Actually trying to show what water Baptism is verses Spirit Baptism from Father (rebirth) and which one is actually in effect after the cross

In Heb 6: 1-2, Paul mentions six fundamental doctrines of Christ and the Christian Church,
And one of them is, "Baptisms", Plural,
That's because the Bible teaches three Christian baptisms.

[1]The rebirth, 1 Cor 12: 13 says, " By one Spirit we are baptised into the body of Christ", This is the rebirth.

[2]The baptism in the Holy Ghost. Matt 3: 11. Acts 1: 4-5.

[3]Baptism in water. Acts 8: 36--38.

One can have the rebirth without having the baptism in the Holy Ghost or baptised in water.
One can have the rebirth and the baptism in the Holy Ghost without being baptised in water.

But no one can have water baptism or the baptism in the Holy Ghost without having the rebirth.

All three baptism are in effect after the cross.

Baptism of rebirth is the baptism of the holy spirit (titus 3: 5) The washing of regeneration and renewal ALL the spirit.

Titus 3: 5, Is the rebirth, Not the baptism in the Holy Ghost.
The rebirth is when one is born again by the Holy Spirit, The baptism in the Holy Spirit is a separate experience.

Here is some Biblical proof.
In John 20: 22, Some of the disciples received the Spirit, [Got born again], Peter was one of them,
Because in John 21: 15--17, One of the Greek word for Love, is [Agape], The love of God, You cannot have the love of God in you unless you are born again.
These were born again, But not baptised in the Holy Ghost until Acts 2: 4.

The disciples in Acts 8: 14--17, were born again and baptised in water, but they weren't baptised in the Holy Ghost until the Apostles laid hands on them.

Paul was saved three days before he was baptised in the Holy Ghost, Acts 9: 6--17.

The disciples in Acts 19: 2-6 were born again, but weren't baptised in the Holy Ghost until Paul laid his hands on them.

If the rebirth and the baptism in the Holy Ghost was the same thing, Why would Paul say,
"Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed",
If the baptism in the Holy Ghost was the rebirth, Paul's statement wouldn't have made any sense, He would have knew they had received the Holy Ghost.

Please note, Those in Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10: 44--46, & Acts 19: 6, All spoke in tongues when they were baptised in the Holy Ghost, We know Paul spoke in tongues, because he said, "I thank God that I speak in tongues more then ye all".

I have never heard of that before, In my experience, Christians accept and respect you even if your not yet baptised in water.
I believe if a person was to join a catholic church, They would have to get baptised into the catholic faith.
Well might things have changed, yet every Church I went to required water Baptism in their church to be a member even though I have been baptized. And was told not saved according to their Faith in the supposed claimed Christ as most Churches do claim Christ yet do not recognize other denominations and non denominations, what is up with that?
Just my experience, and got a mouth full of wax, from the fake trees out their in this world. We were warned of this right?

Anyway so I am careful in how to build, and find to only trust in Father by Christ and be led by the Holy spirit of Father as Christ was led.
[h=3]1 Corinthians 3:11-13[/h]Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]11 [/SUP]For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. [SUP]12 [/SUP]Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; [SUP]13 [/SUP]every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.

So I personally asked for the fire to be turned on, from Father, for he sent the Holy Spirit with fire right?
What is this fire for? To purify right and burn out the dross right?
Now before you decide to ask Father the same, be ready for the Fire, because it will burn out the dross in you, and it won't be a bed of roses, all comforting,
Not glad at first for this to happen, but now see it was worth it to go through it
Kind of like peeling an onion, one cries much while being peeled, but when one gets to the center, wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and rest resides as one works harder than they thought ever possible, yet not with stress, worry or strife, for one's old mindset has been replaced with God's love mindset and has permeated as in 1 Cor 13:4-13, and this type of love can no flesh do, besides Christ Jesus, and Christ died to the flesh to give us new life in the Spirit of God, get it I pray

You only have to please ONE person, And that is God, If you please Him, e will reward you abundantly.
We should find out what we need to do in order to please God, And do those things, And don't care what people think.
Agreed, it is all God and none of anyone else, yet the nature carnal nature fights does it not?
So what is the best thing to do to please God? Can anyone's flesh here on earth today please God?

How can any flesh other than Christ's please God?

So you broke Holy Spirit Baptism down to rebirth, (born again) cool.
Is that not what happened at Pentecost, they were consumed of Father from on high in the power of the Holy Spirit that spoke through them to the people and they believed? and they right then were impregnated to be and were born again, just not ripe yet in maturity?

