Paul cried for 3 years about this very subject

only the Sabbath was day his prenence in, no other day stated
Please give me the scripture to support your words.

And please show me from scripture why a person mustn't worship God on Sunday. My understanding is God has not barred anyone from worshipping him any day of the week

I found it hard when i was younger, i couldn't wait for the Sabbath to finish so i could do my own pleasure, but as i came to understand Jesus and the reason he gave us the Sabbath i began to look forward to it. He wants to spend time with us and if we set aside distractions we can really connect with Him. He wants us to spend time with Him every day but this is a special Time set aside to reconnect. It has helped me a lot and it's a blessing if it is a delight rather then a burden.

We should worship God every day of the week
But the commandment said
Exo 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Exo 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
Exo 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God:

The garden of eden was full of trees and God was specific about which tree was sinful to eat and which was life giving to eat. It isn't sinful to worship on any day of the week but God is specific about which one was set aside and made Holy.

So as the vast majority of people who go to church know biblically speaking Saturday was set aside as the Sabbath day specifically under the old covenant, and all Christians have the law God desires them to keep written on their mind and placed on their heart, any person who claims to be a Christian and refuses to observe a Saturday Sabbath is on open rebellion against God, and aware of that fact? They wilfully, deliberately are breaking one of God's laws he desires them to keep without conscience? THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE

I would like to add, if you feel led to observe a Saturday Sabbath I am not criticising that. I am only critical if people insist all others do the same(Rom 14:5)

Jesus is the Sabbath. Only self righteousness keeps a day.
It depands on the motives
If i am keeping it to be saved it is self rightousness, which will fail to save me,
But if i make a date with someone i love, and turn up on time because i am keen to be with them, it is motivated by love.

True God never forces
I have no right to judge anyone like paul said in Roms 14 it is between you and God. I just know the blessings Sabbath keeping brings to me and others so i'm trying to share this with others.

Even from your own number men will arise and distort the truth
in order to draw away disciples after them.

So be on your guard! Remember that (for three years) I never stopped

some of Gods warning about another gospel being preached

2 Thessalonians 2:11 (KJV)
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

Jesus Christ warned, "Take heed that no man deceive you.
For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many" (Matthew 24:4–5).

"There are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ" (Galatians 1:7).

"But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you
than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.

As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you
than what you have received, let him be accursed" (Galatians 1:8–9).

For (false Christs) and (false prophets shall rise), and shall shew signs and wonders,
to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. Mark 13:22 (KJV)

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders;
insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Matthew 24:24

Beware of (false prophets), which come to you in (sheep's clothing),
but inwardly they are ravening wolves.(Matthew 7:15)

As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that
you may (charge certain persons) not to teach (any different doctrine),(1 Timothy 3)

But there were (false prophets) also among the people, even as there shall be
(false teachers among you),

who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them,
and bring upon themselves swift destruction. (2 Peter 2:1)

These people are the ones who are creating divisions among you. They follow
their natural instincts because they do not have God’s Spirit in them.(Jude 1:19)

In their greed these teachers will exploit you with fabricated stories. Their condemnation
has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping.(2 Peter 2:3)

a man named Simon had been a sorcerer there for many years,
amazing the people of Samaria and claiming to be someone great, a god to the people.

Everyone, from the least to the greatest, often spoke of him as “the Great One—the Power of God.”
They listened closely to him because for a long time he had astounded them with his magic.Acts 8:9-10)

These are the things you are to teach and insist on.
If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree to the sound instruction
of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, 1 Timothy 6:3

Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith;
they will follow deceptive spirits and (teachings that come from demons). 1 Timothy 4:14

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name?
and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?(Matthew 7:22)

"Many will "begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open for us,'
Jesus said "Depart from Me, (all you workers of iniquity)."

Even from your own number men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them.
So be on your guard! Remember that (for three years) I never stopped (warning each of you night and day with tears)

Therefore, dear friends, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of (the lawless) and (fall from your secure position).(2 Peter 3:17)

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires,
because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers. (II Timothy 4:3)

I know that false teachers, like vicious wolves, will (come in among you after I leave), (not sparing the flock).
Even some men from (your own group) will rise up and (distort the truth) in order to draw a following.(Acts 20:29)

I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are
turning to a different gospel, which is really no gospel at all.

(A great wave of persecution began that day), sweeping over the church in Jerusalem;
[by the unholy roman empire]and (all the believers except the apostles) were scattered through the regions of Judea and Samaria.(acts 8:9)

- all the believers scattered except the apostles, and they were tortured and killed.

