The hair style I understand comes from Leviticus where God chose the House of Levi to be caretakers of the Temple, they also had to dress a certain way.
This hair style is cute :3

THERE ARE 3 WAYS TO BE CLASSIFIED AS A JEW: A CITIZEN OF JERUSALEM IS CALLED A JEW, MEMBER OF THE OLD TESTAMENT RELIGION OF THE TRIBES OF ISRAEL IS CALLED A JEW, AND A DESCENDANT OF THE SEMETIC TRIBE OF JUDAH ARE CALLED JEWS. JESUS WAS A JEW BY DESCENT ON HIS MOTHER'S SIDE AND BY THE RELIGION OF HIS GOD UNTIL HE BECAME THE LEADER OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH. THE TRIBES OF ISRAEL WERE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. SOME NOT OF THEIR RACE ADOPTED JUDAISM THE RELIGION AND ADOPTED THE RITUALS ETC OF THAT RELIGION. THERE WERE ALSO INTERRACIAL MARRIAGES....THE EARTH WAS REPOPULATED BY NOAH AND HIS THREE SONS. THEY WERE SEMITIC . BUT THERE WERE FOUR WIVES WHO APPARENTLY WERE NOT HENCE THE VARIANCE IN THE RACES. THE EMPHASIS IN SCRIPTURE ABOUT JESUS' HUMANITY WAS CONCERNED WITH JUST THAT. HE WAS CALLED THE SON OF MAN BY HIMSELF AND IT IS EMPHASIZED THAT HE WAS FULLY MAN AS WELL AS FULLY GOD

Jews have been dispersed into all nations for hundreds of years and have taken on much of the physical characteristics of the respective nations. It surprised me when I first saw Ethiopian Jews, looking very 'Ethiopian' being airlifted back to Israel after hundreds of years in exile, Asian Jews are no exception.

From looking at the question, it seems as if you are asking if Jews have Asian roots, rather than if there are Jewish Asians. Addressing the latter, of course I'm sure that you can find Asians that are Jewish, both of Oriental and other backgrounds (Russians Jews for example).

The similarities between cultures though, I believe, can be traced back way farther than the rise of the Israelites. For instance, many believe that those scattered from the Tower of Babel would have learned the history of the world and certain traditions passed on from Noah and his sons. Some have even gone as far to study some of the earliest known languages, to learn about which languages may have originated from the dispersion.

Many early languages were (and some still are) very pictorial, such as Hebrew and Chinese, and the symbols generally each have meaning aside from the use of an alphabet. Looking at a study done of early Chinese culture, we can easily see the telling of several biblical accounts through the language, and in their traditions. (The Original ‘Unknown’ God of China - Answers in Genesis)

It's not strange to see shared traditions among cultures, and it's actually very likely many of these traditions actually date back much farther than Abraham and the nation of Israel..

Those Jews that don't cut their hair on the sides of their heads are Hasid Jews. This isn't because they somehow have ties to the Japanese or Mongolians but because of one interpretation of Leviticus 19:27. "You shall not shave around the sides of your head, nor shall you disfigure the edges of your beard." That's just how they observe that rule.

But, yes, Jews are Asians, because Israel is part of the continent of Asia. So technically the Jews - and through relation Jesus' body - could be said to be asian.

Due to migrations, admixture and intermarriages etc the peoples of many locations look very different today than in ancient times. To think todays so called hebrews must always be identical with the hebrews of ancient times is not really accurate. Judaism is foremost a religion, not necessarily an homogeneous ethnic group.

Did the person who described Jesus with those attributes make any paintings or drawings you might be able to show us? How are you so certain of what he looked like?

No I actually got the description from the Bible. Revelation 1:[SUP]14 [/SUP]His head and hair were white like WOOL, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; [SUP]15 [/SUP]His feet were like fine BRASS, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; .

Daniel 7:9"I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the PURE WOOL: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire."

That is a description of His Glorified state. There is a verse in the O/T that describes Jesus while on Earth, I can't remember where.

