The Rapture Could Be Now!

The important thing to realize is that the Judge stands at the doors.
Christ could return for the Church at any time.
Don't think He can't come today because you gots things figgered out differently.

So disagree if you want as to your pre, mid, or post toasties.
Disagree if you want as to whether the Trib already occurred in 1st century.
Disagree if you want as to the color of the toe nails of the Beast.

But affirm that the Rapture could happen in the next moment.
Say a Maranatha (if you know the Lord), and look up!
Listen for that trumpet toot.

here Jesus said he will come in plain site not hidden the term a thief in the night is not knowing the time or hour
Arguing about how visible the return is (scale of 0-10) is a red herring.
The issue is not how visible it is or whether everyone sees it (even those in the restroom with no windows & the door locked).

The issue is that His return is at hand. Expect the rapture at any moment.

Zecharyah 14:20-21, "In that day there will even be engraved on the bells ofthe horses: Qodesh La-Yahweh; (Holy to Yahweh); and the pots in Yahweh's House will be like the bowls before the altar. Yes, every pot in Yerusalem and Yahdah will be holy to Yahweh of hosts, so that all who sacrifice may come and take of them, and boil the meat of the sacrifices in them. And in that day there will no longer be a Canaanite; , in The House of Yahweh of hosts."

Isayah 66:22-23, "For as the inew heavens and the new earth which I will make will remain before Me, says Yahweh: so will your seed and your name remain. And it will come to pass that from one New Moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, all flesh will come to worship before Me, says Yahweh."

Malakyah 4:1-4,"For, behold, the day comes that will burn like an oven; and all the proud, yes, and all who do wickedly, will be stubble--the day that comes will burn them up, says Yahweh of hosts; and it will leave them neither root nor branch. But for you who reverence My Name, the light of righteousness will arise with healing in its wings; and you will go out, leaping like calves released from the stall. And you will tread down the wicked; for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I will do this, says Yahweh of hosts. Remember the Law of Mosheh My servant, which I commanded through him in Horeb for all Israyl, with the statutes and judgments."

it is about being spiritually ready it is about being reborn of the spirit , Jesus said unless one is born of the spirit one will not see the kingdom of heaven it is about a genuine faith not of carnal perception it is about accepting all of God's word not partiality it is about accepting His salvation gift fully amen

It's about not worrying what you are going through but about living in salvation as it is described in part of scripture as right rough judgement

100 Percent Proof that there is a Rapture of the Church

ἁρπαγησόμεθα ἐν νεφέλαις εἰς ἀπάντησιν τοῦ κυρίου εἰς ἀέρα·

ἁρπαγησόμεθα = we shall be raptured (caught up).

The Rapture is the catching up of 1 Thes 4:17.
It is Biblical nonsense to deny it.

ἁρπαγησόμεθα = harpagēsometha = rapiemur = we shall be raptured (caught up).

ἁρπαγησόμεθα = we shall be raptured
ἐν νεφέλαις = in clouds
εἰς ἀπάντησιν = to (a) meeting
τοῦ κυρίου = of/with the Lord
εἰς ἀέρα· = into air

The Olivet Discourse (Mat 25 etc.) has no Church & no rapture; it does have Israel & the nations. And in the Olivet Discourse, the tribulation comes before Christ's return (to take over the earth). The Olivet Discourse has no one caught up in clouds to a meeting with the Lord in the air.

But as I say, it is important not to deny the Rapture; it is a Bible fact; it is important to expect His return for the Church at any moment.

It is not recommended that anyone get his feathers ruffled or awfully concerned that Christians disagree on eschatology. We will understand it better bye & bye. It bothers me not that Christians disagree on these matters; it does bother me when someone gets arrogant & acts superior, or derides Christians for having a different understanding of how it all fits together. And it does bug me when someone up & denies the Rapture. It is a Bible fact.

Re: The Rapture Could Be Now!

I just can't understand why people can read straight out that an Apostle of CHRIST says something and then completely deny, discount, or not see what that Apostle says.

If that Apostle says:
2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

Basically saying: We want you to listen fellow Christians regarding the return of our Lord Jesus Christ, and us (you and I) gathering to Him.

2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

And that Apostle says don't be mixed up, and don't let anything bother you, not any spirit, not anyone's word, and not that letter we sent you earlier (1st Thessalonians), and think that Jesus could return at any time.

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

And that Apostle says: Don't be tricked or lied to in any way whatsoever: Jesus won't return until many fall away from Jesus and the devil comes who has already been sentenced to death.

2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

And that Apostle says the devil claims that he is God.

But the important thing is that the Apostle of CHRIST says that we don't gather back to CHRIST until the devil sits in the Temple of GOD , claiming to be GOD.

