I'm trying again with another thread because I am unable to access the last post of
http://christianchat.com/bible-discussion-forum/97318-false-doctrine-like-herbicide.html

I can, however, see the last page on every other thread.
Please see the original thread and comment on this thread.

That thread was not just about the law that God gave Moses. I am not saying to obey it in the flesh, I am saying NOT to deny it as substantial for this day. It's Spiritual bread.

Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said , It is written , Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Satan sprays his herbicides in the wind, for he is the prince and power of the air. It looks good to the carnal eye, but doesn't bear any fruit.

Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid : yea, we establish the law.

Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be .

Hey Jgig - how did you mange to change the title of this thread? except to go advanced and manually change it. (Post 11) Looks like a deliberate attempt to derail a legitimate study thread for some reason. Reminds me of a passage from the Bible:Romans 16:17-18 (KJV)
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Paul didn't teach false doctrine because he held true to the words of Jesus Christ concerning the law and the prophets. Jesus said he didn't come to destroy the law but to fulfill it. If the end of the law meant to not consider it, Paul would not have said this after his arrest.
Acts 24:13-14
13 Neither can they prove the things whereof they now accuse me.
14 But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:

What is the problem with a doctrine that demands something different than what Christ or Paul taught? Paul taught and proved his ministry by the scripture that was available at the time. He didn't teach from what we know as the New Testament. All he had was the Old Testament scriptures at the time. I'm not endorsing one over the other. False doctrine teaches that one is good, and th other is past, therefore it doesn't apply for today.

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy , but to fulfil .

Obviously "fulfill" and "destroy" are not the same. It still applies in Spirit. The only ones that claim the law that God gave to Moses as not good for anything, are the ones that can't see the Spiritual aspects of its relevance. This proves a false doctrine derived from a carnal thought process, because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. (Romans 8:7)
