Where does it say in any of scripture that the work of being a disciple of Jesus means that women are exempt? Get real.
Mark 16:17-18
These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. [SUP]18 [/SUP]They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.”
I don't see any restriction, do you? A believer is a believer. Be elucidated.

Be careful using this passage from Mark because some will come back and say it was added on, which is was, to say it does not prove your point.
However the Apostle Paul gives many examples that women are not exempt from the offices of the church, and even mentions them as being prophets, and so on. People just want to constantly misuse his scriptures of women should keep silent in church. Those scriptures have nothing to do with them preaching, evangelizing, and doing the other works as all disciples are called to do.
