So those people that called Him lord and did marvellous things did not believe in Him yet called Him Lord?
That's what Jesus said. Do you not believe Him?

We are always taking Matt. 7:21 out of context and trying to make it say things to condemn Christians and to "scare" them into doing works or they are not saved - or in order to "keep being saved'.

It's a ploy from the enemy to try to get us "to do in order to become" which is an anti-Christ belief system that nullifies the very grace of God that is needed in our lives for true transformation and walking by the spirit.

It is evident that Jesus is talking about false prophets in Matt. 7:15. These are not born-again believers because "inwardly" they are wolves. Christians are NOT wolves. They have a new heart in Christ.

Matthew 7:15 (NASB)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] "Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

Notice that in Matt 7:19-33..Jesus said in verse 21:

"I never knew you "...these people were not believers...

( Jesus never said " I used to know you once.". He said I NEVER knew you at all...).

Everyone when they see Jesus will call Him Lord.....because He is Lord and will be for eternity.

Jesus said "Many will say to me - on that day..."

Jesus said that He "knows" His sheep so those in Matt. 7:19-33 are not true Christians.

John 10:14 (KJV)
[SUP]14[/SUP]I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

Jesus did the "will of God"...and delivered us from this present evil world

Galatians 1:4 (KJV)
[SUP]4[/SUP] Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

It is God in us that gives us the will and the ability to do His will.

Philippians 2:13 (NASB)
[SUP]13[/SUP] for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.

The Will of the Father is to believe on Jesus.

John 6:39-40 (NASB)
[SUP]39 [/SUP] "This is the will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day.

[SUP]40 [/SUP] "For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him will have eternal life, and I Myself will raise him up on the last day."

1 John 3:23-24 (NASB)

[SUP]23[/SUP] This is His commandment, that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us.

Are you serious?

Either join In properly or cease trying to accuse me of not believing my Lord when most here truly do not and you say nothing.

I asked a question in all seriousness and did not accuse you of anything despite your false accusations.

Do you not see that not one verse is void of Truth but you can not use them to void the Testimony of the Messiah but you should know it establishes it.

Jesus came to save His own first and then others. Most of His own did indeed reject Him, but so do most of the gentiles..

I want to thank you again Magenta for the wonderful new software for hearing text. I am using it for those block posts that are rather long, and it is fantastic. I use David for the boys and Zira for the girls naturally. It is nice to put my own posts on to hear how I sound to others, very rewarding is so many ways. Always thank you.

Anyone with poor vision......the text-to-voice sofware has been so improved it si like someing talking just to you.

Can I just share something with you:

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
John 6:40 - For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.

These many people (unbelievers) in Matthew 7:22 had the wrong foundation. They were trusting in their works to save them and NOT IN CHRIST ALONE. Jesus NEVER knew them which means they were NEVER saved. Their hearts were not right with God, so their attempted external obedience was stained with sin. *Seeking salvation by works is not the will of the Father.

Without faith it's impossible to please God no matter how many "alleged" wonderful works that these many people set out to conjure up through the flesh. This is why Jesus referred to them as WORKERS OF INIQUITY/LAWLESSNESS! *They were self righteous.

I'll never forget, prior to my conversion several years ago, while still attending the Roman Catholic church, I read Matthew 7:22 and thought to myself, wow! These many people accomplished all of that, "prophesied in His name, cast out demons, and did many wonderful works" but that still was not "good enough?" Then I thought to myself at that time, how am I going to "top that" and be "good enough?" Such is the mindset of someone who believes that salvation is by works.

Now because Jaumej is believing His Lord by hearing and doing.. you think by His own merit seeks to enter the Kingdom of Heaven?
Is Jaumej truly believing in His Lord by TRUSTING IN HIM AS THE ALL-SUFFICIENT MEANS OF HIS SALVATION? Or is he trusting in "what he does" (works) as the means of his salvation, like these many people in Matthew 7:22-23.

Are you sure?
These many people in Matthew 7:22 were busy doing, but it was apart from truly believing and look where that got them. Sadly, there are many people who are "religious, but not right with God." :(

What work does The Messiah command to be done to the churches in Revelation?

many are religious but do not know GOD that is true.

So you created a work of completely relying on Him as all sufficient means of Salvation? How does one accomplish this?

We are not saved by works, but by grace through faith in Christ and good works follow as the fruit, but not the root of salvation (Ephesians 2:5-10).

You are a liar. Your father is a murderer.
Your pride exposed itself.. just as I had perceived. I can sense your tempting Spirit a mile off thanks to the Holy Spirit guiding me.

When grace-only folks tell me when I pass on that we are to be obedient children of God that I am under the law, what else can anyone deduce from this?
The grace alone gospel is not without the work of Christ’s faith, according to his labor of Love alone. No faith coming from Christ… no grace. He is the rewarded as the one who pays the wages;

Trying to establish grace by something we could do simply make the grace of Christ through the work of Christ's faith to no effect.

It is what the Judaziers were trying to accomplish by having (usurping) the faith of Christ, the faith that comes from hearing God, as if it was the faith of Abraham and not Christ’s alone.

Sola scriptura as in all things written in the law and the prophets simply made the law of the fathers, as a law of men who derived their faith from Abraham rather than Christ alone. In the end making the word of God to no effect . Its the same pattern the Catholics used who replaced the name Abraham with the name Peter.

Act 24:14 But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the God of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:

They assumed the “law of faith ( the law of believing God ) which alone comes from hearing God, not dead Abraham , heresy, as an opinion in order to serve the "law of the fathers" .This is again is having the faith of Christ, as the work of Christ alone that provides the grace of Christ alone in respect to Abraham and not Christ alone.

The phrase…. so worship I the “God of my fathers”. It turned the upside law of the fathers (so we worship the fathers as if they were our Father in heaven) right side up.

Before Saul received the gift of Christ’s grace which came from the work of Chris’st faith .Saul worshipped the fathers as if Abraham was in the place of God. Sola scriptura, as in all thing written in the law and the prophets did its work of reforming.. Those false disciples walked away in unbelief just as in John 6. No faith .

Because of the father of lies, the counterfeiter, the word “father of fathers” it must be taken in consideration rightly dividing as to if men are having a faith work that provides the grace in respect to the fathers as the things of men or our Father in heaven as the things of God. Scripture informs us the things of men give great offence towards God.

Speaks the person that scrolled through a thread and sought to accuse a servant of not believing her Lord.

My point is, noo one can say honestly that I am under the Law, nor recommend others to be under the law.

I do fatigue of being labeled a Judaizer, so I have pointed out just how the Christian church with all of its conflicting denominations is practicing paganizing or gentilating. This last is true, no denyingit unless a person has Novocaine for a brain.

This last remark is tame compared to what we who believe we are to be obedient children of the Most High God have endured in this forum.

We do not put others on trial, but we do inform, while being on trial by others who remain uninformed...

So Faith brings good works?
Yes the faith of Christ, the faith of God according to His labor of Love

Phi 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

I wuld suggest you try the spirits to see if they are of God . What kind of spirit began its good work in you?

Matthew 7

18
A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

am I counted Faithless by men for believing what my Lord taught?

What is is my fault? That I run not with doctrines of men? Many of you liken yourself to theology of one man or the other and because I do not but rely on the Holy Spirit I am evil in your sight?