Absolutely. If you can show me one verse of scripture where Paul preached Gentile converts must observe a specific Saturday Sabbath, I will believe you.

Take notice people and read the posts cause there have been bible based arguments for keeping the Sabbath that no one has been able to refute, nor can they, they will always go to some other line of reasoning because they can not refute the truth.

"Saturday was set aside as the Sabbath day specifically under the old covenant", what is a covenant? Many people believe in the teachings of (Mohomad and Buda), but that doesn't mean they are right. God seemed to have small remnants of followers most of the time in history, 1Pe_2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
I'm not saying that any group is better just that gods people are often called peculiar. majority isn't peculiar. Open rebellion is when you know what is right and you openly don't do it. Is anyone perfect? No, so we are all sinners and rebell against God but if it is unknown then God winks at it, and thats why god is the only one that can judge who is saved. I believe that people that don't even know about Christ will be saved. Act_17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

All I would add is this. A Christian cannot sin in ignorance, for the law God requires them to keep has been placed on their heart and written on their mind by the Spirit at the point of conversion. Which proves what Paul said to be true. There are ''disputable matters''. Each one must be fully convinced in their own mind

There is a dividing line in Christianity, and in my opinion that dividing line is not according to denomination, but rather the Holy Spirit. Some people accept the fullness of the Holy Spirit as was experienced in the book of Acts, and some do not. I do not believe anyone who does accept it will insist everyone observes a specific Saturday Sabbath or they are wilfully, deliberately sinning before God.

Absolutely. If you can show me one verse of scripture where Paul preached Gentile converts must observe a specific Saturday Sabbath, I will believe you.
Rom_6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
Rom_6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
Rom_7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

Which law is Paul speaking about? Without the law we don't know sin. But we are not chain by or held down by, the law because the consequences have been paid by Christ. But if we all live by this law there would be no sin. It shows us the right way, Christ's way, Loves way.
Speaking to the Romans (Gentiles), and it is the same law that the Sabbath commandment is in.

But then you accept what Paul states in Rom ch 14. Isn't that a contradiction? How can Paul call a disputable matter a law that would have to be written on your mind and placed on your heart if God wanted you to obey it. And you could not hide from that law if it was placed within you, you would have to know you were committing wilfull, deliberate sin before God by failing to observe a specific Saturday Sabbath. Therefore, if you were right and you understand the spiritual reality, that would have to mean anyone who had no conscience/awareness they were sinning by refusing to observe a specific Saturday Sabbath could not be born again/a Christian. Do you believe that?

The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know,

my people doth not consider.

man does not know his own steps, thats why God gave us his manual,

the bible to meditate our all waking moment.

We should be aware of false teachers who desire to destroy our faith

a. False teachers live a life of immorality (2 Peter 2:9-10, Exodus 32:5-6; 25-26, Jude 26-18, Hebrews 13:4, Romans 1:21-

b. False teachers live a life of rebellion, we need to respect authority(2 Peter 2:10-13, Romans 13:1-7,1 Peter 2:13-19, Ephesians 5:22; 6:5-7, Jude 8-9, Romans 1:28-32)

c. False teachers live a life of greed (2 Peter 2:14-16, Proverbs 1:8, 10-19; 2:11,16,18,19; 4:20-25; 5:1, 3-19; 27:20)

And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High,
and (think to change times and laws):

and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

“Pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on [the sabbath day]:

For then shall be [great tribulation]

21For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of

the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved:
but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.

4
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders;
insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

17And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed,
which keep the commandments of God, [and] have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips,
but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines

the commandments of men" (Matthew 15:8–9). like all the fathers before them, lied to by the pro

"There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death" (Proverbs 14:12; 16:25

In my experience i am walking alone a road and as i see more of Gods glory, i see more of my own wretchedness. As i read the Bible i see things that i didn't see years earlier and as i give up and surrender things that are holding me back, i start to see more that i can do to come closer to Christ (I have a long way to go). But this is sanctification in practice and Justification is instant and happens when we accept Christ's blood. The holy Spirit prick my conscience to help me know it was wrong, if God revealed all my sin at once i would be overwhelmed by guilt.

As I was when I responded to an altar call at a young age. But the new covenant comes in two parts

Part one

The sin is revealed, we are made conscious of our sin, and we do not want the sin for we have been born again in our hearts. But we are not overwhelmed by guilt, for we look to Christ

Part 2
Who by His sacrifice for those who have been born again means our sins and lawless deeds are remembered no more. Our right standing before God is faith in his son, not obedience to the law. That is what we cling to, and the more we do that, the less sin will be our master
