I do not gainsay this, cause what you stated is scripture. I am more thinking on the crucial water divider of either going about to establish one's own righteousness or submitting to the righteousness of God (which is Christ) and is revealed in the gospel. Could you tell us where you look for assurance of salvation and your right standing with God? Do you make a checklist everyday and thinking yourself to have kept all of what you have listed here or do you, perhaps, look unto the atoning blood of Christ and His imputed righteousness? Do you see any sort of difference between soul salvation and, as a result of this, wanting to become a follower of Christ?
I Do not understand what do you mean by submitting to the rightousness of God.
do you mean killing every day is OK, Jesus die for us, we do not need to take our cross, Jesus did for us, we

we do not need to Love God, He love sinner, keep doing sin, Jesus die for our sin anyway.

Quite serious if you do not understand that. It is scripture. Paul addressing non-messianic rabbinic jews who refused to receive the Messiah. All those who are ignorant about the righteousness of God, which is revealed in the gospel, are yet lost. Not saved. Deadly ignorance.

Rom.10

[1] Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
[2] For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
[3] For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
[4] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

do you mean killing every day is OK, Jesus die for us, we do not need to take our cross, Jesus did for us, we we do not need to Love God, He love sinner, keep doing sin, Jesus die for our sin anyway.
*shakes head* No.

Israel set up they own righteousness by not accepting Jesus. That is wrong, but we WHO accept Jesus, have Jesus in our heart,
Don't we have love more than them?

what is love?

Love is Willingness to suffer for other. Jesus willing to suffer in the cross for other.

if Jesus in us, He Will show His love through us, not killing every day, but helping every day

not that salvation by work, but the fruit of salvation is agape work

You are yet tilting against windmills or kicking on open doors. Me and others here have not denied that fruit bearing of saved souls will bring about a willingness to follow Jesus, including what you have mentioned above. But the term requirement that you used is totally off base. You are saying that there is a requirement to be fulfilled by us, for salvation, when all requirements for same was fulfilled in the person and work of Jesus Christ. The reasoning you are approaching amounts to that the work and person of Jesus Christ is not enough to actually save anyone, cos there is a requirement to be fulfilled in us so that one can be saved. You are then confusing fruit with condition/requirement! This might, worst off, stem from ignorance about the righteousness of God, as revealed in the gospel. Through someone else, or yourself, you have been tossed and carried about by some wind of erroneous doctrine?

This all sounds good, until you start to distinguish between a believer and a non-believer.
There is something in the believers response to God, which differentiates them from the non-believer.
If this was not so, all people are saved.

If you say it is just Gods choice, there is no difference, then you are into fatalism, where God is supreme
and nothing the believer does determines their destiny.

Paul is very different. He is very anxious that the believers walk in the way of Christ, hold to faith to the
end, and show his work has not been in vain. This whole expression dictates the response of the believer
matters, not that it determines the free gift that has been offered but that the response is worthy of
God. Jesus is very concerned that though people understand and fall in love with the principles of the
Kingdom, they get lazy and start abusing one another. His warning is this is the same as becoming an
unbeliever and will be so judged.

The mystics here say things like once you are a child of God you cannot unbecome a child of God.
Jesus, Paul, Peter, John imply we should never take for granted our position before the King, and He
knows all, and we are continue in His ways, because His nature is always to reject and throw out the
unbelieving sinners who dishonour His word and ways.

With a teenager, and their teenage rebellion you get the idea of showing independence while staying
true to your relationships is hard with many ups and downs. But some do break with their family and
disown them, never to return. So I can see the argument from both sides, but it is always dependent
on the love and relationship which is still alive.

Something which I do not hold to. I am just kinda tired to this error, or at worst heresy, that does not understand how to differentiate condition and fruit. People who are professing christians who are tossed about by straying christians or by false teachers, believing that their eternal salvation is conditioned on their conduct. A plague.

...where God is supreme and nothing the believer does determines their destiny.
Is it frighteninbg to you that God is sovereign? If eternal salvation is conditioned on the work of the sinner, tell us how much work the sinner must do? Jackson put a list up, not finished yet. Perhaps you fill in.

So you are not taking your position before God for granted? What is it that you must work more for in order to have any assurance? Seems like you are just another one confusing fruit with conditions. Ending up in a works based self willed salvation theory.

I wonder if anyone can come up with a reason there are around 40,000 so called Christian religions, and is this connected to the word Christendom? Also why are there are around 240 Catholic denominations when the Papal Palace claims that their religion is the only religion.

Why is it that there are so many pagan related religions, and that many of the pagan influences are accepted into the world of Christendom?

