Fsu boy I want you to realize that we should love the sinner not the sins. Many christian people only profess christianity but do not put on christ in there walk.Christ told a leper to "sin no more" after he healed him and forgave him. My point is that many things we say are natural also has a spiritual connection so therefore I will refer you to james 1 read this chapter. I pray God opens your mind to understanding and that he bind every spirit of iniquity that comes against you, may the peace and live of God fill us all that we fear not his correction for a loving father corrects his children.

When we think about sin we sin in our hearts even when we abstain from the act our not.

This person who is gainsaying you is (besides of justifying the wicked) obviously not in for any arguments, but to attack your, and others, persons, if they so happen not to agree with him (which is against the forum rulez btw). Just iggie and keep walking.

I am willing to bet that a vast vast majority of Christians do not really follow the Bible. And I am willing to bet the ones spewing hatred towards homosexuals are at the top of that list.
Amen, this is what I've been waiting to hear from somebody besides myself for years. I do not believe that homosexuality is any more of a sin than the sins I commit, because I am a sinner, but I am forgiven, as a homosexual may be as well.

""If a man also lies with a man, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." (Leviticus 20:13)" - Can we stop using this quote? This is the old covenant.

I think we should IGNORE those people who want war. IGNORING them is the best way to avoid those people. Histlastwalk, dont listen to their criticism, it's just their opinion trying to control you, and they don't understand the whole thing happening. They are not the creator of the Universe, God bless you and to others.

STAY SAFE.

Wow. This is certainly a touchy subject.
I believe that it is wrong to be homosexual. It goes against my beliefes and what I've been taught.
But remember, homosexuals are humans too. They still deserve respect and love. They still have the right to come into the churches and worship among us. Don't treat them differently.
As Christians we are to show love to everyone. You may not like it or agree with it, but treat others with respect.

Yes, "God is love," but God is also the Truth. "God is light and in HIM there is no darkness." The word of God is "a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path." God is neither confused nor confusing. Thank God! :)

"If a man also lies with a man, as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." (Leviticus 20:13)

Besides, there are, like, a ton of homosexual churches worldwide, go enjoy yourselves where you ARE welcome.
So picture this will ya banannapie, I struggle in areas like this. Homosexual lusts of all kinds. But I chose to repent and follow Christ, now do I still get tempted to turn away from God? SURE DO! we all do. now from your little statement there you told me that im not welcome in a church that you attend. Watch what you say because Jesus loves me just as much as you, and with that attitude your going to be responsible for a lot of homosexuals who go to hell because of that statement. Jesus will look at you and say "Stan never went to church because he saw that statement." and thats on your head, show love not damnation

See we get homosexuality confused, we think homosexuality is the simple "attracted to the same sex" thats not what it is. Homosexuality is (in the bible) defined as "one man lying with another" a man attracted to men is not considered a homosexual in the eyes of God unless he is acting on it. Until then he is simply tempted just like the rest of us. NONE of you are talking about homosexuality, your all talking about normal people struggling with temptation. theres a difference in the eyes of God. "Leviticus 18:22

You toss out this sort of (self-)hateful screed and expect it to simply stop because you say so? I hope you do regret what you've caused here.

We are going on with life, this is a matter that needs to be discussed as do all matters. Simple education of the word of God. That my friend is the best life anyone could ever have. My life is not devoted to this thread, I get on with a little bit of my free time. But as long as we are discussing about Jesus and the word of God then my life is satisfied, because I dont want a life that doesnt involve education in Him. :)

both of you got a bit rude bro..
Well Kyle i don't know what to say..

Mori obviously doesn't know anything. And i wonder what he considers hateful about me.. Well then again, he doesn't know a single thing about me. And it's laughable to think that anyone will feel that i'm hateful to homosexuals.

I don't think what i wrote was rude, if i really let out what's on my mind. Then you'd understand the meaning of the word RUDE..

Actually, I spent some time reading your posts on other chat sites. And then I read the ones here. In the past couple of months, you've moved away from humbly asking for help and prayer, to your recent posts about homosexuality here.
