I say that if we limit our understanding to what we have been taught by MAN and Man's view of THE WORD OF GOD we will get caught in the very delusion we are trying to avoid which in turn robs us of the things that God wants to show us BY HIS VERY SPIRIT. Jesus said, it is written Do not commit adultery, but I say that if you look upon a woman with lust in your heart you have already committed that very sin!(Parahphrased) So, he was not limiting the sin to just the very act but what can happen with the eyes and the heart. He was told he was a basphemer by the Pharasees who though they knew the word,in law but in turn were decieved themselves. I would say that most times that you see a person that has a very strong feeling about a certain area they tend to base it totally on there knowledge taught by man if in fact that they are honest with themselves and have never truly experienced this for them selves they will have to just go on living their very life by the knowledge that they have been taught. Test the Spirit would give a good example as to what this is about. A good question I would ask is if you have never had this happen to you.....Why? Usually because they are limited again by their Knowledge of what they have been taught. My mom said that her mom told her when they were growing up that they couldn't get in the water until they learn to swim.....go figure! i can say to myself that that Ribeye Steak doesn't taste good because someone else told me it's not good.....but until i try it,and test it for myself i will never know. A testimony cannot be a testimony without the TEST!