Let's see if anyone can figure out what is being described below;

An aquatic bird, with a tube like neck, a flat bill, scaled legs, webbed feet, short rounded body, waddles when walking and makes a quacking sound.

From the above description one would know that a horse, dog, cat, mouse, sheep and a whole list of other animals is NOT what is being described.

In this same way God gave the world a very specific description on how to tell the true seed of the nation of Israel. God's word tells us that we would know who is of the nation of Israel by the curses that He put upon them for not keeping His commandments;

Deut.28
[45] Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:
[46] And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever.

Deut.29
[22] So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it;
[24] Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?
[25] Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:
[26] For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:
[27] And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:
[28] And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.

So just like we know that a
horse, dog, cat, mouse, sheep is NOT being described above, we also know those that occupy the land of Jerusalem cannot be Israelites, for they do not have the curses upon them that God said would be upon the seed of the Israelites for not keeping His commandments.

Now concerning your question;

Are Jewish people considered Asian?

To answer that we need to refer to God's word for the description given that would be upon the seed of the 12 tribes of Israel.

So....do they have all of the signs God gave to the world by which to know who are the 12 tribes? Do they have all of the curses upon them that God said would be on the seed of the nation of Israel for not keeping His laws?

.

[h=2]The “Uniqueness” of Ashkenazi Jewish Ancestry is Important for Health[/h]Published by BethannH under Ancestry, Health and Traits

Ashkenazi Jews are one group that fall under the umbrella of “European”, but it’s clear from numerous studiesthat they’re genetically unique and distinct from the European population at large. Most people with Ashkenazi ancestry trace their DNA to Eastern and Central Europe, but also have Middle Eastern ancestry, which is justone reason for their genetic “uniqueness”.
Genetic Variation Between and Within Populations

It’s clear that people with European ancestry are genetically distinct from those of Asian or African descent, but what’s less obvious is that genetic variation also exists within European groups. In these plots from a study by Elimear Kenny, you can see the genetic variation between major ancestral groups (left) and within a population (right). Jewish groups fall into the European cluster on the left, but people with Ashkenazi ancestry (blue) form a unique cluster that is largely distinct from Caucasian (CEU; green) and other Jewish populations (various colors) on the right. Individuals who are part Ashkenazi fall in between the Caucasian and Ashkenazi clusters.

The challenging history of Jewish groups has also contributed to their genetic uniqueness. During the Jewish Diaspora — or migration of Jewish people from the Middle East to other parts of the world — the vast majority of Jewish individuals married and raised families within their faith. Many generations later this means that Ashkenazi Jews can appear more genetically related than they actually are.
This genetic isolation has had important implications for health. People with Ashkenazi ancestry are more likely to carry genetic factors that cause single-gene recessive Mendelian disorders where you need two bad copies of a gene to get the disease. Examples include Gaucher disease, Canavan disease, and Tay-Sachs disease. Because of this higher likelihood, screening for these genetic variants in prospective parents is standard practice for Jewish individuals starting families.
(23andMe tests for most mutations routinely screened in the Ashkenazi Jewish population for these conditions).

23andMe customers can learn about their ancestry and view their results for Gaucher disease, Canavan disease, and Tay-Sachs disease in their account.

A number of multi-gene conditions (or those caused by genetic variation in a handful of genes) are also more common in people with Ashkenazi ancestry. One example is Crohn’s disease, which people with Ashkenazi ancestry are two to four times as likely to develop compared Europeans in general. Although it’s not yet clear why the rates are higher in this population, it’s likely that genetic factors specific to individuals with Ashkenazi ancestry play a role.
Knowing about your ancestry can teach you about your family’s heritage and your risk for disease — and more knowledge means more informed decisions.
May is Jewish American Heritage Month. Check back later to read about genetic risk factors for Crohn’s disease that appear to be specific to people with Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry. You can also read about uncovering Jewish ancestry in guest posts by 23andMe’s Ancestry Ambassadors, Tim Janzen, CeCe Mooreand Andrea Badger.

1 Samuel 16

7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
love this verse.

I see that Khazar culture is different compared to Jewish culture.

Khazar people claimed that Jews are not Khazars.
