Mutilation of the body is a pscyhological disorder, obviously, but let's not forget that satan and the devils plays with the mind. And if it's satan and his devils playing with the mind, the it IS a SPIRITUAL MATTER...they...being of the spiritual realm.
Spirit-filled, tongues speaking, Biblically knowledgable Christians will agree that 'psychology' and psychiatry are simply man's way of trying to fix a spiritual problems...problems, which might be able to be controlled by medication (phamacy from the Greek "pharmakeia"....Greek for 'witchcraft', BTW) but are never CURED...as in GONE FOREVER.
ALL evil, conditions of lack or of infirmity come from the kingdom of darkness. God does NONE of that....but Will allow it if there is spiritual laws that afford it.
