My answer has always been because of denying Holy Spirit to move...but am beginning to see more to this..

Power, of course, belongs to the Lord, not the churches. The Lord will empower churches to the extent that he can trust them. If they are unwilling to obey his commandments, that trust doesn’t extend very far.

Wow, now we're on to Spinal Tap. Interesting how this has progressed.
I literally have an amp that goes to 11. It's actually designed off of the mods done to the early marshalls.
