1 "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as their's also was."

(2 Timothy 3:1-9).

Granted, I do not want you to point out any names or anything. Just the sins that you see on that list that Christians commit.

I say this because Jesus said you will know a tree (or false prophet) by it's fruit (i.e. deeds)(.

Two things that happen a lot on here:

1) Falsely accusing others of things

2) Being prideful by thinking they are all knowledgeable and will not listen to a thing another says

Definitely describes the day we are in. LAODECIA

We know FEW enter. So it makes sense that MOST will cling to a "tickling of ears" doctrine

I agree with #1. However, that said, sometimes folks do accidentally misunderstand someone honestly, though. In these cases, you will see the person apologize. But this is rare.

As for #2. I think everyone is a little guilty of not really listening to others. I am not sure that is the real issue. For if someone told you the sky was pink and they wanted to prove that from the Bible, would you really listen to them? In other words, there comes a point where arguing about certain topics with others will never really bear fruit or help them because they do not have the mind of a Berean. They are not open minded on logical things of how things work in the real world and how that is supported in God's Word. So they do not look at logical points from the other side of their opponent's perspective. But if they are talking gibberish none-sense. Should we consider what they are saying? Anyways, the problem is when someone is wrong, they usually are ignoring the plain straight forward meaning of MANY passages to make their wrong belief work; And they cannot illustrate how their belief lines up by way of a real world example, too.

Right. They may call themselves Christian but they really do not believe the Bible in what it says. They have a form of Godliness, but they deny the power thereof. Meaning, they do not believe in God's power to conquer sin, or in God's power to protect them, etc.

Number 2 is valid because pride is what leads people to think they no it all and will not listen to others.

I listen to what everybody says and then look to see if it matches with scripture.
If it doesn't then I come back to them with scripture, but I do not take and just right away write off what others say because I think I am never wrong. I test it first before responding in disagreement, and just because you listen to others does not mean you have to agree with them.

But at least take the time to see what they say and look into it first.
Example would be like the many threads on prophecy, you have some who will not even consider what others say even though they have given scripture after scripture, and source after source to prove their point. They quickly come back with responses like still waiting, or you have not shown me anything yet showing they are not even reading your responses.

I true born again Christian will be open minded and listen to what others say, and then after testing it with scripture can give a proper response of agreement or disagreement.

This does get a little tiresome though as some will continue to stick with their own point of view over scripture........

1Therefore,there is no condemnation now for those in Christ Jesus.

There is hope for all, don't be in despair.
Jesus died for the sinner and the ungodly!
It is the good news, forget fear and shame.
If you have drifted from Christ, he is waiting for you to come back.

Satan will be a vivid part of the end times. For he will up the ante for Christian faith to exist. And brutally attack those they show resolve. I say this not to scare anyone but to say the scriptures are descriptive they speak of: his way being bloody, that he will bring peace to an end,he will cause war, he will teach war, he will bring the world to war, he will even hit the governments that follow him for he will use there over confidence to will his own purpose in place, he will take charge of his army of demons and invade Israel, he will make the world fall with his force, he will make the world cry, he will be coordinated, and he will have a party, he will change the calendar, he will release the anti-christ, he will have his own police force,

He will kill Christians like animals, he will have a great battle with saints, he will make war on those who are good, he has bombs and guns, and will send the guns, he will use a bomb of gas, he will use this gas on you,he will send the soldiers to do the work, he will use electricity on us, and poison, and a knife, and the noose, he will release some form of virus, he will use the bible against us, he will hit the body of Christ very fast, he will use communications of the world to amplify the word of Satan.

So his energy is in it with a vengeance too.

boasters...I see that whether they are sinners with a new confidence to remain in the sin of today being different than say the 50's not that I was there smile but still, there was a different allowance then of sin even unto the sinners themselves. Yet today many run with confidence, but it is true as well with the Spirit of self righteousness, this dividing Spirit is also taking a confidence boost as of late to my notice...

Wow! there are many represented here in even the CC environment, I hadn't collectively thought of how bad it was.In view of the list. This list is of Christians, that have been bombarded by Satans allures.

It is clear that those of us that live in Lukewarmdome need a call from God again. For in the end times Satan will gain many to his side. God tells of the fate of Luke warm Christians in Rev. 3:15-16 when He says they will be spit out of His mouth, but in the interest of the historical value of warning those still currently there today, 2 Timothy 4:3 gives us a note of future consideration: "For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions." And of course this is happening today already as well.

1 Timothy 4:1 says, "The Spirit expressly says, that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful Spirits and teachings of demons." The word that stands out to me is "devoting" this is no longer Satan separating us from Gods victory, but attempting to procure his own, regardless of the end game storyline. Satan's goal is to destroy. Or as John 10:10 puts it to steal and kill and destroy...evil doers will be evil -er, imposters will be followers, and lukewarm will be hotter.
