Easter isn't pagan, nor is Christmas. These have been debunked by Christians.
the whole Jesus didn't rise on the first day of the week is ridiculous. notice the OP has to go to antichristian sources to try to prove his point when the scriptures are totally clear.

Mark 16:1-2
And when the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint Him. And very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb when the sun had risen.

Luke 24:1
But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they came to the tomb

Matthew 28:1
Now after the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to look at the grave.

John 20:1
Now on the first day of the week Mary Magdalene came early to the tomb, while it was still dark, and saw the stone already taken away from the tomb.

they seem to want to have us believe Jesus rose at 3pm saturday, but not discovered having risen until sunday DAYLIGHT. meaning nobody noticed it.

they appear willing to do any damage they can to make themselves mosaic covenant sabbath-keepers.
we were warned of these. oh well. i have not much contact other than in cyberspace, so whatever.

Do you know when the tomb was guarded? When did they leave? They kept vigilant for the 3 nights and 3 days because they feared someone would remove His body and say He had risen. The women couldn't and wouldn't have attempted to get there any sooner, thus you nor I know what time He was resurrected.

However, it makes perfect logic and is provable that in both the year 30 AD and 31 AD was a Wednesday crucifixion. However, for those in the Friday to Sunday camp, they have to use the year 33 AD for a Friday crucifixion. The truth is .... Jesus had to be dead a full 72 hours to fulfill His own prophecy. I don't know that other Jesus who died on a Friday.

the truith is my dear, NO ONE knows what year Jesus was born, nor what year he died.

your 72 hours is such a manipulation for your hebrew roots mosaic posturing. shame on you.

Wednesday 72 hour literalists maintain that Jesus died 3 PM Wednesday and rose 3 PM Saturday, but was not discovered until early Sunday morning. This means that the tomb stone was rolled away in broad day light YET NO ONE DISCOVERED IT until Sunday morning... Not even the guards!

and not ONE word is said in scripture confirming your theory.

Does scripture in Matt. and John say that Jesus rose on the first day of the week? It says they discovered it then, it could have happened before, it tells of the discovery but no facts about when it happened. Where have you heard He rose at 3:00? I have heard of scholars who gathered all information they could come up with they thought He rose at sundown on the Sabbath, I doubt very much you have heard a 3:00 theory. If you have, please state where you heard it.

I also do not believe that anyone who gives themselves to Christ is against Moses as in "mosaic". Also that a person who is in Christ would oppose any covenant that was given by God, or come out in opposition to all scripture mentioning the Sabbath. Are you opposed to all these things? Do you see them as damaging? Demons try to get Christians to say any scripture is not true, it is sort of their foot in the door to discredit the Lord.

Are you ever going to decide to discuss and search for truth, or keep to only personal attacks of other people. When you attack on a personal level, you are not making yourself superior at all.

Love that teakettle.
Attack? LOL
Just simply noticing that you are one of those "do as I say, not as I do" folks, isn't attacking.
Tell you what, when you accept the clear scripture of Romans 14:5,6, is when I'll not be tempted to point out your, shall we say, erroneus, mention that people should believe what scripture says. :)

He rose at sundown on the Sabbath,
and where are all the scriptures confirming that? and what did he do for hours and hours until the first day of the week when they discovered him? God left all that important stuff out?

you just can not stand the first day of the week.

Tradition or Truth?

As if "worshipping" the Savior in the way of Bablonian ritual was not bothersome enough, I am even more bothered by the fact that most seems to not even care that they are doing it...

what's your source for all this garbage?
YAHSHUA is a pretty good give-away since that's not his name.

some cultist made it up to be special.

Ironic to witness people that don't give a hoot about the Feasts of the Lord, but at the same time are "worried" that some may be exercising the wrong way. That's Pharisee logic if ever there was any.

i know more about the feasts of the Lord (and what they were FOR) than you will ever learn.:)
want to find out? start a thread.

and they all point to and end in one thing (Person). Christ.

you are obsessed with shadows, and NOT the Substance, because you actually believe God plans to return to all that in some form, and you want fire insurance.

you don't even know his name...in Hebrew translated to english. why should anyone listen to the sacred name people?

You are the one who confirms, you say, that scripture says what it does not say. I am simply pointing out what it does not say. I am giving what some scholars guess. Be accurate!

Again, "you just can not stand". I have pointed to that scripture does not tell us to use the first day of the week as Sabbath, is that saying "I just can't stand". Be accurate. I know, I shouldn't answer you, it just gives you a platform rather than accurate reporting, or even correcting if you see scripture to back it up. "I just can't stand". We are supposed to be talking about scripture, not my likes and dislikes and what I think or like makes no difference at all in truth! I like chocolate ice cream. So what? My liking ice cream or Sunday has nothing to do with that no scripture says to treat the first day of the week as Sabbath.

What if I was unchristian enough to say that you are a sad person, you have hangups, you are not Christian at all as I am your judge, you fabricate, if you were actually only reporting scripture? I say you talk as if you are against Moses, against the Sabbath, against any covenants God made except the last one, and it doesn't seem right to me. You do not respond to that except "liar, not Christian, etc. to me personally.

I don't think you can report scripture saying Christ replaced the Sabbath. Passover spoke of Christ, it is about Christ, He didn't replace it. Christ replaced animal blood, the temple, Christ gave the HS to all who believe in Him, Christ did many things, but I find no scripture that Christ took the place of Sabbath so we don't need Sabbath any longer.

You are not helping your cause by insulting me personally, this is about scripture, I am only an instrument of the Lord.

Are you now denying that you do not believe that the law God gave is to curse us, only, it is not the sin God speaks of in the law that curses? Or that you now believe we should follow the law? Do you now believe that the Jews are protected by the Lord because of how He used them, and we are to respect that? I am reporting scripture, it is you who are making it drama and into a personal indictment of me, not speaking about scripture at all. I am not into drama and upset and throwing personal slurs and fighting. that is your platform. I am about scripture.

what kind of question is that? no, i don't believe God is "protecting the jews".
there's a gospel. do you know it?

as for the other bit, where....are....the posts where anyone said "God is bad, kill the law and the jews"?
WHERE?