Read Heb. 5:11-6:6 to get the full context in what you just posted about Heb. 6:1-2 please

For an allegory for you:
An apple when first born and hanging from the tree branch is it a perfect apple, when first born?
What is wrong with that apple, it is perfect, when first born right? What does that apple need?
Maturity right? and the word in Hebrews say If God permit, so ask who for to grow, your Church leaders, your friends, your enemies?
Would that not be God himself that came to live in you the first day you chose to believe God over this world, and so has the world pulled you back into it's snares in appearing as a believer or believers to keep you from knoiwing the truth that sets you free

I see the truth sets one free, therefore whenever I am in bondage I know there is error somewhere in the truth I am holding onto keeping me from being free in Christ, and keeping me in bondage to not love my neighbor as Christ, past tense has already loved me, We are by God through the cross of Christ forgiven completely, whether one sins or not again, it is done

It's sad that Churches think more about denominations, Then they do about the body of Christ.
God never build a denomination, He built a body, And that body consists of every born again believer, no matter what Church they go to.

As for the fire, God will burn in our hearts and burn away the things that are against Godliness, But He will only put the fire into those who are willing to be changed, He will never go against man's will.

The fire will do more than burn away our old ungodly ways, It gives us power to live a Holy life.
It will give us power to set people free.
When the Bible says, "Stir up the gift", It means to, "Kindle afresh, to fan the flame because it is capable of going out".
So we need to stir ourselves up and let God have His way in us, That's where the power is.

We can please God by walking and living in the Spirit, And if we do that, We wont fulfil the works of the flesh.
Faith in God pleases Him.
Being obedient to His word and Spirit, pleases God.
His word, By keeping His commandments.
His Spirit, By obeying what the Holy Spirit tells us to do.

Here is the sequence of events.

You start of dead due to sin.

Upon belief, your sin is washed away via one aspect of HS baptism (romans 6)

Because yuo are washed, and no longer dead in sin, you are born again (regenerated) and baptised into Christ (again the baptism of the HS)

since you were adopted into Gods family by because of the washing and renewal of the spirit. You are given the spirit in your hearts (anointed by the HS) as a guarantee.

the baptism of the HS has many aspects not just one.

The only link between Heb 5: 11. & 6: 6. is, living a repented live and going on to perfection.

The rebirth, [Baptism into the body of Christ] is a different experience to the baptism in the Holy Ghost.
Some of the disciples were born again in John 20: 22. Peter was one of them, Because in Jn 21: 15--17, one of the Greek words for "Love", Is "Agape", The love of God, no one can have the agape love of God unless they are born again.

The disciples in Acts 19: 2--6, were saved, But not baptised in the Holy Ghost until Paul laid his hands on them, V6.
As I said, There are three Christian baptisms recorded in the Bible.

Jesus came to set us free from sin, sickness and a defeated lifestyle, And as we trust Him, we can have the abundant life that He came to give us.
Thank God that the truth can set us free.

Water baptism doesn't wash away sins, It's the rebirth that washes sins away, Titus 3: 5.
One has to be saved, [Washed] before they can be baptised in water.

The disciples were baptised, but they weren't saved until some of then got saved in John 20: 22. The rest were saved on the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came.

Paul was saved and baptised in the Holy Ghost, But he wasn't baptised in water until after.
The Gentiles in Acts 10, were saved, baptised in the Holy Ghost and spoke in tongues, But they weren't baptised in water until later.

So are you saying, when we are Spirit Baptized by Father through Son's Finished work of the cross, via we believe God accepts us, and we are now Baptized by Father in the resurrected Christ (Born again), then comes the rebirth as we are already now re birthed, where one goes out and grows up to maturity in Christ from there?

The baptism into the body of Christ, 1 Cor 12: 13, The rebirth and born again, are all the same experience.
The moment a person believes, repents and makes Jesus their Lord and saviour, They are born again.
Then they should grow in God and the things of God, And let the Spirit of the Lord change us from glory to glory. 2 Cor 3: 18.

Yes, but Jesus said that we must be born of water and the Spirit. So, while we may be baptized in the Spirit, we must still be baptized with water. We must adhere to Him, and what the Apostles taught and did.

Jesus didn't say anything about water baptism, in Jn 3: 5.
The Biblical meaning of water, is
The Spirit,
Titus 3: 5.
And the word.
Jn 15: 3. Eph 5: 26. James 1: 18.
1 Pet 1: 22--23.

Just how does born of water change into baptized in water? I understand dead Spiritually and reborn in Christ but if I'm alive in Christ how does going into the water make me more alive?