Does anyone know what "Babylon the Great"' indicates, and why the Bible says "Get out of her my people, Babylon the great has fallen".

who is the harlot that has been riding on the back of the beast?

And more to our modern times, The UN was set up to achieve peace in the world, why then has there been more wars since the establishment of the UN than in time before that event?

Can you indicate which world government or government system is going to bring the earth's population to peace, and how?

Could the world powers destroy the world as we know it? Tell us why you answer as you do.

Will the world be destroyed or will it only be the wicked people in the world?

You all talk about spiritual things, saying that you know God and his intentions, then please enlighten me, and others....If you can.

yep salvation is by faith alone but faith that save ic never alone( martin Luther)

some Christian believe faith is alone, they free to kill or rob or Cheating and go to heaven

I have a friend, cheat the credit card more than 5 thousand dollar, he teach childern sunday school because he think It is Nothing to do with salvation. He think It only Reduce his reward.
Not every Christian believe the correlation between faith and agape work, like you do

Because people separate about secondary things, and do not concentrate on the primary, which is 'Christ In you the hope of glory'. But the sects (like JWs) arose because they had ignored the primary.

Why is it that there are so many pagan related religions, and that many of the pagan influences are accepted into the world of Christendom?
You mean are accepted into a small part of the world of Christendom? There are pagan related religions, because many have rejected Jesus Christ and set up an alternative. When some of them were converted to Christianity they brought with them some of their religious ideas and 'converted' them. This does no harm as long as they do not affect the central doctrines.

Does anyone know what "Babylon the Great"' indicates, and why the Bible says "Get out of her my people, Babylon the great has fallen".
Babylon the Great represented all secular activity in a non-Christian world.

who is the harlot that has been riding on the back of the beast?
Pagan religion

And more to our modern times, The UN was set up to achieve peace in the world, why then has there been more wars since the establishment of the UN than in time before that event?
Not more wars, simply bigger ones, because communications have involved more people.

Can you indicate which world government or government system is going to bring the earth's population to peace, and how?
None.

Could the world powers destroy the world as we know it? Tell us why you answer as you do.
Which 'world' powers? It is very unlikely. Communication is too good.

Will the world be destroyed or will it only be the wicked people in the world?
Both. Christ will judge the latter and then destroy the former, at His second coming. There will be a new heaven and a new earth,

You all talk about spiritual things, saying that you know God and his intentions, then please enlighten me, and others....If you can.
Enlightenment given.

Have you finished your list of everything you have to do to get to heaven?

Please tell us what things you must do to help Jesus save you. I always believed (still do) that what Jesus did was sufficient, and, that when He converted me, I couldn't add a thing to it, in other words, He did it all and I am saved.

But carry on with your list of things you better start doing to help Jesus save you.

Yes, those involved in the like heresy of peterjens cannot distinguish between texts that are descriptive of conversion, and texts that are prescriptive to the lost for salvation; "Repent and believe the Gospel."

What is the will of the Father for us in regards to receiving eternal life? John 6:40 - For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.

These many people (unbelievers) in Matthew 7:22 had the wrong foundation. They were trusting in their works to save them and NOT IN CHRIST ALONE. Jesus NEVER knew them which means they were NEVER saved. Their hearts were not right with God, so their attempted external obedience was stained with sin. *Seeking salvation based on works is not the will of the Father.

Yep No body able to do It, branch can not bear fruit of itself, Mus abide to the Vine.
Vine produce fruit, branch only distribut,

I am only remind, brother and sister that If branch not bear fruit, It Will be Cut and burn.
Burn mean hell, not only losing reward, losing salvation

if you do not believe me, read John 15

And read Matt 7.:23 away from me, go to hell

I've read John 15, and I don't believe you. Those who did not remain in the vine prove they were never true converts.

Amen! As Greek scholar AT Robertson points out - we see two kinds of connections with Christ as the vine (the merely cosmic which bears no fruit and the spiritual and vital which bears fruit).

One day, a person ask Jesus, what is the requirement to go to heaven
Jesus answere

Luke 10

25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”
27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’[c]; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[d]”

The Essence of the will of God is Love God more than anything, and love your fellow man.

As long AS you believe Christian prove himself AS Christian by how he love God and fellow men, not only by water baptism, or church membership.

Notice an expert in the law asked Jesus this question and Jesus said, "what is written in the law?" *This is law, not gospel. If receiving eternal life was dependent on perfectly obeying the law, then we are all doomed! Salvation through faith in Christ is the alternative to salvation through perfectly obeying the law (Romans 3:23; 6:23; Galatians 2:16).

Now love is the evidence of being born of God (1 John 3:10; 4:7); yet this does not mean that we live sinless, perfect lives and will be saved based on the merits of our best efforts to love.
