. Really just the hypocrisy of the leftists and conservatives whining about Trump's halt to Islamic immigration and shutting down mosques shows it. These the same people, both the leftists and conservatives, not ya'll, but the politicians, that voted for the Iraq War and lied to the public to bomb the muslims. How is Hillary gonna be able to play the bigotry card? Trump will shut down some mosques and halt and scrutinize immigration from Islamic countries and try harder to keep the jihadists out and probably help get the Christians get in instead. Hillary and virtually all the GOP, except Rand Paul's dad Ron, has voted to literally kill muslims. Who is the bigger bigot? The guy trying to protect the king and his country or the lady that literally voted to bomb muslims, not just once either I should add.

Do we need a special decoder when reading messages from Trump supporters? "All" Trumps polls have NOT gone up. The Des Moines Register poll now has Cruz up by 10 points. Real Clear Politics has Cruz at 26% in the Iowa Caucus and Trump at 25.4%. RCP showed Trump at his max of 44.3% vs. Clinton's 45.5% on Dec. 4th. By yesterday, Trump had dropped to 42.8%, while Clinton climbed to 48.5%, in head to head polling data. September 13th marked a high point in Trump polling. Since then he has been almost totally flat. RealClearPolitics - Election 2016 - General Election: Trump vs. Clinton

Are you under the belief that since this is a Christian Chat forum, we are suppose to take your word for every claim you make that seems to contradict verifiable facts? You seem to never back up your claims with links. Can you show us all those polls of which you speak?

Slow down there. Nobody lied to the public and nobody ever suggested we bomb 1.5 billion Muslims. What percentage of Iraq's government, including Saddam and his two sons were Muslims? I'd guess zero. They were Arabs and members of the Ba'ath party. They didn't care for radical Muslims and radical Muslims didn't care for them. Most of our allies in the region are countries full of Muslims. We aren't trying to bomb them. We specifically have been targeting terrorist groups. They are people even the Muslims want killed. Most of their victims are Muslims. Since John Kasich has been doing so poorly, you have begun to spiral out of control, making rather Trump like statements and accusations. But this is an internet forum almost completely devoid of factual links or any references to provide support for comments being made, so it appears to be allowed, as well as a popular form of debate.

I can't wait for Kasich to drop out and Trump to drop to 3rd or 4th. The mods will have to move comments to the conspiracy forum because we will be subjected to months, possibly years of conspiracy theories regarding what did them in.

Lol you're funny. I'm not beholden to my servant Kasich as I have told you before. He's merely the best qualified going by record for economic prosperity, which is issue #1 in my opinion, but it's whatever. Lol I am content to have Kasich remain my governor, good news on the Kasich front at that, him and Mike DeWine the state attorney are tackling Planned Parenthood and the abortion system.

Nevertheless Trump is doing real well, no spiral out of control at all. Trump will actually take measures to crackdown on the spread of islam and terrorism in America. The point is simple. How can Trump be criticized for some common sense wanting to scrutinize immigrants from active war zones, and filter out the followers of islam, and take away terrorists' guns, when the same politicians calling him a bigot for it are the ones that voted to create the warzones and bomb and rile up those same people?

The very FOX poll showed Trump winning by 5 points OVER Hillary ...of course liberal polls are going to be in favor of Hillary ...just like they always are.
But you have no problem with fox a blatantly conservative news channel saying trump is ahead because it fits in with your extremely narrow view of things. I mean this is the literal definition of the pot calling the kettle black.

The latest Washington Post poll shows Clinton beating Trump 50% to 44%. A half dozen other polls will be updated by next week. Tonight's debate may factor in.

Words matter. What you say and how you say it need to be much more accurate. You say Trump will take measures to crackdown of people practicing their religion in America, if their religion is Islam. What will he do exactly? Which politicians in Congress have said they would love to work with Trump and make a law banning people from believing in Islam? Would restrictions on people of one faith have a negative affect on people of our faith?

Think about what you said. You say Trump wants to "filter" out followers of Islam who are fleeing war zones. These people are called refugees, not immigrants. They were being killed by Islamic Jihadists. ISIS is mostly killing Muslims. You are suggesting Trump wants to filter out the victims of Radical Islamic terrorism. Then you state that American politicians voted to create the warzone in Syria and voted to bomb the victims of ISIS and bomb the refugees. Care to share the details of this imaginary vote? Care to explain how our Congress created the warzone in Syria? It's absurd. It seems that if Trump can make wild unsupported statements that excite his uninformed and uneducated followers, why not do the same and see if you get called out on it.

I've decided to push back against Trump supporters who are making outlandish statements. I've decided I don't care for or trust him. There is no logical reason for someone that wealthy to run for President other than he loves the idea of being powerful and ordering others around. If normal folks were suddenly given ten billion dollars, they would likely give most of it to the needy and relax in some quiet and beautiful place. They wouldn't seek out political office with no previous history of public service. Trumps history is one of self-service. He wants to be President to throw lavish parties in the White House and stomp on the Bill of Rights and do as he pleases. I want no part of his fantasy. He may have fooled the hillbillies and the toothless angry disaffected unemployed, but his Howard Beale act has used up his 15 minutes of spotlight and now it is time for voters to get serious.

Come on Brother............honestly, Trump CAN NOT build a wall across our Southern Land Border BY HIMSELF. He can ask for it to be built, he can campaign for it to be built, but that is all he can do.......
