You will have to do better than claim the Bible contradicts itself.

There’s no contradiction in scripture, just people misunderstanding what was written.

And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power overunclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. 2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother; 3 Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus; 4 Simon the Cananite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed Him.
Matthew 10:1-4

This was long before His ascension.

Now it’s up to you to post your scriptures from Luke so we can examine your claim of contradiction.

there is the disciples which they were called until the resurrection context post and Pre resurrection which Luke is speaking from But Matthews is not depending on the text

Hello all
the qualification for an Apostle is they had to witness the baptism and witness Christ being crucified. that cant be done by anyone today, Now there are only disciples. You asked. I'm just sayin.

So the other apostles where believed by faith. So they were just as Paul and the others were.

More opinion with no scripture.

Here’s my scripture that refutes the unbiblical theory that there were no apostles until after the ascension.

5 These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them, saying: “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. 6 But go rather to thelost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. 9 Provide neither gold nor silver nor copper in your money belts, 10 nor bag for your journey, nor two tunics, nor sandals, nor staffs; for a worker is worthy of his food.
Matthew 10:1-10

the "apostles " who were the Disciples of Jesus all saw HIM in the resurrected Body they were Eyewitnesses to this which PAUL was too. all are saved as we are and as they were amen. But the context of an Apostle and the office of an apostle in eph 4:11 mean two different things . Which was stated earlier

Some Christians says that there are no more apostles today. Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers. Some Christians believe that the others are still around, but not the apostles.
The problem with these modern day "apostles" is that they and their followers hold these "apostles" teachings as ultimate authority for doctrine above the Scriptures. I am referring to the likes of Bill Johnson of Bethel Church and that whole NAR movement.

They are not Apostles, No matter what they say. Seems to me that should clear things up. Problem solved, Just sayin.

The true apostles, do not have churches. Those that do, are counterfeit.

I had a guy once give me his business card and with his name on it was titled "Apostle".
There is one that is a true Apostle. His name is Sam Soleyn. He lives by faith.

You are right, I should explain my self better, While we as Christians can't know everything. We should be studying and learning. What I Have learned I believe with all my heart, I have learned that there are qualifying markers that make one an apostle. Those qualifiers cannot be performed after Yeshua's resurrection and ascension. When someone claims to be an apostle, I immediately shut them out. if I entertain it any further it so i can have something to laugh at. Your right i shouldn't be like that, it is one of my shortcomings.
I am sorry if i have offended you. I am learning that this is a forum for discussion and learning, But most people i have encountered are teaching as if God gave them the secret and only them, I am noticing that i am doing the same thing. I know what i believe, i'm not sure how to plant seeds, which is what im trying to do here, Please forgive me and be patient with me. I will get better.
