Yes you can - I've had them try to usurp my prayers while in travail - I always fall back on 1 Cor 1:3 - Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit. If I think I'm being 'hijacked' (maybe not the best word but aptly expressive) I just start repeating that until the attack is withdrawn. And what do you think is stirring up all these circus-clown churches? No, these people aren't possessed but they are most certainly being influenced.

Therefore it takes one to know another one. Please stop being a 'busybody' and you will do well if you boast about CHRIST in 'context' of the New Covenant/Testament/Agreement. i have not been sent to please men, but to please GOD and boast about CHRIST of our Covenant/testament/Agreement.
If we are 'ignorant' to our 'contract' just because our 'employer' is 'loving' and 'patience' giving us time to 'learn' and 'improve', only accumulating troubles for ourselves on 'evaluation and judgement day and to be immediately 'expelled and banned' forever.
Please wake up, because according to the Holy Scripture in the HOLY BIBLE, Christian are to be joyful when they are being 'persecuted', being insulted, mistreated and evil lie spoken of them. Your spoken 'joyfulness' comes from this worldly christianity by the traditions and doctrine of men.

Have you ever considered the fact that when the Holy Spirit moves in a congregational setting and someone annointed by the Holy Spirit starts to speak and comes out in a different 'tongue' that the interpretation just may be in silence also, as it falls on the ear(s) of those who needed to hear the message? In lots of cases, I have witnessed someone understanding the tongue or language who starts to shout and rejoice because they understood it! Yes, of course, there are times when someone suddenly interprets the 'tongue' also and the entire congregation is blessed, but GOD is not put in a box to try to figure out. If HE wants to give me a direct message, through a total stranger, so be it!
It's not like a CHRISTIAN has a demonic spirit inside of them that completely possesses them when the Holy Spirit is around. A Christian is the perfect target of a demonic attack, for those already serving satan are NO threat to satan. When we let our guard down, or our full coat of armor is not in place, it gives leeway for demonic spirits to reach out and tempt, to mimic, to fake and to try it's best to bring us down. Are we better than JESUS CHRIST who was also approached by satan? Yes, a CHild of GOD can be Vexed, Tempted to stray, Harrassed, and made a target for satan's darts...if not, we are certainly not doing anything for JESUS CHRIST. Please do not believe us Christians are in this invisible bubble that nothing could ever approach us. IT is not a matter of "IF" we are targeted, it's a matter of "WHEN" we are hit and under attack. Our total comfort comes from walking in the Spirit, for greater is HE that is in us (Jesus) than he (satan) who is in the world.
