Yes let's do:
Genesis 9:3 (ESV)
[SUP]3 [/SUP] Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.
You missed the part about clean and unclean...
Gen 7:2 Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.
Lev 11:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the beasts which ye shall eat among all the beasts that are on the earth.
Lev 11:46 This is the law of the beasts, and of the fowl, and of every living creature that moveth in the waters, and of every creature that creepeth upon the earth:
Lev 11:47 To make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be eaten.
Now what ceremony is mentioned here? NONE.
Deu 14:3
Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.
There are things which are not food, they are abominable...
H8441
תּעבה תּועבה
tô‛êbah tô‛êbah
to-ay-baw', to-ay-baw'
Feminine active participle of H8581; properly something disgusting (morally), that is, (as noun) an abhorrence; especially idolatry or (concretely) an idol: - abominable (custom, thing), abomination.
Acts 11:6-9 (ESV)
[SUP]6 [/SUP] Looking at it closely, I observed animals and beasts of prey and reptiles and birds of the air.
[SUP]7 [/SUP] And I heard a voice saying to me, ‘Rise, Peter; kill and eat.’ {Peter is not a vegetarian and neither does GOD expect us to be.}
[SUP]8 [/SUP] But I said, ‘By no means, Lord; for nothing common or unclean has ever entered my mouth.’
[SUP]9 [/SUP] But the voice answered a second time from heaven, ‘What God has made clean, do not call common.’
And immediately Peter ran down stairs and ordered up surf and turf with a shrimp cocktail appetizer. No, wait,
Act 10:17 Now while Peter doubted in himself what this vision which he had seen should mean, behold, the men which were sent from Cornelius had made enquiry for Simon's house, and stood before the gate,
Act 10:19 While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee.
The three times was to signal three men and yet Peter did not understand the vision. He did not immediately say "Gimme a pork chop."
Act 11:9 But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
Act 11:10 And this was done three times: and all were drawn up again into heaven.
Act 11:11 And, behold, immediately there were three men already come unto the house where I was, sent from Caesarea unto me.
Act 11:12 And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house:
Act 11:13 And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter;
Act 11:14 Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved.
Act 11:15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.
Act 11:17 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God?
Act 11:18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
And you can search both chapter 10 and 11 diligently an dyou will find NO PLACE where it is mentioned that unclean meat is cleansed. The Jews considered Gentiles unclean and abominable. God used the most vivid vision He could to impress on Peter that the Gentiles could be cleansed by repentance and baptism just as he was.
He wondered what the vision meant. So the summation was this...
The primary purpose for the Dietary Laws was keep Israel separate from the pagan Genitiles who had lavish Feasts frequently including Roasted Pig and usually ending in orgies, thus Keeping the people of Israel pure spiritually until Messiah came and started building His Church where HE wanted the two peoples to become one people, who Loved and Served Messiah as LORD, which means Master:
John 10:15-18 (NKJV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] As the Father knows Me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep.
[SUP]16 [/SUP] And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd.
[SUP]17 [/SUP] Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father."
The time of separation is PAST, it ended the night of Peter's Dream, which ended the time of the dietary laws, now the LORD wants us to be ONE, His Chosen Bride.
That is the meaning of Acts 10-11, nowhere does it make nonfood food.
Acts 11:2-4 (NIV)
[SUP]2 [/SUP] So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him
[SUP]3 [/SUP] and said, "You went into the house of uncircumcised men and ate with them."
[SUP]4 [/SUP] Peter began and explained everything to them precisely as it had happened:
No mention of food here.
And thus we continually are still being CRITICIZED by those who think we are to continue to keep the Dietary Laws, and the Laws of Ellen White, who secretly was eating meat, shrimp, and oysters, while her book was being sold and or distributed.
Your wasting that line on me, I am not an SDA and disagree with many of their doctrines.
Vegetarianism is therefore still just a personal choice and nothing more, so anyone who wants to thinks Vegan is God's will for everyone, be careful, lest you cross the line.
Never said it was, in fact I said it was a personal choice previously in this thread.
1 Timothy 4:1-5 (ASV)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] But the Spirit saith expressly, that in later times some shall fall away from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of demons,
[SUP]2 [/SUP] through the hypocrisy of men that speak lies, branded in their own conscience as with a hot iron;
[SUP]3 [/SUP] forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by them that believe and know the truth.
[SUP]4 [/SUP] For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it be received with thanksgiving:
[SUP]5 [/SUP] for it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer.
Yep and what is sanctified by the Word of God?
Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14.
