Thank you young Elihu, I will certainly not balk at any words that come to me in sincerity of one who loves the same Father I do.

Proverbs 27:6 "Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful."
Sorry matey.
My post seemed, on just re-reading it, a lot harsher than I meant it to be.

What an arrogant chap I must seem.

And taken in good grace by you - thanks.

I'm sorry friend, there is no verse that says after the 1000 yrs. he will give it up. Praise YAH on your journey in Him. May He feel you with all the fullness of His word and Holy Spirit. May He lead you in all His truth.

The reason I couldn't find it is because I'd assumed it was in Revelation - silly me.

1 Corinthians 15
1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive.
1Co 15:23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ's at His coming.
1Co 15:24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.
1Co 15:25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.
1Co 15:26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
1Co 15:27 For "HE HAS PUT ALL THINGS UNDER HIS FEET." But when He says "all things are put under Him," it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted.
1Co 15:28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.
Of course the 1000 years is not mentioned, as you said. But that is my understanding of when this is to happen. That is why I thought it was part of the quotation.
My mistake.

What is interesting is that Jesus gives up control to God - "then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him" - which suggests no equality before or after.

I believe there already are. Many weak in the faith will follow just about anyone else, not learning it is easiest to learn directly from Yeshua, Jesus. Even Paul said not to say I belong to this one or that one because only our Savior lived and died to bring us the true Gospel. Paul went on to say, if anyone puts forth any other gospel than the one delivered by Jesus Christ, let him be accursed, not that there is another gospel. Yahweh, God, bless all in Jesus Christ, amen.

There is no vendetta here, at least not from my side. Since you have not paid attention to my own previous reply to this repeated comment you have made.

Once more I will say. Within the structure of any individual's assembly there are those who teach and preach, and if the person is blessed, healers and workers of miracles.

The issue here is not those gifted and appointed to such duties, the issue is when intellectuals publish writings and teachings about the Word without teaching from the Word.

Anyone who believes he or she is able to teach about the Word without the Word in the teachings is in darkness.

Finally, to put anything in writing to be published and perhaps republished is the same as having your teaching engraved in stone for there is not anyone to explain the ideas purported leaving readers and students of such intellectualism to their own wits bending and changing what was originally written.

Unless the person writing is available to converse and discuss, it is as though written in stone, unlike the Word, for we are given the truth as a gift, imparted to one some and to another more by the Holy Spirit to share with others in the Holy Spirit.

If any of what is said here is not understood, we may discuss it, because we are here, but those who write manifestos or new schools of religion without being present to relate it to the Word, without having done so are just a little bit egotistical.

All the entire world needs is the Holy Spirit, and usually He will teach those who read the Word in prayer and meditation.

We belong to the One Who saved us, Who suffered and died for each of us, never to any other gospel. He instructs us to learn from Him, and for the King of all that is to be willing to teach each one of us, and for any of us to refuse this invitation is also very egotistical. This does not exclude learning from Him by teachers within any given assembly of Jesus Christ.

GOD gave us teachers, preachers, and all that stuff. HE did it for a reason ;)

More and more we have people ignoring the sound teaching of the Word by means of the Holy Spirit favoring varied theologians and scholars who teach about the Word and not the Word itself.

This falls under the heading of what is falsely called knowledge, and we are advised and taught not to destroy ourselves with what is falsely called knowledge.

When reading a post and the person sounds as though he has swallowed an encyclopedia, it is a good indication to avoid that one's confusion, and it is worse when that one posts as though he wrote the encyclopedia.

When you see them gathering with others of the same ilk, and avoiding teaching from the Word only, rather than get into mindless banter about theologies, sects, different interpretations of prophecy, and more, avoid at all costs; these people, though they may have good intentions, are not able to help themselves. You may also know them if they seem to be undergoing some self gratification rather than giving glory to God and to His Word.

If you do not understand it as being from Yeshua, Jesus.....avoid it. You do not want to become as confused as these perpetrators of self, absent of glorifying God.

God is good all of the time. Unless we turn and become as children we cannot enter the Kingdom of God, and the thought of approaching the Father as an adult is ludicrous at best. He's our Dad, amen.
Amen, brother. I leave theology to the theologians. I just want to know the word of God.
