Scriptures are plain and clear how a person is to GET SAVED, That is through the belief in Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God, died and risen, there is but ONE WAY. Children have not this knowledge.

Humans teach that children are Saved. Scriptures does not teach that at all.

If there is a requirement from man to get saved eternally, then it is not by grace. Any time you see the words, believe, repent, confess accept etc. used in scripture it has reference to the disobedient child of God, not to the natural man, as described in 1 Cor 2:14. The only way the natural man can become spiritually is described in Eph 2 especially in verse 5. As far as babies being saved, see my post #140.

Well some churches believe that all unbaptied babies will go to hell if they remain unbaptized. While others believe Gods Grace will save them if they should expire before the age of accountability. It's just a question, all or nothing. Which way is it. I lean towards grace but I want to hear from others of different points of view.
babies don't go to hell. They don't know the difference between their left and right hand. When everyone hits that age they know right and wrong and are no longer innocent that's when it's trickyer (that's my opinion)

Forgive me I responded too quickly to your post.I meant sin Is not imputed where there Is no law,but where there Is law,sin IS Imputed.
OK.
Still that is not what the bible says. Jesus fulfilled the law. Babies are not born sinners.
Romans 5
10For if, being enemies, we were restored to favour with Elohim through the death of His Son, much more, having been restored to favour, we shall be saved by His life.

11And not only this, but we also exult in Elohim through our Master יהושע Messiah, through whom we have now received the restoration to favour.

12For this reason, even as through one man sin did enter into the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned –

13for until the Torah, sin was in the world, but sin is not reckoned when there is no Torah.

14But death reigned from Aḏam until Mosheh, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Aḏam, who is a type of Him who was to come.

The purpose of why some denominations insist upon childhood baptisims, esp. Babbies is what I was getting at but no one has defended that position so the post is moot and 18 days old. Sorry.

 Someone judged this scripture as "old" and that's a negative? :coffee: Y'all are funny.

Children are blameless because they are unaccountable.

I'm not sure what you are saying.
There Is law and there Is Grace. If a person Is under Grace then they are not under law and If a person Is under law then they are not under Grace.

Fair enough. Can you understand the scripture I posted? We are not under the law. The world is not under the law. Babies are not born into sin. They do not go to hell when they die.

Silly! It's a newborn. How do I know? Because I just for the first time ever posted it.

;):p
I posted the string 14 days ago expecting to hear from Catholics, Lutherans, Presbyterans, Anglicans, Methodists, Nazarines etc... but no one on the children need to baptised side defended their denomination on this matter. Could it be that they don't believe in it either?

So, on through the fog!

Yes babies are not born knowing when they have sinned and sin Is not Imputed where there Is no law.

Correct. It needs to be a decision we make for ourselves in faith when we reach the age of understanding.

It is the same when we make a decision for Christ. Nobody can do it for us. This is why we accept Christ into our life, believing in him first, and then we go through the waters of baptism as a public declaration of our faith. It is our faith that saves us, not a few drops of water sprinkled on our forehead by a human being.

Psalm 51:5Surely I was brought forth in iniquity; I was sinful when my mother conceived me. 6Surely You desiretruth in the inmost being; You teach me wisdom in the inmost place. 7Purify me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.

But Jesus's atonement is for all, starting from Adam & Eve, all the way to the very last person that will be born. Those that reject the atonement work are already condemned.

Matthew 19: 14
14But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of heaven” belongs to such as these.

Mark 10: 13 - 15
13People were bringing the little children to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them. But the disciples rebuked those who brought them. 14When Jesus saw this, He was indignant and told them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15Truly I tell you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”

The kingdom of God belongs to little children, they go to heaven if they die young. As from the teen age when they are able to know the difference between good and bad, they need to be led to confessing Christ as their personal lord and saviour.
