1.The Bible is the word of God.It is God revealing Himself and truth by words written down given to man by the Holy Spirit.
God the Word or the Word of God with a capital letter is God revealing Himself and truth by appearing in a visible manifestation which the Bible says that Jesus is God manifest in the flesh.

The Bible says that the heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain God so when the Bible says that God was manifest in the flesh it means that God manifest all His attributes to the man Christ Jesus which Jesus has the Spirit without measure and it pleased the Father that in Christ all fulness shall dwell,and He is the fulness of the Godhead bodily,and the Spirit in Christ is still connected to the omnipresent Spirit of God for God cannot be separated.

2.The Bible is actually easy to understand if led by the Holy Spirit.

The Bible says that the natural man cannot understand the things of God but only those led by the Holy Spirit so people trying to understand the Bible without the Spirit will have a hard time with it especially if they are scoffers.

The Bible says that we need not that any man teach us for the Holy Spirit will teach us.

Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will bring to your mind all things that you have learned.

It is by the Holy Spirit that we truly understand the Bible because if you do not have the Spirit then you are fleshy which the flesh will not want to accept the Bible for what it says.Although some can understand the Bible without the Spirit they never come to the truth that they have to abstain from sin which the flesh will make an excuse that they can sin and still be alright.That is what they will not understand which the Bible says they have a form of godliness but they deny the power thereof,which means they have a form of living for God but they will not allow the Spirit to lead them because they still want to hold unto some sin or sins that they will not let go.

3.Jesus is fully God and fully man so when the Bible says Christ Jesus it is referring to His human side the man Christ Jesus,and when it says Jesus Christ it is referring to His deity side,although either way you say it He is still fully God and fully man.

As an example,the Bible says that there is one God,and one mediator between God and men,the man Christ Jesus.In this scripture when it refers to the man,God's human side,it says Christ Jesus.

When it refers to God's deity side it might say the Lord Jesus Christ,so it is the man Christ Jesus and the Lord Jesus Christ.

I would urge you to go to Biblegateway.com and read the different English versions to see which is easiest for you to read.

The Message, New Living Translation and Good News Translation are all good. Or the one LT posted above! I haven't seen that one before.

Start in the book of John. I would also say find a good church. Go to Sunday school and you will be taught the basics about Jesus and how to read the Bible. Church sermons might be difficult at your age and with your English. Join a youth group - they also have Bible studies and do various activities.

You have made a good start, and we are here to help you. I am a good reader, when I was in University I started reading a new version of the Bible. I did not understand it. It wasn't the words, it was understanding what it meant.

When Jesus Christ came into my life, I suddenly began to understand the Bible. It was because I met the author of the book!

1. The character of God is in His Word in relation to His actions, just like our character is defined by what we say in comparison to our actions.
2. The Word is written so that we are enticed to search and study as the Bereans in Acts chapter 17
3. Christ Jesus means "the Messiah is Jesus", and Jesus Christ means "Jesus is the Messiah."

I can't believe your spelling and grammar are actually this atrocious.
You can obviously read the correctly spelled words, such as "version",
then, with the word right in front of you on the screen, you still butcher it?
You are working very hard at trying to make others think you're some poor neglected kid.
I'm not buying it.
You may be sincere in your questions, but you seem deceptive in your prose.

The Bible was written in a different culture and a different language. So it doesn't always make sense in terms of the American culture or the English language.

For a crude example, if a British girl came to you and said, "Knock me up," (i.e. give me a call) it would obviously mean something different than if an American girl came to you and said the same thing. Let's just hope an American man never does this. Another example. In Bulgaria shaking your head no means "yes" and nodding means "no." So if you ask a Bulgarian if they can drive, they nod as if in agreement and you make them get in the car and drive you then there's going to be some unfortunate consequences.

But what you were reading was a very advanced teaching on who Christ is, so don't feel bad if you don't understand it. Just keep reading and keep studying. The Bible is full of hidden treasures that have very deep significance.

oh yea corse i love getin cald stupid i love people lookin down on me corse i can spel i just dont wana rite? yea cos thats wot most normal people do aint it? obviusly i can spel words like u but i just dont spel it out propar cos efort but u dont need to hav a go cos i cant spel othar words and i cudnt c version wen i rote it befor so sorry for getin it rong im sorry if my speling ofends u im sorry if its sum sort of sin ok but just shut up bout it ok u dont evan no me so quit acting like u got a problum wit me

discernment is they ability to see through what people are saying, and decide if they are speaking truthfully.
Discernment is something you get when you read the Bible. The Bible has the deepest truth that any man can know, and your soul recognizes that. Once your soul gets used to hearing truth, the lies we hear around us become very obvious.

Just reading it, and thinking about what it's saying, and you will eventually understand truth.... even if you don't think you are understanding anything you have read! It is not like other books. You don't have to read all of the Bible to gain some discernment. But you will need to start trying to read it if you want to get any :)

Look ok i came on heer cos i thowt that i wudnt get judged and so i cud talk to people bout my problums. I dont want people to feel sorry for me. I dont want people to hate me. I dont want to be angry wit anyone on heer or for anyone to be mad at me. And ive got sumone whos gona help me lern to spel now so just leve it.

You are only 13? Big job to try and take on understanding the bible...I wish you good luck...I am much older than you and I'm still learning..so don't feel alone there...
