Apocalypse 20, 4-6
And I saw thrones, and men sat upon them and judgment was given to them. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of the witness to Jesus and because of the word of God, and who did not worship the beast or his image, and did not accept his mark upon their hands. And they came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years. The rest of the dead did not come to life till the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection! Over these the second death has no power; but they will be priests of God and Christ and reign with him a thousand years.

I've never found any passage that indicates Heaven is empty or that Christ is taking us anywhere.

Do you believe that believers that dont believe they will ever be sinless until we shed these mortal bodies
for glorified ones as in Revelation 21:4 but war against their flesh to live holy lives are: lost and unregenerate
and blind?

Do you believe that those believers that believe The Holyspirit in equiping the church
Will do it as He wills for every generation. Not as in the early church, since we are not
the early church, are false teachers?

Do you believe, believing in contemporary Prophets is essential christian doctrine needed for salvation?

Can you explain what the purpose of a prophet would be today?

Can you explain what the purpose of a apostle would be today?

I encourage you to go to any poor third world country with a strong nondenominational missions entity found within. You will see both in action as the bible intended. Many in the modern church believes such things have ceased just because we don't see these things in the modern "western" church. However, no one stops to think that maybe it's the western church with it's heavy reliance on modern industry, technology and medicine that might be irrelevant. That would explain why we see so few prayers answered and so few healings.

Why do you feel qualified to be a biblical teacher?

EDIT: What are your qualifications?

Im aware of missions around the world. Even in war zones and siberia. Ive sat through a month of fighting
and am being offered a respectable thread to question 4 runner on HIS beliefs. Im not anything but curious
with no other motive. This is why he started this thread. I understand he doesnt like to be misunderstood.
Nor do any of us. I didnt ask you nor divulge my position. I am just honestly curious now after all the forest
fires :)

No, but I do believe that trusting in what the Lord says in His word about keeping you from sin, and making us free indeed is the first step to achieving it.

No one will ever live the life that God intends for us to, until they first believe that God is able to cause them to.

I am not positive of what you are asking.

If the question do I believe that people who do not believe in miracles, tongues, prophecies ect... and that the spiritual gifts are done away with are false teachers? The yes... in the since that what they teach is false.

Do I believe that every single person that teaches these things are purposely deceptive and or unsaved? No

If that was not your question then maybe you could rephrase it

No

A prophet is the mouth piece of God Himself. He hears the words of the Lord and gives the message to the people. A prophet can be given a vision of the future, but that is not real purpose of the prophet as many believe. The purpose of the prophet is.

1) The prophet is to speak the word of the Lord. ( Reference: Jeremiah 1:5-7, Ezekiel 33:9 )

2) The prophet is to speak first and formost to God's people, Israel, the church etc. ( Reference: Ezekiel 33:2, Romans 1:16 )

3) They speak the coming Judgment ( References: Ezekiel:22:19-22, Zechariah 14:12)

4) They speak of salvation, a way to escape Judgment. ( Refernces: Jeremiah 4:14, Ezekiel 33:11-20 John 14:6 )

5) To rebuke of correct false teachers, and false teachings. (Reference: Ezekiel 13:2)

6) To comfort, confirm and exhort those who are being obedient to God/Christ (Reference: Revelation 2:24-29)

The prophet's message is summed up in Isaiah 61:2.

Can you explain what the purpose of a apostle would be today?
I guess the best easiest description of a modern day Apostle would be Church planter.

4runner God is so good isn't He. Whatever He talked tou you bout last day or two really shows. I have no need to question your faith nor what you believe, you believe in Jesus sent by God to take the sin of the world, no justification required, I'm content always was with that. I challenged the style you gave it but now it seems you've matured more in sharing and delivering the burning in your heart for Jesus. Bless you brother, I hope this is an encouragement to you. And bro, really, zone is a lovely person I hope you endeavor to see that regardless of any differences.

that answered the question fine, although prophecy would have to be defined to totally answer it
but i mostly got the answer. ty

Ok then pretty much on the prophet part these are activities all believers can and do do.
And the same with the apostles.