Now that Apostle is telling brethren (equally saved people) this, and that Apostle did not say that others get raptured out, but not you guys. The Apostle did not say that you guys have to stay here and see the devil sit in the Temple and claim to be GOD, but others get to be raptured out and be with CHRIST. The Apostle did not say that! The Apostle said don't let anyone deceive you, you WILL NOT be gathered back to CHRIST until the devil sits in the Temple Of GOD and claims to be GOD.

I can't understand why people can't say that if Paul said we aren't raptured, then we aren't raptured, period!

2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

1 Cor 15:50-54

50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Verse 50 is the reason that Christ comes back for the church, his bride, both of those who have fallen asleep (the dead) and of the living who remain alive. The church can not put on incorruption and immortality in heaven nor upon the earth. They must be raised and caught up together from the earth to meet the Lord in the air. It is in the air that Christ will have his rewards with Him. It is in the air that we will be changed from our vile bodies (Phil 3:21) and put on incorruption so that we can be prepared to inherit the kingdom of God and eternal life. This meeting in the air is the day of redemption for our bodies (Rom 8:23, Eph 1:14, 4:30), where we will receive our glorified bodies made like unto His. This does not take place in heaven from which the Lord descends nor on the earth from which we are raised. The bema seat judgment of Christ (2 Cor 5:10) happens in the clouds of the air, that is the setting. This is where we are rewarded or suffer loss as believers for the works done in our body of flesh, being tried and saved as by fire (1 Cor 3:13-15). Remember that the dead and living are raised up together, with their bodies, to meet the Lord in the air and not in heaven.

I'm not even going to go into that interpretation you just did, but I think you should read those things over and see how much of it is man's ideas. What I will say though, is that you breezed right over the fact that it says:

'at the last trump' in verse 52 of I Cor 15.

which would mean: No Rapture!

I did not deal with the last trump or the time of that trump. I dealt only with the setting that takes place in the air and with the bodies of both the dead and the living when they met together with the Lord. At this time the setting is the important thing and what takes place in the air and with whom it takes place with. Do you disagree with that? I will say this about the last trump, when it is sounded the dead shall be raised and we shall be changed (in our bodies) before we can inherit the kingdom of God. Mortality must put on immortality and corruption must put on incorruption.

I think I should make this point:

None of us shall see CHRIST until we are no longer in flesh and CHRIST does not return in any way whatsoever until this flesh age is over. At that point, none of us will be in flesh, and the Millennium is here on earth with CHRIST for 1000 years. There will never be flesh again. Now, that is all signaled at the last or Seventh Trump when CHRIST returns. If you want to call that a rapture, then so be it. But I don't like the word rapture because there are too many brothers and sisters out there that believe that CHRIST comes back early and secretly or openly takes them out of the tribulation of anti CHRIST. That is not the case and those brothers and sisters could end up being deceived by satan saying he has come to rapture them out of here when satan comes first pretending to be CHRIST. If they don't come out of worshiping satan before the Seventh Trump, then JESUS is going to say: Depart from ME, I never knew you. I don't want that to happen! And all those brothers and sisters that may fall for that deception are pulled into it by that very word - Rapture -.

I know we are all changed, but that happens at the Seventh Trump when CHRIST returns. The devil has already been here before that. As far as being in the air. That word air in 1st Thessalonians 4:17 means 'breath of life' body, or spirit body, not atmosphere.

Here is spiritual body in 1st Corinthians:
G4152
πνευματικός
pneumatikos
phyoo-mat-ik-os'
From G4151; non-carnal, that is, (humanly) ethereal (as opposed to gross), or (daemoniacally) a spirit (concretely), or (divinely) supernatural, regenerate, religious: - spiritual. Compare G5591.

Here is it's root word or meaning:

G4151
πνεῦμα
pneuma
pnyoo'-mah
From G4154; a current of air, that is, breath (blast) or a breeze; by analogy or figuratively a spirit, that is, (human) the rational soul, (by implication) vital principle, mental disposition, etc., or (superhuman) an angel, daemon, or (divine) God, Christ’s spirit, the Holy spirit: - ghost, life, spirit (-ual, -ually), mind. Compare G5590.

Here is the word 'air' from 1st Thessalonians 4:17:

G109
ἀήρ
aēr
ah-ayr'
From ἄημι aēmi (to breathe unconsciously, that is, respire; by analogy to blow); “air” (as naturally circumambient): - air. Compare G5594.

It's meaning is 'to breathe unconsciously'.

See it?

I think one of the reasons is that they fall for a logical fallacy. It's the argument from silence. For instance, If Jesus, talking about the end times, doesn't mention something and Paul does people conclude that they must be talking about two different events. This is the argument from silence, it assumes that Jesus and Paul must state everything there is to be said on the subject. However, that hardly ever happens. There are quite a few doctrines in the church that are based on this argument. The Christians use of violence is based on this argument, OSAS also relies heavily on this logical fallacy.
